Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa

My stay at Radisson Blu Addid Ababa was fantastic! The transfer from Bole airport was spot on, and the checking process was fast and seamless. The staff were very warm and made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were clean and very fresh and the Internet was reliable and fast. The bathroom was clean with high-quality utilities. ||They had a wide selection of foods in different restaurants and that was lovely. The security was top notch with thorough scanning of any guest who went into the hotel. I would like to particularly thank Mr. Brook in the front office for the very cordial welcome he gave me and consistent follow up through out my stay. The up grade was a pleasant surprise and made my stay.||I will definitely come back again!

I have had a chance to engage with one staff Eyob Abraham, who has been cleaning my room this past few days. He is a sociable and kind-hearted man who ensures that he serves to the perfection expected of the class of the Hotel. After every cleaning, there is always a Supervisor doing the rounds and inquiring about the satisfaction with the cleaning. This is the first Hotel where I see this done on a daily basis. There can never be such satisfaction from Clients than this!|The amenities at the Radisson Blu Addis Ababa are top-notch, including a spa, executive lounge, and diverse dining options that cater to both business and leisure travelers. With its central location, modern facilities, and commitment to guest satisfaction, Radisson Blu ensures an unforgettable stay for every traveller to Addis Ababa.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel which has an excellent location, provides sense of safety and excellent hospitality. As VIP member of Radisson I was at the top 9th Executive Floor, which I would highly recommend for the extra service it provides. And the staff in the hotel is amazing. For example Abel at the reception made me not only feel welcome at the hotel, but he want above and beyond helping my stay being memorable and even explaining me all about the city, the culture, the way to get to sights, and how to feel safe walking around. I'll definitely return

I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and I have to say this one stands out as one of the best! The hotel was of high quality but what made the difference was the staff! Every member of staff we met were so genuine, warm, welcoming and incredibly efficient! For the first time in many years, I really can not think of a thing that I would like to see improved. We will be back (as soon as we can)

The Radisson Blu is a modern, centrally-located hotel in Addis Ababa, classed as 5* and apparently targeting the business market. My room was quite large, with a very comfortable bed and a decent amount of storage. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower (though it was hard to get out of the shower without flooding the floor). I was a little surprised to find no bathrobe, though I can manage without. There is a brasserie style restaurant, which also serves a good breakfast buffet, a coffee shop and a pleasant, relaxed bar. There are also a spa and gym, but I didn't manage even to look at them. The staff are notably helpful and you are aware that you are dealing with human beings, not simply interacting with a machine.|So why do I rate this as Good rather than Excellent? I am perhaps a hard judge, but at 5* level, I save the highest mark for places that have a wow-factor of some kind. This one doesn't. But it is a hotel I should be perfectly happy to stay in again, and to recommend to anyone looking for a business hotel in the centre of Addis Ababa.

Great hotel for business with excellent service and near the CBD of Addis. There is a nice outdoor area and a great place to watch a game with friends. The food is excellent but dinner could do with theme nights that changes the menu I felt that every evening 80% of the buffet menu was being repeated so it got abit boaring. The rooms are getting abit dated now but they are still comfortable.

Very happy with my stay at Radisson blue hotel Addis. The entire staff is friendly and very professional. They help all the time. From front desk to the restaurant they are all excellent. The Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa, is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff's attention to detail was noted when on day 2, the fantastic breakfast service chef (I wish I noted her name for this review) remembered my omlet order from the previous morning.|The hotel staff is by far the best I've experienced. Ms. Tigist, Etsegnt Yifru, and Tilahum, were among the exceptional staff who made our stay warm, and welcoming. |The restaurant is A+|Servicing the room A+|The spa (the deep tissue massage is recommended) A+|Coffee shop A+|Room service A+|And on and on...||In retrospect, this hotel was The Best I've been to. The staff puts it over the line.
