Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest (Bucharest, Romania) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Set on Calea Victoriei, where the legendary Nestor pastry shop once stood, Radisson Blu remains a fixture of Bucharest’s hospitality landscape. The hotel’s crisp geometry and ice-blue atrium give it a distinctly contemporary edge. Guests have access to a large indoor pool, health club, and THAIco Spa, as well as NAMI Beach Club, which is a summer-only garden retreat with the city’s largest outdoor pool. The location keeps you central and makes this property a rare blend of scale, leisure, and easy access." - Tablet Hotels

The hotel's exterior is okay, but the friendliness of the staff could be improved. The room (executive) is quite modest and the bathroom has a really strong smell of sewage. The sounds from the corridor and other rooms can be heard in the room. The soundproofing is poor. The breakfast was good and varied. In summary, this hotel does not offer five-star service and experience.

My experience at the Radisson Blu Bucharest was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to great restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Overall, a top-class hotel that I would definitely stay at a

I stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest while attending AI Expo Europe (2–3 November 2025). The experience was excellent — modern rooms, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety and fresh options. Perfect central location, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!

Radisson Blu Bucharest is a beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. The entire hotel was clean, and peaceful! Yes there is street noise in the rooms but with curtains closed, you should hear nothing. Bucharest is a noisy and lively city, if you wish for complete silence, the countryside might be more your style! The hotel itself is a wonderland and is beautiful inside and out. Really great if you want to be in central Bucharest, close to restaurants and luxury shopping. The staff were wonderful. If you need anything they are there to get it for you right away. Extra pillows, towels, anything to make sure your comfort is first. The spa was amazing. Cured my stiff neck from prior travels in Romania outside of Bucharest. It was relaxing and well priced. We tried Prime steak and Sharia restaurants within the hotel and both were phenomenal! The breakfast in the hotel is also 10/10. I've been to many hotels, even all inclusive ones, and never experienced such an amazing buffet breakfast! The drinks at the bar was also perfect. ⚠️Our only disappointment was the main thing we booked for. It was September and very hot. The indoor pool was open but full and the jacuzzi which is outdoors was overly full with adults and for some reason... Kids. Nowhere to put items or sit. The door was closed to the outside so you can't take items with you. We were unaware there was need for a key to get a locker. This should be mentioned at the desk. Another large issue was the outdoor pool! It was not open for no reason. It was extremely hot during our stay and all we wanted was a cool pool in the sun. It was extremely disappointing.

Despite of its size (huge) and slightly outdated decore I like this hotel. The location is great, rooms are clean and well equipped (only minus for old hair dryer). Gym and swimming pool are a definite advantage. I do recommend for a short and longer stay.

It’s not the first time staying here but it’s the last. It’s a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and good food. I give only 2/5 because in the middle of the week they had an event and the music was so loud that could be heard really loud in the room in the middle of the night which made our staying horrible, travelling with a 4 y.o child that needs sleep. Also, the matress from one room was so soft in the middle that 2 people couldn’t sleep in the same bed, lucky for us we had 2 rooms. There were no parking places left but this is not a problem bc there is a parking place about 100 m far from the hotel which costs less than the parking from the hotel. Who likes to party no matter when it’s a great hotel, but if you need rest, I do not recommend.

This is a pretentious hotel ("cu multe fițe") and very suited for new money folks. Prices are high accordingly and the atmosphere is a very effective yet a bit distant Jewish style serving - the take care of everything for you and solve all, but don't expect too homey or warm style.. there is Athene Palace for that. In it's category though - Radisson Blu is 5 stars (applies also to the Bucharest one and former Radisson Ukraina in Moscow). Stayed with them a couple of times. Also they house nearby the best Casino in Bucharest, offering live player versus player Texas Hold em Poker - the Platinum Casino.
