Food was not so appealing but service was excellent: Dal is fantastic! He’s reliable, hardworking, and always leaves our home spotless. His attention to detail and friendly attitude make a big difference. We really appreciate his dedication and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional housekeeper! Not to forget the room was exceptional!!

The hotel is really nice, the staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are somewhat small but are really clean, the in room food menu is somewhat limited but it’s still nice. We wanted to try the restaurant it looked nice but we did nit have the time. There is no free drinks or something in the mini bar it’s just water which is odd for a 5 star hotel. The location is quite good and close to activities we planned. Overall it was a good experience but somewhat not totally worse the price.

Had an overnight stay paid by airline as there were delays and disruptions. Rooms very dated however quiet and comfortable. Buffet lunch was an option. Good variety with very helpful service. Especially Pnuma who made sure the place was clean and assisted promptly to any requests.

The Hotel is very good and foods was really delicious. As well as this staff is very very friendly and helpful for other as their family members. One of the guy I met there who was Mr. Salaheddine. He was really nice friendly guy. I really enjoyed my visit with this hotel and highly recommend.

Housekeeping impressed me daily—the room was spotless and refreshed like new each time. Overall, a delightful stay that I’d happily repeat and recommend to others. Our flight got cancelled and stayed at this hotel until the next flight. The service and the food are really good. We feel relaxing while staying there. Our receptionists: Arif and Lynn are nice, polite, and professional. Also, the staffs in the buffet are nice too, especially the waiter but I don’t know the name. Anyway, thank you for the experience.
