Radisson Blu Hotel Doha

Beautiful hotel perfectly situated on the river. Swimming pool and spa was amazing. Food was really good sometimes could have been a little hotter and faster table service. ||The breakfast was fantastic so much choice and a la carte options. I have to mention Grazina she was so friendly and is working so hard to look after everyone with the biggest smile nothing is too much trouble. I would also like to mention the cleaning was excellent. The front of house staff very friendly and a special mention to Rayanne at breakfast aswell. ||Thank you next time I come|I will bring more people with me

I stayed here for 5 days and had a great experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, with all major landmarks just a 20-minute ride away (costing around 10-15 riyals by Uber). The breakfast was what I expected—nothing to complain about. While you have the option to pay for dinner at the hotel, there are several restaurants both inside and within walking distance, making it more economical to dine out. The pool is large, with a separate kids' pool and a jacuzzi. ||The staff were always available and very helpful. They actively encourage feedback, which helps maintain high standards. However, one downside was the behavior of some guests—particularly locals—who would frequently cut in line or interrupt conversations with staff without regard for others. ||One area for improvement: I booked a Superior room for 3 adults and 2 kids and made this clear when booking, but the room only had a king-size bed, which wasn’t big enough for all of us. It was especially tight with a 10-year-old and a 4-year-old. Luckily, we were traveling as a group, so we had to move our daughter to another room, which wasn't ideal, but it was the only option unless we were willing to pay an extra 100 GBP. ||The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which runs on the hour. Depending on your arrival time, you might have to wait up to an hour, but this could save you 30 to 50 riyals compared to taking a taxi, depending on your group size.

I recently stayed at this incredible 5-star hotel, and my experience was truly exceptional. The staff were all incredibly attentive, with a special mention to Mr. Arif, who made sure all of our needs were met with warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, offering stunning views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, especially dining options that exceeded expectations. Every detail, from the decor to the service, was carefully curated to ensure an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking the ultimate in comfort and hospitality!

Mixed feelings about this hotel. We chose this place to stay as we had a 1 day layover in Doha. The hotel offers a complementary shuttle bus every hour, which I find really convenient, a great service indeed. When we arrived we had a normal room, nothing extraordinary, but we had a budget rate so it was pretty good. But after that we started finding little issues around. The shower only had very hot water and boiling-hot water. The hair dryer only blew extremely hot air. I locked the bathroom and my 2-year child opened the bathroom and the lock fell apart. My wife ordered a hair comb that never reached the room. They did help us with a bowl and a new hair dryer, but the person on the phone seemed to be in a rush to hung up all the time. This part was not very pleasant. I don’t know if it’s because we didn’t have an expensive room, or because we are not from the region that we got a little of a careless attitude from reception or the person answering the phone? In any case, that is not the service standard of a 5 star hotel. Specially when you arrive and just want to rest after your flight. On the other hand, the hotel has nice pools, very nice gym, and the guy from the gym, and the person who carried our luggage to the room did a fantastic job, extremely friendly, helpful, and with a smile and good attitude. The hotel location is pretty good as well, not close to the center though. But nice and quiet, only 25 minutes to the airport. With that said, we may try a different hotel next time.

I had the pleasure of meeting Emmanuel. He was very courteous, polite and very respectful. He was very helpful with everything I needed for my room. Seeing him each day. I could tell he was a very hard working young man. The room was always cleaned to my liking and everything was replaced has they were used. I wish him the best going forward.

Overall the hotel was very good, but especially Alison on the help desk who helped us sort out our return trip documentation. All staff have been good here, there is always someone around to ask and English is very widely spoken. The Italian and Chinese restaurants were both very good and whilst breakfast can be a bit chaotic if you leave it after 09:30, the amount, variety and quality of food is very good.

I had an 20 days exceptional at this hotel! It was a unique experience. from the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job ensuring the room was always clean and well-stocked. A special thank you to the room service staff, especially "Emmanuel" for his prompt and courteous service. The food was delicious, and it was always delivered with a smile. I truly felt taken care of throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing experience.
