It is in conformity with international standards. I can't wait to stay here again; I love it. More importantly, they are doing well security-wise, ensuring all guests feel safe and at ease during their stay. The attention to detail in service truly makes a difference, and it's evident that every staff member is trained to meet guests' needs with professionalism and warmth. Personally, I have to thank Mr. Ifeanyi for his customer-centric and professional approach; his dedication to providing an exceptional experience is commendable. Thank you. I, recently dined at this hotel for a buffet, and I must say the food was quite delicious. The flavors were impressive, and everything tasted fresh. However, I found the variety to be somewhat limited. There weren't many options, especially when it came to seafood, different dishes, and desserts like cake, ice cream, and fruits. While the quality was good, I hope they can expand their selection in the future.

Hands down, my best experience was at the Coffee Bar. After living in the U.S. for over 20 years, I’ve developed a particular taste for quality coffee—and this place delivered beyond my expectations. Miriam, who served me, was absolutely outstanding. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and professionalism made the experience even more memorable. The coffee was excellent, and the service truly first-class. I’ll definitely be coming back for another cup before I head back home. Miriam, thank you—you’re a star! Highly recommended.

Good stay overall! I had to change my room because of the damp humid smell. Got a slightly better one but couldn’t completely get over that smell. Esther in Marketing & PR was really helpful and Maryam at the coffee shop made some excellent coffees!

I had a lovely time at Choco Latte! The coffee was absolutely delightful, and Mariam made the experience even better with her warm smile and friendly attitude, I really liked her for that. I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee and will definitely be coming back again!

Radisson blu services are topnotch .The staffs at the front desk ( Mr Toheeb and Mr Oriyomi) attended to me well. I had a fantastic stay. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure.
