RACV Hobart Hotel

I was absolutely thrilled with the convenience of the sky bus being directly opposite the RACV hotel making our drop off and pickup a breeze. I was offered an upgrade for a lesser price before leaving home which was lovely even though we paid it was nice to have the extra room. The bed was quite large and very comfortable, and the linen was beautiful. The extra room was very welcoming as there was a washing machine/ dryer which was nice. The breakfast selection was very high quality though the selection was good not too much or too little. The staff are all super friendly and very professional, especially helping with any little questions or requests. The foyer is very comfortable with a nice choice relaxed seating, we spent a lot of the evenings in the adjoining Cascades to have our evening drinks or light meals. We had a fantastic comfortable stay, peaceful sleeps and wonderful convenience to everything. We loved it here and will definitely return. Thank you for everything.

Nice clean, well appointed rooms. We had a lovely view of the water. Great breakfast with plenty of gluten-free options. Location is right in the middle of town, with a short walk to the piers, Salamanca market, and lies of restaurants, parks, bars and shops. Excellent happy hour at the bar. Lovely lounge area.

The hotel is centrally located and close to everything, which made getting around easy. It’s clean, bright, and very welcoming. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable. We had a late flight and were able to relax there without feeling rushed or tired. The service was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Chelsea. She was courteous, warm, and welcoming, with the kind of smile you really appreciate after a long journey. Dealing with her was an absolute pleasure. Chelsea truly set the tone for our stay and made our arrival smooth and stress free. Thank you, Chelsea. You genuinely made our day and made our Hobart experience even better 😊

We had a wonderful stay at RACV Hobart Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. The central location also made it very convenient to explore Hobart

Fantastic Accomodation. Room was big and roomy. Location was perfect. I received a call prior checking if they could do anything for us and asked if there was a special occasion we were celebrating. I mentioned we recently celebrated 30 years of marriage. Waiting in our room was a bottle of Prosecco, 2 glasses and a lovely card congratulating us. Would highly recommend.

First of all, I was absolutely chuffed at the amazing convenience of the sky bus being totally opposite the RACV hotel. I arrived at 1:40 and was greeted with a very friendly staff member and everything was explained perfectly. And, not only was check in early, I was given an upgrade! How absolutely wonderful ( I have never had an upgrade EVER). My husband had just finished the overland track so that bath was a godsend. OMG and the bed was HUGE and immensely comfortable, and the softness and freshness of the sheets was beautiful. The extra room was very welcoming as there was a washing machine/ dryer for my husband’s very smelly hiking gear. The breakfast selection was small, but very high quality food. AMAZING scrambled eggs, beautiful salmon, dried fruits, bircher, GREAT COFFEE. ( and more, so not that limited after all 🙃) The staff are all super friendly and very professional. The foyer is very comfortable with lounge suites and big chairs to have your afternoon drinks. The adjoining ‘ cascade pub’ which is accessible from foyer is a really great vibe. We had an extremely comfortable stay, peaceful sleeps and wonderful convenience to everything. We loved it here and will definitely return. Thank you for everything.

This was our third stay at RACV Hobart Hotel in the last 10 years. It’s a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We like the central location and parking is available on site at low cost. We had a 1 bedroom King apartment. Its kitchenette and washing machine makes it very suitable for independent travellers. The bed was very comfortable. AC and wifi were very good. The rain-shower had plenty of hot water.

I cannot speak highly enough of my stay at the RACV Hobart. The team at the RACV made my stay 200% better. The friendly customer service was impeccable and I cannot speak highly enough of the team. Wow, they were all amazing. Breakfast was great and I looked forward to it everyday being greeted and service by an exceptionally highly friendly team at breakfast. The food at breakfast was delicious the best hotel breakfast buffet pikelets I have ever had on a breakfast buffet. Loved the Nespresso machine and the little smoothies. The room was clean and welcoming. Loved the block out doors on the windows, I had a great sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very soundproof, I think I only heard a door closing outside my room once. The team on the front desk were very professional and friendly and always willing to help as too were the team looking after valet parking. Only downside, lack of parking if you got back to the hotel late in the afternoon but even that was fixed with complimentary valet parking.
