Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa

My stay at Radisson Blu Addid Ababa was fantastic! The transfer from Bole airport was spot on, and the checking process was fast and seamless. The staff were very warm and made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were clean and very fresh and the Internet was reliable and fast. The bathroom was clean with high-quality utilities. ||They had a wide selection of foods in different restaurants and that was lovely. The security was top notch with thorough scanning of any guest who went into the hotel. I would like to particularly thank Mr. Brook in the front office for the very cordial welcome he gave me and consistent follow up through out my stay. The up grade was a pleasant surprise and made my stay.||I will definitely come back again!

Fantastic hotel with the most incredible staff. They made our stay so pleasant and really couldn’t do enough for us. The food was absolutely delicious. I would without a doubt recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you so much for our amazing stay.

The stay was lovely, and prearrival customer services was excellent. There was an issue for the international transfer so I had to give my credit card to block the full amount if my stay. Afterwards the hold on my credit card is there for weeks - no email to the hotel even gets a reaction. European call centre is German only. Disspointing turn of events - after a great stay with friendly staff.

Great hotel for business with excellent service and near the CBD of Addis. There is a nice outdoor area and a great place to watch a game with friends. The food is excellent but dinner could do with theme nights that changes the menu I felt that every evening 80% of the buffet menu was being repeated so it got abit boaring. The rooms are getting abit dated now but they are still comfortable.

Top-rated on all counts. Great assistance from the front desk, especially Mr Brook. Have gave extremely valuable advice on my second day, insisting that I should go the airport in person to check whether my suitcase (which had not arrived with my flight the day before) had finally arrived. I had called the airline several times and was told they could not see my suitcase in their systems and that I had to wait, and call back again. The suitcase had in fact arrived on day 2 and was sitting on a belt in a hidden spot. Had Mr Brook not insisted on my going personally, who knows if I would have ever gotten the suitcase back? I can't thank him enough as well as the driver who took me to the airport. The hotel itself is great, with excellent rooms, very secure too, great variety of tasty food including a healthy choice, kind and prompt service, and good conference facilities. There's a gym and a fee-paying spa (would have been good to give a price list in the rooms though). Only one thing missing was a swimming pool.

The hold on my credit card is not being removed. My company made a international transfer before my stay, but this took to long, and I had to provide my credit cardnupon booking in to put a hold to be able to book in. Stay and service was 10 out of 10. But now for weeks the hold is not removed - and none of my emails get answered. At least I would appreciate feedback on when the hold will be released.

Great hospitality, great food, great client service, excellent facilities and an amazing view of Addis front row. Would recommend Radisson to any traveler looking for a great experience in a picturesque and serene environment…. One lovely place

So far the experience has been as one would anticipate. Great service and hospitality. Room service and quality of food and value is as one would expect - very high. Definitely a hotel to chose for your business and personal needs
