Radisson Blu Hotel Doha

We had a truly wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Doha, and I cannot thank the entire team enough for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful—especially in supporting one of our family members with special needs.||||A very special thank you to the concierge team. particularly the three staff members, one from Nepal and one from Sri Lanka, who were on the afternoon shift on 26th June (unfortunately, we didn’t get their names), as well as Mr. Niro. All of them went above and beyond to assist us with a wheelchair and ensured everything was comfortable and accessible throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and care made a big difference, and we are truly grateful.||||The restaurant management also deserves high praise. Their service is top-notch, with impressive attention to every single detail to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. It’s rare to find such consistent quality and care across all departments of a hotel.||||Thank you, Radisson Blu Doha, for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be recommending your hotel to others!

Food was not so appealing but service was excellent: Dal is fantastic! He’s reliable, hardworking, and always leaves our home spotless. His attention to detail and friendly attitude make a big difference. We really appreciate his dedication and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional housekeeper! Not to forget the room was exceptional!!

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its elegant ambience and comfortable rooms. Staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and every request effortless. Housekeeping impressed me daily—the room was spotless and refreshed like new each time. Overall, a delightful stay that I’d happily repeat and recommend to others. Our flight got cancelled and stayed at this hotel until the next flight. The service and the food are really good. We feel relaxing while staying there. Our receptionists: Arif and Lynn are nice, polite, and professional. Also, the staffs in the buffet are nice too, especially the waiter but I don’t know the name. Anyway, thank you for the experience.

Loved my stay, everything looked and felt good here. The hotel is very accessible and offers great services. This review is specifically for housekeeping staff Dal, who made sure our stay is clean and comfortable and Hyde Park Chefs’ who took good care pf one of our students with severe allergies.

I love the place and I have really enjoyed my stay. The only tiny problem I have had is having to ask for shower gel almost every evening - mine is a twin room so we clearly need two not one. Otherwise, this is a beautiful hotel and bedding should be changed daily.

Radisson blu Doha is always a great place to stay. I spend alot of time here as I work in doha and this is my home away from home. Staff are always amazing and hotel is well kept. From the security to the cleaning and catering crews all very kind helpful people with a smile on there faces. Raj in the Hyde park always inviting and remember my order great conversations I have with him. Hiba in the gym,pool area reception. Is always smiling and professional.

His attention to detail, warm demeanor, and efficiency were second to none, he brought comfort and a sense of home. His commitment to service left a lasting impression, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. At the front desk, Arif was equally outstanding. Whether it was during check-in, arranging transport, or answering my many questions, he handled everything with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. Arif made the check-in process seamless and stress-free, and his recommendations for local dining and activities were spot-on. It’s rare to come across someone so approachable and knowledgeable, and he set the tone for the high-quality service I experienced throughout the hotel. The Radisson Blu itself is a wonderful place to stay—clean, well-maintained, and with all the comforts you'd expect from a world-class hotel. But it’s the people like Sabuj and Arif who truly elevate the experience. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for comfort paired with genuinely caring service. I’ll definitely be returning
