The doctors, particularly Dr. Sharanya, demonstrated remarkable expertise and knowledge. Their compassionate behavior and genuine concern for patient well-being were evident throughout my wife's root canal treatment, which required multiple sessions. What impressed me most was the clinic's proactive approach to patient care. The doctors would regularly call to check on my wife's progress, inquiring about any discomfort or pain she may have been experiencing. Their attentiveness and accessibility made a significant difference in our overall experience. Despite the procedure being potentially painful, the clinic's skilled and well-trained staff handled it with utmost care and professionalism. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and would highly recommend Rediant Dental Clinic to anyone seeking quality dental care. I got my wisdom teeth removed. I was impressed by the patience and service of the doctors from the way they answered all of my questions. Navigating through the process and follow ups were impressive as well.

I came for a tooth extraction for this dental client. Dr. Mahalakshmi and Dr.Sharanya explained well about the issue and removed my wisdom teeth and cleaned my teeth. After extraction, no pain in my teeth. Very gentle process. But I feel it's only a little bit expensive. And I like their response in the call and clearing the doubt each and every time.

I brought my wife to Radiant Dental Care, East Tambaram for the acuate tooth pain. The reception was warm and friendly. The diagnosis was comprehensive and complete. The course of action was explained in detail and the doctors gave conference on the course of treatment. The pre appointment and follow up are excellent. The team of doctors Dr. Mahalakshmi, Dr. Saranya, Dr. Neha, Dr. Poornima, Dr. Janani, Dr. Manikandan and all staffs are highly appreciated for the kind words, correct treatment and follow up actions. Avoid This Clinic - Life-Threatening Negligence Rating: 0/5 I'm writing this review as a warning to others: AVOID RADIANT DENTAL CARE AT ALL COSTS. My experience was nothing short of disastrous. Despite clearly mentioning about my Mom's allergy to Aceclofenac , they administered the Zerodal P which contains Aceclofenac which caused my Mom to experience violent vomiting, dehydration, and life-threatening complications. Unacceptable: 1. Failure to pay attention to medical history. 2. Administration of allergenic medication despite clear warnings. Even after raising complaint there is no action taken from Radiant clinic side. No proper response. Advice to Others: Be cautious and ensure your healthcare provider prioritise your safety. Consider seeking care elsewhere. Edited on - 10th August. The hospital has taken the issue we raised into account and took proper action on the duty doctor and the response given was satisfactory. To mention the treatment we underwent on the day was professional. No complaint about it. The problem we had about the negligence of the duty doctor which has been handled.
