★★★★★ We are currently staying at Edison Blue in Bucharest, and we’re genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism throughout the hotel. First of all, a big thank you to the hotel management and the entire team, especially the staff at the reception and information desk — they respond quickly, handle any request with ease, and always do it in a friendly, respectful way. The hotel is clean, well organized, and the spa is absolutely amazing — a perfect place to truly relax. And a special thank you to the Business Lounge, especially Claudia. Today she made our visit feel truly special — warm attention, great service, and beautifully prepared pancakes served with real care and detail. That kind of hospitality stays with you. Thank you again to everyone at Edison Blue for creating such a welcoming experience. Highly recommended.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had at Radisson. As a VIP guest, I was upgraded to a renovated two-level room, which made the experience even more special. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great variety and quality. The hotel features an outdoor pool shared between Radisson Blu and Park Inn, which is a lovely bonus. There’s also a fitness center and an indoor pool connected to the hotels, both complimentary for guests. Additionally, the minibar is included once per stay, which is a nice extra touch.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in Radisson Blu Bucharest from the 23rd to the 26th of January. It was such an amazing experience from all points of view. All the staff members went anice and beyond to make our stay seamless. At the check-in we were welcomed by Valentina that has quickly registeres us and provided all the information, she was great and helped us during our stay for everything we needed. I would also like to mention the night manager Eric and the receptionist Alina who helped us to confirm a late check out during our last day (we had a late flight). Thanks a lot. The executive lounge in the hotel is really amazing and there are exceptional people working there. In particular one staff member stands out, Marius, a very professional employee that was very kind with us and also spoke italian, he made us feel like at home. If you are a fit person there is a gym fully equipped with a internal pool and you can also relax inside an amazing esternal heated pool with jacuzzi. The cherry on top was the Thai SPA, were we had a couple massage on the last day. The SPA is really great, equipped with everything you may need, very clean and there are very professional therapists there. I strongly suggest reserving a massage during your visit. Finally, everything about the hotel is 5 out of 5 stars: nice rooms, professional staff, great guest experience, great location. I strongly reccomend staying here if you will visit Bucharest!

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest, and we truly can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — professional, warm, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Madalina Agiu, Lobby Duty Manager, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Madalina assisted us with everything we needed, always with patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to help. Her service was not only efficient but also incredibly caring and personal, and it truly made a difference in our stay. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of hospitality, and thanks to the excellent team — especially Madalina — our stay was memorable in the best possible way. Highly recommended, and we would happily return again!

The hotel is spacious and comfortable with nice 5star offerings. We stayed at a very busy time during Christmas so the reception was bit crazy, but overall the lobby areas and restaurants were large and good. ||The hotel breakfast was very good. The executive lounge we also had on our room also was very nice but would have been nicer if it had more sofas and a larger area. ||Room facilities had everything a 5 star should and also the first day complimentary minibar included 4-5 soft drinks and a beer was nice touch. ||Beds comfortable and the room balcony looking to the pool side was nice. Our room was quiet but due to hotel being very busy some guests did complain on noise in certain places. We were ok. ||We had paid for an upgrade and early check in to the suit room which was good for family of 3. ||Overall a nice 3 night stay. Bucharest was not that much our liking as a city but the hotel made it worthwhile.

The staff are professional, polite, and helpful, always ensuring that guests feel well taken care of. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is another strong point, with a wide and tasty selection that caters to different preferences and starts the day on a positive note. However, there are a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. The air conditioning does not always work properly, which can affect comfort, especially during warmer days. Additionally, windows cannot be opened, and because the hotel is located in a busy city area, city noise can be noticeable at night, making it harder to sleep for light sleepers. Overall, Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest is an excellent hotel in terms of service, location, and amenities, but improvements to the air conditioning and sound insulation would significantly enhance the overall guest experience

Trying to be fair so 3/5 Let’s start with the bad because wow. Zero oundproofing. We were on the 5th floor, but the hotel has this open atrium where you can literally see all the way down to the lobby. Which also means you can hear EVERYTHING. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Only an overhead rain shower, no handheld one (personal preference, but still annoying). What’s NOT a preference is the fact that we had to wait around 10 minutes for hot water in the morning. In a 5-star hotel. Please. Executive Lounge in the evening was super awkward. We came for snacks and found empty plates where food once lived, some alcohol, and Coca-Cola. That’s it. Meanwhile around 5 staff members were just silently staring at us. They could have said like “sorry, we’re refilling” or “come back in 15 minutes”. Just 👁️👄👁️ Mini-bar is free, but for two people it was literally one Coke, one beer, and one chocolate bar. Also only two small bottles of water in the room, and apparently they don’t get refilled. No water stations anywhere. After that bathroom smell, tap water was a no. So the expectation is… go buy water yourself? In a 5-star hotel? Interesting choice. NOW, to be fair, some good things: Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was actually good. nice selection, chill atmosphere, and overall decent quality. HOWEVER, service was painfully slow. Like, the food was good, but you need patience and maybe a second coffee while waiting. Also there’s a cool robot vacuum cleaner on the first floor 👍 legend Overall some good elements, but way too many things that just don’t match a 5-star standard.

I would highly recommend the business lounge at this hotel. The atmosphere is refined, calm, and exceptionally pleasant. Every detail is carefully curated — from the high-quality food to the excellent coffee. Claudia’s attentive and gracious service elevates the entire experience, creating a sense of comfort and understated luxury. I will most certainly return.
