I had a good experience at this dental clinic. I visited for my broken front tooth, which was temporarily fixed earlier and was causing continuous pain. The doctors clearly explained the issue and started the treatment immediately. They performed a root canal, removed the temporary cement, and fixed a crown. The treatment went smoothly, and the doctors were very professional and punctual. The staff was also supportive. Highly recommended.

I am impressed by the professional and humane treatment received from radiant. The doctors are skilled and patient friendly. I had a comfortable experience with the procedure. The worst dental care experience for me. Don't even visit this for any dental emergency. When I went here for my tooth extraction, didn't even tell me there was no dental surgeon for the procedure, they did xray and other check ups and told me we can only proceed next day, before that u need to go for basic cleaning which will cost 2000/- Without any treatment just for unnecessary xray I paid 1000/- and came home.

Worst experience I have ever had. I did a root canal 8 months ago at Radiant Dental, and for the past 2 months I’ve had pain in the same tooth. The gums got swollen with pus. I kept going there regularly (3 to 4 times a week) for follow-ups on my own. Finally, they did a minor surgery (bone grafting), but it seems my body rejected it and I still have the same problem—my gums are now swollen worse than before. I visited them again and they said they would check with the chief doctor and get back to me. It has been 5–6 days, and I haven’t received any call. I called them three times—one day my doctor was on leave, and the other two times I got the same answer. Do patients have to keep waiting for the doctor or chief doctor’s availability even when the pain is severe? Very disappointed with their follow-up and response. I would never suggest this clinic to anyone.

Having worst experience with availablity of.doctors . Appointments and way of handling the appointments is not fair. Urging the parents to come to hospital and after come to hospital, no body will attend the patient's. Leaving the hospital without problem solved. Horrible experience with hospital. Preponed and postponed appointments without doctors availablity is big issue.Don't recommend for children especially

"Radiant Dental Care, Guduvanchery" is one of the best Dental Clinic in Chennai, that I highly recommend for quality dental treatment in a professional environment. ✨ I recently underwent RCT and Dental Cap Installation. Since Dr.Sumitha is already familiar to me as she is handling my Daughter's orthodontic treatment (Braces). So, I trusted Radiant and went for my treatment, they didn’t disappoint me. 🙂 Though there was some initial confusion about whether to go with a dental implant or a dental bridge plan, after the bridge plan was approved. Dr.Sumitha devised a treatment plan, coordinated with the specialized doctors, and carried it out successfully till the cap was fixed. She clearly explained the procedure and revealed the projected costs in a very transparent manner even before the treatment began. I really appreciate it! 👍🏻 All the doctors & nurses I met at Radiant - (I met bunch of them; I don't remember all their names, sorry!) - are very professional in their approach and made sure I was comfortable and clear with the procedure, answering all of my questions patiently (even some stupid ones! 😅). Its hard to believe, but, I didn’t feel even the slightest bit of pain/discomfort in any of the procedures (Teeth Removal, RCT, sizing the teeth, cap measurement), they are really very good. The reception/information desk is quite effective at scheduling appointments depending on your availability as well as the availability of specialized doctors. Specialized doctors appointment on weekends is bit of challenging, but reception team could able to find time in weekdays based on my availability. Thank you!👍🏻
