Beautiful location, however I recommend others to stay down the road at cheaper locations. Reception told us 60 dollars for a site - we are unpowered and don't require anything - also that the dolphin experience was included in that price. However, when we attended the dolphin experience, the staff told us it wasn't included in the price so had to pay a further 30 dollars (15 pp) Don't think the staff here work together or understand what is included in their prices. When we attended the dolphin experience, you just stand at the shore line. Which other people done for free just past the rope and possibly got a better experience than what we did. They also parked everyone close together instead of spreading car/caravans apart. Loads of space for everyone to have there own area but nope. We had to be crammed together. Nice location but better beaches down the road.

TOTAL TOURIST TRAP. Yes its a beautiful spot but we dont like been misled or ripped off which is exactly what happened. They say you must have a permit to experience the dolphin discovery & staff will check that everyone has a permit..that is not true, they check a handful out of at least 100 people, you think your doing the right thing by adhering to all the signs that clearly say..wait on the boardwalk with your permit to be checked by staff..there were people everywhere on the sand & jetty when staff asked everyone to get on the boardwalk for a briefing most didnt & when they let the ropes down it was charge of the light brigade, people pushing & shoving & nothing was said to them so we got to see nothing,,total waste of our time & effort, there is no organisation at all,so disappointing that we did the right thing & got punished. Staff had no control, they dont check all people for permits, people were commenting that the didnt get a permit & got to see the dolphin's..so unfair. Only staff get to feed the dolphins so saying they pick a random visitor is a lie. Ocean view room looks like its had a bit of a freshen up but needs a lot of TLC,no microwave or toaster only tea & coffee making facilities & a small fridge. Cleanliness was lacking throughout the whole resort. View was fantastic. Food , beverages & general store were a total ripp off. Take your own supplies. Majority of staff are internationals with working visas so they dont care about much & are very average on doing there jobs. Expected a lot more, very very disappointed in the dolphin experience which is a major selling point for this place but we were let down dramatically. Tip..dont stop at the billabong roadhouse as it is putrid, drive 50klm down the road & stop at the overlander its a lot better, same fuel price, better food options & a LOT cleaner. Been seen will never return & could not recommend. Overated & Overpriced.

Do yourself a favour and get down to Monkey Mia. Chill and enjoy the quiet area or swim. Great food at the Boughshead. Lamb was amazing. Fish and chips was amazing. Dolphin experience brillant. Sunset is over land … sunrise was amazing! Denham prob have a better sunset.

This is a 5 stars Caravan resort. Charged $60 for power site. Toilet and shower are new and very clean. They even open the door for you upon entering or leaving the receptionist. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Excellent location close to the beach and two swimming pool. Free wifi and no problem getting mobile connection but no tv reception 😩

The resort is in a beautiful unique location. We stayed on a non-powered campsite. The kitchen/cooking facilities and the pool were great. Showers were only cleaned once a day and were very sandy and dirty very quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at both the boughshef and monkey bar and the food was fantastic and the staff very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay!

Location right on the besutiful beach here is stunning. Its worth paying more for the superior beach cabins. From here you can see the dolphins even from your bed, (obviously in the distance) Emus regularly walk through the site too & dogs welcome. Most of the other cabins dont have a view although there are some appartments on the front too. Staff ok. If having breakfast included, the portions are very large, but the kitchen staff are inflexible over which items you can have/swap etc. Had steaks one night in restaurant and they were reasonable.

Aside from the park facilities which are first class (we had a powered site for a camper van), this is just such a relaxed and laud back place. Even with a pretty busy park it didn't feel crowded. Restaurant food was great and the resident tour fabulous. Could have spent twice as long there.

We would highly recommend for what is the ‘end of the road’ - well it seemed like it after our 500km drive. We advised hotel we’d be late arrivals, they were super accommodating. We were in a sea facing room, incredible location, beautiful views, bathroom was tired but clean. Room was just what we needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Food was wholesome, the dolphins did not disappoint, go for 2nd session, it’s less busy. And watch for the random Emu’s roaming the resort. - would stay again but probably fly in.

Yelp
We stayed at the resort for 3 nights on a powered site. We drive 12 hours from Margaret River so were relieved when we arrived that the sun was shining and there were lots of facilities on site. Our only qualm was that there was nowhere to empty our waste tank & the water hook up was bore water, not drinking water. Getting past that, we were lucky enough to see Dolphins every day of our stay!! Also multiple times a day, during the morning feed, in the afternoon when sunbathing and in the evening when eating dinner. We had one meal at the Monkey Bar, which was more casual and the food was great. (Happy hour wine not so much!). We also had one evening meal in the restaurant, which I must say was outstanding. The portions were huge and the quality was exceptional. I think if I lived in the area I would definitely be going there for meals. All staff that we came into contact with were very polite and friendly. You can purchase a wifi code from reception at very reasonable prices. I would recommend this resort to friends and family.

Yelp
This place caters for all, campers, back packers, self contained to motel style. Enough activities in the area to keep you busy for a few days.
