First of all, we think the personnel at the hotel do their best, but the management and routines at the hotel is not good enough. ||We stayed 11 days in one of the suites with terrace.||Examples: Get different answers from different personnel, we think this is because of lack of training and routines. Things were done differently from day to day.||Like cleaning the room, some days ok but other days no toilet paper, no towels, no coffee, not cleaned, had to ask for changing the bed linens after one week, no water and so on. ||AC often turned off. Worst off all, terrace door was left open! (nothing was stolen). ||The outside furniture was dirty and the parasol was missing. (was in place the second day after asking for it). Ashtray on the terrace was full and smelled, we are NOT smoking.||We ask for a late check out after spending 11 days in the suit, but was asked to pay 20 euro pr. hour, after spending like 2700 euro at your hotel, this is stingy. ||The website pictures do not match the room and terrasse amenities. ||

Perfect option for a short term stay in Bordeaux. We were delighted to spend two nights at this beautiful hotel. Smooth check-in (as a Radisson VIP member), our room was upgraded to the corner room with a stunning river view. The personal was super friendly, especially the receptionist guy with curly hair named Mathias, he was so kind, hospitable and professional! He helped us with every requests we had during the stay! The breakfast was quite regular, there was not much options to choose from, but since it was complementary I can’t complain at all. The rooftop bar and restaurant was really nice during the late evening, we had a few cocktails and I would highly recommend to try the Caipirinha there! Location was ok, you can reach the center by 35-40 minutes walking or 15 minutes by tram. Overall, I would give this hotel a solid 9 out of 10 and looking forward to come back here in the nearest future!

Disappointing Experience with Room Upgrade Our group had booked several rooms at the hotel, and I was one of the guests who had reserved an upgraded room. As the last person in the group to check in, I was given a room that did not match the standard of the upgraded room I had booked. When I raised this with the hotel, I was told that I could only receive a room matching my original upgrade if I paid an additional fee per night—even though such rooms were available. This is not the level of service I would expect from a hotel chain of this reputation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that fell short of expectations. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously to improve future guest experiences.

Stayed here on a two-night stay in a suite room.||||The hotel upon first impressions is very impressive, if like ourselves and you treat yourself to the biggest and best suite you will have a lovely view of the dock with an absolutely massive balcony with tables and chairs, canopy that could easily accommodate 50 people.||||The staff here are very professional, wouldn't say particularly attentive but they are friendly enough. ||||The food served in the restaurant for breakfast was very disappointing. Considering we are staying in the Radisson Blu you would expect a vast selection of fresh fruit especially for breakfast. The hot food was abysmal, practically unappetising.||The omelettes that were cooked for us were very greasy and not very enjoyable.||||The suite itself, considering the high cost per night was a real disappointment.||||The carpet in places was heavily soiled, stains galore. not very pleasant to look at.||||The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress needed to be replaced.||||The air conditioning was not very good, more like an air cooling unit rather than an air conditioning unit. Despite asking for it to be cooler nothing was done.||||The mini fridge just had bottled water and even then it was not chilled, it appeared the mini fridge was not able to cool down the drinks we put in ourselves, it was a disappointment.||||The sofa in the suite was practically dangerous to sit in, it has been used extensively that all the padding in the centre has become so soft that when you sit in it its difficult to get back up, the padding and foam needs to be replaced.||||The hotel is close to a tram stop, practically only 10 minutes walk away.||We would not stay here again, especially not in a suite as it was not worth the money, and far too many problems within the suite itself.

We did have to change rooms on arrival as the first one smelled musty with stained carpet, the next room was very nice and no complaints. Spa really nice. Easy to get to centre of town and cite du vin

Very friendly and helpful lobby staff! Would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Bordeaux for a short, medium or long stay. Shoutout to Mathias, who has been a huge help through my stay 🙌🙏

We stayed for 2 nights, as I had some points to use up before expiration, so we thought we'd stay in this area to go to Cite du Vin but also go on the tram into town. The location is pretty good, but our room, 222, is right above the gym. The main gym closes around 6, but after that there are private sessions all night long, until about 11 or 12 PM, and there's banging noises constantly, probably from weights being dropped to the floor or similar. And they start again at 6 in the morning. When we complained, it was a known issue... so why do you keep putting guests in that room, Radisson Blu??? Really disappointing in that respect only, apart from that, the hotel seems fairly quiet. We got another room for the second night, 422, which was better but still some banging noises although pretty faint, not like it came from next door. Maybe they keep these 'bad' rooms for reward nights only? If I'd paid for this stay, I'd be pretty upset. We won't come back to this hotel. It did take a lot of complaining to get a new room though, the receptionist acted like she didn't believe me, took me to the gym to show me it was shut. I had to go outside and walk around to see that there were still people in the gym mezzanine, showed the receptionist but all she said was that it was quiet right that moment. Poor service, but she did finally give me another room, although still above the gym but higher. Note that the Aircon wasn't functional because it's classed as winter time, so you cannot change the temperature or fan speed. There's a tiny window that can be opened for some airflow. The details in the toilet and bathroom are pretty poor, marks on the tiling, shower tray doesn't keep the water inside. After the first night, we put the 'please make my room' sign out, when we came back in the afternoon the sign had gone, but the room hadn't been serviced. We had to call the maid to get some fresh towels and coffee pods, so I don't know what sort of system they use to track which rooms they have done.

I was there for a conference. The personnel are very professional and respectful, Luxurious terasse and restaurants on top. Very nice view on Bordeaux's Cité du vin and the bridge. Mini Golf on the roof.
