A wonderful iftar experience during Ramadan is the Radisson Dubai Creek rooftop iftar, also known as ‘Nur al Hilal.’ The stunning panoramic views of Dubai set the perfect backdrop for an extensive and diverse buffet. The spread features cuisine from around the world, with live cooking stations offering dishes like ouzi, sliders, freshly fried pakoras, and more. The beverage selection includes traditional Ramadan favorites such as lassi, Jalab, Qamr Al Din, Vimto, and other specialty drinks.
The Arabic section offers delicious dishes like Shish Barak, Moroccan Spiced Seafood Mix, Dajaj bil Forn, Veal Harees, and the highlight—ouzi served on a fragrant bed of rice. There’s also a variety of fresh sushi in the Japanese section, along with an array of salads and bread. The meal was complemented perfectly by beef lasagne, Iranian kebabs, vegetables, vermicelli rice, dal makhani, vegetable korma, vegetable biryani, chicken kadai, and more.
Dessert options ranged from Arabic sweets to Western pastries, cakes, and puddings, satisfying every sweet tooth. The decor beautifully captures the spirit of Ramadan, and the lively atmosphere was enhanced by Arabic songs, games with prizes, and a Sufi-style dancer with mesmerizing lights.
Highly recommend this iftar for anyone looking for a memorable Ramadan experience. Bring your friends and family for a truly special evening!
