Rachamankha Flora House

I checked in and left the same night. Toilet in my tiny attic room was broken! Moved to room beside. Rooms were tiny, no closet, only 4 hangers on a hook. A lot of deferred maintenance as owner does not put any money in to fix anything. Looks nice on outside and staff are wonderful but renting rooms in this guesthouse pays for nice apt for owner and they do not care to fix anything in rooms. Loose boards in table top and bottom of bathroom door fell down when I opened it. That does not take much money to fix. Owners, if you read this, please put a little money into rooms instead of your own apartment on2nd floor. You make the outside and public areas look nice to attract guests only. Location is too far from everything so price must reflect that.

Stayed here and truely enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and the site was well maintained. AC was perfect very strong and modern. Room was clean and spacious, and close to the main attractions in down town. Water pressure was ok, and the only downside I saw was no elevator. Climbing to the 4th floor with your luggage was a bit challenging, with that said I would highly recommend this location. Additionally we were waiting for our van to arrive for Elephant Nature Park, when the staff notice we were still waiting they called the location for us to confirm they are on their way to pick us up excellent service!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. It is in a great location . It is 10 minute ride from the international airport. We got a ride for 150 baht and on our way back the manager (who is wonderful) got us a ride for 100 baht. Back to the airport. He always steered is clear of paying too much for anything. He also informed us events going on like the Sunday Street Market. If you are willing to walk you can avoid over charges for taxis and food. Most of the modern cafes and restaurants, although nice, you are paying more for the food. If you are ok with walking a little you will find the same quality of food for a fraction of the price. The conditions are less than what you may be used to but the food is great and it is served quickly with a smile. There tons of massage places with prices ranging from 250-600 baht. So many places for food and all of what we tried was excellent. The night market is extremely busy to the point of being clostophobic. The food is cheap and hot and the clothing and nick nacks were plentiful. We loved the laid back atmosphere and never were pressured to buy anything. We will be back!

Beautiful grounds and a nice room. A lovely place to stay that I would happily recommend.

I think this place is not a hotel anymore but a spa place.

ราชมรรคา ฟลอร่า เฮ้าส์ ในภาพกับสถานที่จริงตรงปกนะครับ ถึงแม้หมุดจะงง แต่หาง่ายครับ ตรงข้ามโรงแรมบีพีเชียงใหม่ ที่พักมีจำนวน 4 ชั้น + มีห้องพักในชั้นแรก การเข้าถึงชั้นต่อไป สามารถใช้บันไดได้ครับ + มีคอมพิวเตอร์และเครื่องพิมพ์ให้บริการ + ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ (7-11) ห่างเพียง 300 เมตร • ไม่มีรองเท้าใส่ในห้อง และให้ถอดรองเท้าไว้ด้านนอกครับ บรรยากาศดี มีต้นไม้เยอะ เจ้าของเป็นกันเอง ทุกอย่างสะดวกสบาย อยู่ใกล้ถนนคนเดินวัวลายด้วยครับ จากการเข้าพักครั้งนี้รู้สึกประทับใจมากครับ ครั้งหน้าหากมีโอกาส เราคงได้พบกันอีก ;)
