I had very magical experience moments in the SPA at the hotel. The decoration it is outstanding and the welcoming smile of the staff makes me feel very comfortable. Their professional hands take out the stress and pressure in my body and become more younger with full energy

I signed up for this 14-day swimming course as a complete beginner—never even set foot in a pool before. Honestly, I was nervous at first, but Ali completely changed that from day one. He’s a true professional who genuinely cares about his students. His approachable nature makes it so easy to ask questions and share concerns, and his patience is incredible—he never rushes, explains every step clearly. Halfway through the program, I can already do things I never thought possible—floating, basic strokes, and actually feeling relaxed in the water! Ali’s ability to break down each skill into manageable steps and his encouragement throughout the process have made a world of difference. I find myself looking forward to every session. If you’ve never swum before or have been putting it off because you’re nervous, I can’t recommend Ali enough. Absolutely a 5-star trainer and an experience worth every minute!

I stayed for more than a week and had a wonderful experience. The ambience was peaceful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Ragavan from housekeeping, who cleaned my room daily throughout the week and made it feel like home. Great location for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Amazing place in the heart of the city — everything about this hotel is excellent, whether it's the hospitality, cleanliness, location, or the overall vibes. I particularly enjoyed the pool and the club, which I’d say are among the best in town. A special mention to their swim instructor, Mr. Ali. Meeting him turned out to be a blessing. He made me realize that even at the age of 50, it’s never too late to learn how to swim. I was struggling with back pain and decided to take lessons from him. I had previously attempted to learn swimming at a different place years ago, but left midway as I didn’t enjoy it then. However, since I started training with Mr. Ali, my entire experience has changed. He is highly professional, patient, and deeply knowledgeable. His methodical approach and ability to tailor the training to my pace and physical condition made all the difference. He not only focused on technique but also ensured I was comfortable and confident in the water at every step. Thanks to his encouragement and skill, I’ve made more progress than I ever thought possible. It’s almost a pity that someone as talented and disciplined as Mr. Ali isn’t competing on a national team — he truly has the caliber for it. His passion for swimming and dedication to teaching are truly inspiring.

My husband and I left the property today and we had an excellent experience. We stayed in the presidential suite room 1033. It was honestly the best room we have ever been it. Every one of the staff members we came across were very helpful and nice. Only thing that could be improved is the left sink in the bathroom of the sink had a very slow drainage and I think that’s something that can easily be addressed.

Good hotel, good view and comfortable room. Smaller than the new five star hotel but better vibe and nice staff. The room service young fellow Vincent on my fifth floor so kind and considerate with always warm smile . Whenever I got to get help, he would immediately gave a hand. Nice stay in here.
