It was great hotel to relax at the spa, beach side & very comfortable environment. I truly appreciated the views from the balcony with a pleasant appearance & beautiful beach view. We had a very good stay at this hotel. The absolute best part about it is service, especially the reception team. They are welcoming, helpful, attentive to their guests and quick on their feet, and that just makes you really relax during your stay, because you know they are there for you. Really 12 out of 10 here. The rooms and the hotel itself are nice, light and clean. It is super convenient to have a private access to the beach that is just a small underground pass away. The rooms are well equipped and have all you need. I only put 4* really because I think breakfast could be a bit better - I did not like the set-up of the breakfast room that much or the selection, the coffee is not great either, but all was good enough. Just missed a little bit of a 'wow' thing, but overall, a fantastic place! Well done!

I truly appreciate the hospitality and the overall ambiance of the hotel. However, I believe it’s important to share some honest feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, the service was noticeably slow. Simple requests took too long to be addressed, and during check-out, I was left waiting for nearly an hour — which was quite frustrating and unexpected from a hotel of this level. Additionally, I was disappointed with the description of the sea view. What was advertised as a “sea view” turned out to be a partial glimpse from a distance, barely visible from the room. In reality, the hotel faces another street, and to actually reach the beach, we had to walk about 4 to 5 minutes — which wasn’t clearly mentioned beforehand. While I understand that no place is perfect, I believe honest communication and timely service are key to a great guest experience. I truly hope my feedback will be taken into serious consideration for future improvement. Kind regards, Dhabyah

I cannot recommend it highly enough. The experience was simply exceptional from start to finish. The service is impeccable - all staff members, from reception to waiters, show remarkable attention to detail. They anticipate your needs before you even express them and are constantly attentive to make your stay perfect. The food quality impressed me at every meal. Breakfast offers a varied buffet with both local and international dishes. Lunches by the pool are delicious and dinners at the main restaurant are a true gastronomic feast. The freshness of ingredients and the creativity of the chefs deserve special mention. The location is ideal - direct access to a private beach with crystal-clear waters where you can enjoy unlimited cocktails served directly to your sun lounger. I particularly appreciated the beach bar service! The proximity to the Corniche allows for beautiful evening walks, and several shopping malls are easily accessible. I was able to walk to different malls for my shopping, which is very convenient. In summary, a perfect stay in an establishment that fully deserves its stars. I will return without hesitation!

Stayed at Radisson Blu and had a lovely experience. The amenities are great, especially the steam room and sauna. The beach area is peaceful and perfect for a quiet escape. The room feels warm and inviting, though the ceiling in the bathroom and entrance is a bit low. Guests who are quite tall might find the space slightly tight in those areas. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing. La Terraza may offer fewer options compared to other buffet restaurants, but the quality of each dish truly stands out. I do wish there were more dessert selections during the dinner service. Overall, a relaxing stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.

The Radisson Blu Hotel Abu Dhabi truly surpassed all my expectations! The West Bay Lounge was exceptional, making it an ideal spot for your vacation. The dining experience was unparalleled, and the service was top-notch! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived at the reception until my departure; their professionalism stood out.

Good hotel for the value. Good location. Rooms are standard, normal. Not very big. Staff is very friendly. Clean beach area, nice gym. Breakfast area is definitely too small to accommodate a fully booked hotel. Guest had to stand on line for quite a while to get a table. It was impossible to get a fresh cooked egg or omelet, minimum 10-15min waiting time. But the whole buffet was clean, big variety and fresh food. A bit sad but understandable that the beach area does not belong to the hotel. Locals have annual pass and on weekend it gets very crowded and loud. The zipline didn‘t work and at the climbing area was closed because no staff was working there.
