Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming very professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the room was. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I needed — fast Wi-Fi, complimentary water, and a beautiful view. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day.

The Radisson Blu Addis gets a full 5 stars from me for real comfort, service, and amazing friendliness of staff and the management. The staff went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. The buffet, the bar area and the rooms all provided a pleasing decor, comfort and choice. I highly recommend this hotel for business or for tourism as it is centrally located and very well equipped. The General Manager personally took the time to ensure all was well. A great place to stay.

This experience was truly memorable. Thanks to Etsegenet Hussein, Abel, Bithaniya, and Yalegal, who all made my work comfortable and practical. I am very grateful to everyone. The Radisson Blu is well-located near most of the places I needed to visit for business meetings. Still, it also serves a great breakfast, has lovely rooms, is staffed with courteous and kind personnel, and is a great gathering place for folks in the evening. The night I was leaving, the transportation to the airport was timely and courteous. I arrived at Bole International Airport and discovered I had forgotten my medicine in the hotel room! I managed to get a friend to call the reception, and they sent someone to my room to look for the medicine. They then sent someone to the airport again with the medicine, and he brought it into the departure hall, where I could receive it. All this was done without much fuss and with a great deal of good-heartedness. I will never forget it! Thank you, Radisson Blu, Addis Ababa. Can't wait to visit again and again!

I had a great stay, friendly staff from housekeeping all the way to the porters. Good breakfast and lunch and very clean rooms. Azarias at reception exceeded my expectations at checkout and went out of his way to ensure my shuttle pick ups were settled. I will definitely stay there again. Good corporate space if you have meetings in Addis.

This is the third time this year I stayed at Radisson Addis and again, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room is always clean and fresh with top quality toiletries. The shower is wao with hot water taking less that 5 sec once you open the shower. The breakfast is very diverse and good, so is the food.|The staff at the business lounge were very friendly, always willing to help. My special thanks go to Brook at the front office for time and time again making my stay at Radisson ET very memorable! Ameseginalehu!

The hotel is always lovely to stay at. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Our week long workshop went very well and all our requests are addressed quickly. The rooms are comfortable, making it easier to be away from home.

Centrally located, safe, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good food and conference rooms. It was a great stay, and I would highly recommend it if you are thinking of going to Addis. The hotel has a bureau de Change onsite, is near Unity Park, and various eating places. It is also a few minutes from the airport.

I can recommend this hotel. It has high standards and even through a blackout you barely notice anything. Rooms and the entire hotel has come a bit out of age but similar to other Radisson blue locations they have high standards in terms of cleaning and service. Try to be a little it careful with hidden extra charges. Soundproof of the rooms could be slightly better, which lead to the deduction of one star for rooms.
