RACV Hobart Hotel

The hotel is centrally located and close to everything, which made getting around easy. It’s clean, bright, and very welcoming. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable. We had a late flight and were able to relax there without feeling rushed or tired. The service was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Chelsea. She was courteous, warm, and welcoming, with the kind of smile you really appreciate after a long journey. Dealing with her was an absolute pleasure. Chelsea truly set the tone for our stay and made our arrival smooth and stress free. Thank you, Chelsea. You genuinely made our day and made our Hobart experience even better 😊

I cannot speak highly enough of my stay at the RACV Hobart. The team at the RACV made my stay 200% better. The friendly customer service was impeccable and I cannot speak highly enough of the team. Wow, they were all amazing. Breakfast was great and I looked forward to it everyday being greeted and service by an exceptionally highly friendly team at breakfast. The food at breakfast was delicious the best hotel breakfast buffet pikelets I have ever had on a breakfast buffet. Loved the Nespresso machine and the little smoothies. The room was clean and welcoming. Loved the block out doors on the windows, I had a great sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very soundproof, I think I only heard a door closing outside my room once. The team on the front desk were very professional and friendly and always willing to help as too were the team looking after valet parking. Only downside, lack of parking if you got back to the hotel late in the afternoon but even that was fixed with complimentary valet parking.

We had such a great stay here. Clean. Good sized rooms. Great service. Clean rooms. Nice bar area to relax between tours. Well located to spend time in Hobart and access sites. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience here. Highly recommend and I question some of the reviews I have read on the hotel as we had a fabulous experience.

Staying here made the trip so enjoyable. Slept so well room was imaculate and spaceous. Staff were always helpful and pleasant loved the cocktail bar for the on the way home nightcap too.will definately stay again location was perfect Thankyou regards Kathleen and Brett

Location is excellent, everything in walking distance or bus stops. No need for a car in Hobart. Even catch a bus out to Richmond to have the famous curried scallop pie and first place vanilla slice. Hop on and off bus is also another attraction you can do along with a tour of the cascade brewery, the cascade female prison and the casino.

Recently stayed at the RACV Hobart hotel. It's a very silly name for a hotel but overall I enjoyed the place and would recommend. My room was kept in immaculate condition, bed was comfy, shower was powerful and it was very quiet (I was on the 5th floor). In the 2 weeks I stayed the breakfast was the same choice every day, so perhaps a little more variety would have been nice but it's a minor niggle.

Rooms were spacious. Check in and out efficient. Able to store my luggage until flight time. Airport bus stop directly in front of hotel. The old brewery was tastefully integrated with the new

The facilities and staff of the club are what makes the RACV so special and welcoming! Staff like Tim , Tricia, Yumi and Frances who work in the dining areas are the exemplars of this service and caring. We were offered the chance of an accommodation upgrade on check in, Tim went to great lengths to point out where Chemists and supermarkets were so that I could obtain supplies to help my wife who was not well at the time.
