I deeply regret visiting this clinic and feel compelled to share my experience so that others don't go through the same distress. Around 15 days ago, I visited for a consultation regarding a single decayed tooth. It was not painful, just needed attention. The initial check-up went smoothly, but things took a strange turn after that.
Instead of addressing the actual problem, the doctor started talking unnecessarily about fluorosis and slightly yellow teeth, which was completely unrelated to my concern. Without proper explanation, they asked me to take an X-ray, which I agreed to. Post X-ray, they proceeded to clean and drill my tooth without my informed consent, just to add extra charges to the bill. They even claimed those charges would be “adjusted in future treatment” — a clear tactic to trap patients into returning.
Even after I clearly said I would prefer to do the treatment the next day in front of a specialist, they insisted on unnecessary procedures. Later, I was told that RCT might be required, and if not done immediately, extraction is the only option. At my age (26–27), that was extremely distressing to hear.
I visited the next day and was made to undergo scans multiple times (around 8–9 times) — all without any clear communication. After all this, a general dentist bluntly told me, "EXTRACTION is the only way." Not one person asked me the most basic question: “Are you in pain?” The answer was no — and yet they were aggressively pushing for extraction.
Feeling completely shaken and anxious, I decided to seek a second opinion at a different clinic. There, the doctors handled it professionally. They placed a temporary filling to monitor any pain or issues. To my relief, there was no pain at all, and my tooth was later permanently filled. I'm now able to chew normally without any discomfort.
To be clear: if RCT had genuinely been needed, I wouldn’t have hesitated. But this situation proved that the issue could be fixed with just a simple filling, which makes the experience at your clinic feel more like a business-driven setup than a patient-first medical service.
What makes it worse is that no one from the clinic has even followed up with me after all this — no calls, no check-ins, nothing.
This entire experience was not only disappointing but emotionally distressing. I walked in for a minor issue and walked out scared, confused, and mistrustful. I strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this clinic with your dental health.
