The booking process was seamless, and check-in was just as smooth—we were even granted early access. The male receptionist who assisted us was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, kindly allowing a late check-out as well. All the staff were welcoming, and we never felt any form of discrimination throughout our stay.
That said, we were slightly disappointed that a five-star hotel lacked valet parking and didn’t provide dental toiletries (perhaps available upon request, though we weren’t sure). Additionally, the fridge in our room wasn’t working, which was inconvenient.
On a brighter note, I want to highlight the complimentary breakfast at Hyde—it was outstanding, with warm, fresh, and flavorful dishes. Truly a must-visit spot. The pools were clean, and the staff around the area were equally attentive and courteous.
Overall, it was a great experience with a few areas that could be improved.
