Started with a disappointing experience as we didn't get any concierge to help with our luggage and had to pull up the bags all the way to the reception. Even as we struggled, no one approached us seeing my elderly mom and myself having to manage 3 weekender bags.
The room itself was small with a partial view of the creek, but it was just about comfortable for 3 adults.
There were minor issues in the room like headboard light not fixed well, broken curtain pull rod, the water was not draining in the bathroom , very limited toiletries with not enough towels.
The entertainment was good at the Friday bollywood theme night.
The buffet dinner should have had more options for the vegetarians.
The buffet breakfast was better and had more variety for vegetarians but still could do better.
This staycation was actually a gifted prize transfer from my sister to me.
Unfortunately, she experienced terrible service as the hotel reservations were late in sharing the prize details. Moreover, they gave very limited stay dates and deadlines which didn't work out for my sister who actually won the staycation.
Despite expressing her utter disappointment, the hotel did nothing to support my sisters requests, leaving all of us quite upset and frustrated with the attitude.
Suggest the team at Radisson Blu Creek revisit how they deal with their once loyal customers.
