Top notch location with great view of the Bay/ocean and the beach along the Bay Pebble Beach facilities are good and improving - there should be more beach umbrellas and towels for the hotel guests hotel and beach service has definitely improved compared to last visit but service is still very sluggish - our room service dinner ordered at 720pm arrived only at 10pm after being told that it would be a 45 min wait - no call back to provide updates around delays. Our room did not have a coffee maker - we’d asked for one on day-1 and never got one for the entire stay. We like to wake up with coffee and we were compelled to use the coffee maker in our kids room nearby. This coffee sucked (quality is terrible) and room service does not replenish the coffee bar diligently. Forcing us to call for additional sugar. The charging outlets are unreliable and we had to disconnect the lights to tap into those outlets to charge our phones and watches. The mini refrigerator were functioning fine. Breakfast is expensive - lunch and dinner options at the hotel restaurant are good but on the pricier side. Hotel restaurant has several options for vegetarians and vegans. Neptune Grill offers good options for beachside food and drinks. 2 small water bottles supplied by the hotel is insufficient for 1 adult let alone two people. We had to go to Pointsetta Mart to get supplemental water and food supplies and to get a taste of local food Area is very safe - we walked 1.2 miles to the Haynes boardwalk after 7pm and enjoyed beachside restaurants and boardwalk near Rockley Beach

The washroom in the room was really run down. The room itself is worn but very clean. Balcony is nice. Location is perfect. Staff is great. Beach is right there!!! Pool is nice. Food is good. Price/value is unbeatable.

Myself and my husband chose this hotel for its wonderful location next to the beach. We became more delighted by everything the hotel had to offer. The main joy of our stay was the wonderful restaurant: staff and beach setting. The Manager: Sophia, was so kind and saw to all our needs. It was like home from home, but with that special touch of being spoilt. The Supervisor, Keisha, was another gem to the restaurant: once again, like Sophia she looked after us with attentive and kindness. The serving staff, Leah, and Odessa, were amazing. Simply brilliant! Thank you!

Absolutely loved this place. So ok it doesn’t have all the mod cons but it has the basics even down to coffee machine and iron and ironing board in your room. The staff are super helpful and friendly. We were greeted with a rum punch on arrival which was delicious. The rooms are spacious with a nice size balcony, mostly with views of the ocean. The beach is the best in Barbados we were told by someone who moved to Barbados from the UK and I’m not surprised. It’s a beautiful stretch of beach with a number of places to eat. For a small price of 25 BBD you can get a taxi to Hastings where on the Boardwalk are many bars and a fantastic restaurant called Tapas.

The Barbados Radisson Aquatic Resort has BILLION DOLLAR VIEWS and a BILLION DOLLAR BEACH. But the hotel itself is ready for a complete tear down. I predict that this location is going to become the premier property in all of the Caribbean Islands. It is absolutely fantastic. In addition to the views and beach, every day local race horses are walked to the beach to swim in front of the hotel. 30+ gorgeous geldings, fillies, and stallions swim here every day from 4.30am - 7.30am. People line up to see this amazing event. I see this as a world class attraction by itself. I can certainly picture it from numerous front row hotel balconies. Additionally, beautiful green monkeys roam the property. Did I mention that this is the most secluded beach I've been to in Barbados? Whoa. I will be an investor in this property if the opportunity comes available. Last thing, there are at least 5 acres of currently abandoned commercial property adjacent to the hotel. This morning I took a picture and had CHATGPT create a new resort with it. Just saying. Future builder: Please contact me to be an investor. I'm in.

Overall, just a wonderful experience. The food was great, surrounding areas were beautiful for a morning and afternoon walk, the horses in the morning were a welcome surprise and exciting to watch. The room was nice and clean. My only suggestion is room 612 which I stayed in, check the entry door as it's a bit hard to open. I would definitely visit again!

⭐⭐ Radisson Barbados – Disappointing 10-Night Stay We stayed at the Radisson Barbados for 10 nights and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The breakfast buffet was extremely basic and felt more like a budget hotel than a Radisson. Every day it was largely the same: deep-fried bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, fish cakes, plantain, a few tiny pastries, melon, grapes, kiwi, and a couple of other fruits. There was a basic omelette station. After a long stay, the lack of variety became very frustrating. One member of staff in the breakfast area, Jeanette, really stood out as friendly and helpful — sadly she was the exception. Housekeeping was very poor. My sons were actually told off by cleaners for their room not being tidy — they are on holiday. Towels were not replaced, water was not restocked, and we were left without toilet roll on more than one occasion. The pool is extremely small, with no towels provided and not enough loungers. The beach area also lacked sufficient loungers. Most of the beach staff were rude and argumentative. One staff member named Shane stood out positively; the rest made interactions uncomfortable rather than welcoming. We also had a frustrating experience with food service at the beach. We ordered three pizzas to our sun loungers. There was confusion over the order, and we were told that “in their culture” a margherita is considered a vegetable pizza, despite our friends clearly ordering margherita, pepperoni, and vegetable. The staff member made a mistake but refused to acknowledge it or resolve the issue, which again came across as argumentative rather than customer-focused. The rooms are very basic, the beds are very small, and overall the rooms feel tired and outdated. To make matters worse, security accused my husband of lying about which room we were staying in, which was completely unacceptable and embarrassing. This hotel could be amazing, as the location is good and we hired cars to get around easily. However, the hotel needs a full refresh, and the staff urgently need proper training in all areas of hospitality. Overall, this was not the standard expected from the Radisson brand, and we would not return unless significant improvements are made

Hello and thank you. Location of the hotel is amazing. Staff at the hotel, restaurant, bar, cleaners and tour desk doing their jobs for 130%. We are very pleased with all the staff. Hotel management should get ATM machine in and treat properly the staff because they are making quite odd building good name. We are definitely recommending yours hotel to everyone 👍🏻.Please remember! The staff at your hotel making all! We are travelling around the world and Barbados and staying at your hotel staff gave us the chance to come back again at some point. Cheers Monika & Palo.
