I came here with my family and we had the best experience ever! We were warmly welcomed by staff and everyone was super kind. One of the best parts was when we got to meet the people working at the kitchen and bar. We shared our stories and laughed together every night. They truly made the resort feel like a home!|The food the drinks were also amazing but the friendships we built is what made it truly magical! We will forever cherish the memories we made together.|All in all the quality of everything was perfect and we never had any issues.|Thank you to everyone at Radisson for making this trip a special one.|We will definitely be returning and we cannot wait to come back!!

I am writing to share serious concerns following a recent stay at the Radisson Aquatica Resort Barbados between 5th and 15th May 2025. The experience was deeply disappointing due to multiple issues relating to cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and unresolved charges.||The room was in a poor and unacceptable condition – extremely outdated, worn, and lacking proper upkeep. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with visible limescale and grime in the shower, a stained and dirty bathtub, and even a cockroach sighting. These conditions fall far below what is expected of a hotel at this price point and significantly impacted the overall stay.||A major safety issue was the shower, which fluctuated unpredictably between freezing cold and scalding hot, making it nearly impossible to use safely or comfortably. Despite being reported, the problem was never resolved – and it appears to be a recurring complaint among guests.||The air conditioning unit was oddly placed on the floor, leaked water, emitted a strong damp smell, and released a strange, potentially toxic odour. This raised concerns about both hygiene and respiratory safety.||Customer service also left much to be desired. Only two glasses were provided in the room – which were being used to hold toothbrushes – and a simple request for a third glass was denied by housekeeping, citing a policy of “only two per room.” This rigid approach felt petty and unwelcoming, especially given the overall condition of the hotel.||The wider hotel grounds showed visible signs of neglect. Paint was peeling, balconies were in disrepair, and the pool was both small and poorly maintained. The overall property appears to be suffering from long-term underinvestment. Several other guests voiced similar complaints during the stay, suggesting that these issues are not isolated.||To add to the frustration, a refund for a $160 plug adapter deposit and a $500 hotel room deposit has still not been received, despite assurances it would be. The only charge that should have applied was the city tax. The delay in returning these funds caused unnecessary financial strain during the remainder of the trip.||This stay has seriously undermined trust in the Radisson brand. I hope Radisson senior management take these concerns seriously and urgently review the condition and operations of this property.||I would not recommend this property at all!

The rooms need a facelift, they are old, but not too bad. The service was good. Upon arrival you are warmly welcomed by the front desk with a welcome drink and my luggage was taken immediately. I was allowed to go for a walk as my room was not ready yet. A 2nd drink was offered, after I came back and the room was not ready yet. Breakfast was great, extensive buffet, tasty and the restaurant manager is a great customer friendly lady, Sophia. 10/10 for her, their cocktails and starters are also delicious. The location is the place to be for the beach 10/ 10

I just spent a week at the Hotel Radisson to participate in a conference. The hotel is located by the sea and every morning you can come and watch the horses take their bath and take pictures with them. There's a swimming pool, but it's really very small. Some rooms have wonderful views. All rooms have a safe. The conference rooms aren't too big if you plan to accommodate a lot of people. Their cooking is quite good and very courteous staff as well. There is also a laundry room, but you should think about bringing your clothes very early in the morning.

Like everyone else said old worn out hotel needs to be renovated. However, the service and everyone at the hotel were very nice. We had no issues with any special requests such as extra towels or help with a taxi or even exchanging USD for Barbadian dollars. Just wished public areas were much nicer. The staff at the beach were also all very nice and accommodating made us felt like home.

The hotel needs serious upgrading. The room had mold on the ceilings the furniture is dirty and lamps are rusty. No microwave and the WiFi connection was poor. If you are going for a short 3 day trip I recommend if not I don’t recommend. The staff are nice and welcoming and the drinks are good and strong. The menu said happy hour but we paid regular prices during the time of “happy hour “. The breakfast was decent I believe it was $30 for buffet style. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel I went out.

Location! Location! Location!! We are a family of four - 2 adults and 2 kids. I searched a lot for different ocean view options but everything was crazy expensive. Finally we came across Radisson and immediately booked it for around $1000 for 4 nights. Check-In: It was smooth but check your room as we had to ask for a new room due to the blocked view initially; Room: 207 Once changed the ocean view from that room was amazing and private too with a huge tree on the side. Housekeeping: The staff rocks here. They are amazing and do a great job each day. Towels replaced well, the bed made well and refilled shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion in bulk for a family:) Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Front Desk: Wonderful and caters to needs immediately. Anything we called and ordered was there quickly. Beach access: One of the best beaches in Barbados and they provide umbrellas, beach towels etc. After exploring tons of beaches around Barbados we come to the conclusion that the Radisson beach access is the most beautiful location with great sand and calm waters. On-site parking: Ample so never an issue. Security: Very safe and the security personnel are very hard working and attentive at all times. OVERALL as a family we had the best times during the Spring Break 2025 and would highly recommend it to any families visiting Barbados and looking for a reasonably amazing stay option.

Awesome beach, overpriced rooms/drinks/food. The front desk staff are awesome, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The bar staff are unfriendly and don’t know how to make mixed drinks, even simple ones. Pools are ok. The hotel is rundown, just like the rest of the country. It’s like they build things then just let them go to seed and when they do build new…the people in this country don’t know how to maintain anything.
