I had an excellent experience during our stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I especially want to compliment the front desk team especially to Ms Rhea. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived. They made check-in smooth and efficient, answered all my questions with genuine patience, and went out of their way to ensure I felt taken care of throughout my stay. Their exceptional service truly made a difference and elevated the whole experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and outstanding customer service. I will definitely be returning!

We picked the hotel based on its high reviews. The hotel is pretty old but was well renovated. We had a special occasion and informed the hotel a week in advance but no action was taken as a kind gesture. The main issue was loud noises from outside rooms and also rooms above especially when flushing the toilets. The rooms were supposed to be soundproof. Mr. Karlos at the reception was extremely helpful and changed our room to a better one. Location was good as it is pretty close to Dubai Creek and Old Souq (old market). View from balcony is amazing.

It was my first trip to Dubai and i felt amazing. Everything was so beautiful with that creekview from balcony. The best part about a property is ehat it provides and Radisson Blu At Deira Creek makes you feel like you're not away from home. The food, The People, they are magical. Best polite staff, clean rooms, beautiful view, best amenities= This place. Thanks to Mr.Pallav, Ms.Rhea, Ms. Nadiya ( if i am not mistaken with her name),Ms. Tanushree and Mr.Akash, they all were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to the Best Housekeeping staff.

Great location with partial Creek view. Refreshing. Room was high standard. Bathroom was outdated. New toilets & shower mixers crucial. At reception I was served with a smile by Blessing. She was very professional.

I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Deira Creek. The hotel is perfectly located right by the creek and offers a great blend of classic charm and modern comfort. My room was spacious, very clean, and came with a beautiful view of the water. The service was consistently warm and attentive. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention, as it truly has something for everyone. The variety of restaurants in the hotel is impressive too, so you can try a different cuisine every evening. All in all, it’s a place where you feel comfortable right away, and I can highly recommend it. I’d happily stay here again.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai. The hospitality, ambiance, and service were exceptional throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely their breakfast—delicious, fresh, and offering an excellent variety to suit every taste. We stayed at this wonderful 5star hotel and were absolutely delighted. The location is convenient-close to the main attractions, yet quiet enough in the room to fully enjoy peace and relaxation. The food was excellent: a wide variety, fresh ingredients, and every dish prepared with great attention to detail. The location by Dubai Creek is honestly the only strong positive of this hotel. The breakfast options are boring and very limited, with the same items repeated every day. On Sunday, the breakfast restaurant was extremely overcrowded, almost like a busy street, with too many people moving around—it was chaotic and uncomfortable. Not sure why the hotel allows such poor crowd control during peak hours. The front desk experience was disappointing. The receptionist was not warm at all and came across as rude, which is not what you expect from a hotel of this brand. Rooms and interiors feel old and dated, and apart from the creek view, there’s nothing memorable about the stay. Overall: Poor service attitude, dull breakfast, and overcrowding issues overshadow the good location. A 2/5 stay — acceptable only if location is your top priority.
