Radiant Dental Care | Dental Clinic in Siruseri

I visited the Siruseri branch to check the dental health of both my daughters. My experience here was fantastic. Throughout the session, I was briefed on what was being done and why was it being done and how should I take it further. I must say that it was such a child-friendly environment. My elder daughter had a good educational session from the Orthodontist itself while getting her filling done while my little one had complete fun. Never have I felt this relaxed during a dental checkup. Such a caring place! Keep up the good job ❤️

Excellent experience with the dentist. They clearly addressed my issue and provided a good treatment plan. I had my re-root canal procedure done without any complaints. They followed up during the procedure and made sure to provide excellent care based on my needs. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Make sure to keep up with your oral care!

I wouldn't even give a single star for this clinic. I visited just for a consultation, hoping to get temporary relief for my broken tooth. However, they couldn’t offer any proper solution for it. Instead, they insisted on doing a cleaning procedure — which they only performed on the lower jaw. For the upper jaw, they said it would be painful and asked me to come on another day. At the billing counter, they asked me to pay ₹2500 for an X-ray and lower jaw cleaning — even though there was hardly anything to clean. I was more upset by their approach than by my actual dental issue. When I said I would only pay for the services that were actually done, they refused and said they don’t accept split payments. If the clinic chooses to give split treatment, why should the patient be forced to pay the full amount upfront? To justify this, they claimed that the chief doctor would be available on Tuesday to complete the remaining cleaning. Overall, the clinic staff did not handle the situation professionally or with patient care in mind. Their focus seemed more on extracting money than genuinely helping. I left the clinic feeling more broken emotionally than my broken tooth.
