Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva, Vilnius

This was my first time visiting Vilnius, Lithuania and also my first stay at the Radisson. I was a bit nervous at first since it was a brand-new country for me, but this hotel truly exceeded all expectations. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience! Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to Romas (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly) who made both my check-in and check-out smooth and professional, he was thoughtful and attentive throughout. The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. My room was in perfect condition and had the most amazing view, which was honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. I also visited the Sky Bar, even though the kitchen was closed(after 10pm), the server kindly offered me a small snack, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic too. Right by a beautiful river, close to the Old Town, and surrounded by great restaurants and more. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back , especially since I’m already planning another visit to Vilnius in November!

We really enjoyed our stay. Being a member seems to pay off as you get a free room upgrade. They have also offered complimentary cheese, coffee and water in the room. The location is central in a very vibrant area. One thing we kept noticing during our stay is that it smelled really nice in the whole hotel. Whatever perfume they are using - I loved it. The breakfast was good, but rather busy with people. As we were just two, it was easy to find the place but I assume it was rather hard for the families. The hotel management got creative and offered the guests to come at 11am to be served premium breakfast with a mimosa :D.. We declined, but hey - A for effort. I would also say that the staff was trying their best to accommodate everyone and cleaned really quickly after the guests who left. The other negative thing was that we were given only one bathrobe despite booking for two people in the room, and the could not get another one as the bathrobe delivery apparently did not arrive. For this reason, we couldn’t really enjoy the wellness area together. I would recommend to introduce time-slot booking for the wellness area so that more guests can enjoy it. One of us that actually could go there said that the jacuzzi was occupied by the same company of guests for a long time. But this didn’t affect our stay and as said, we enjoyed it!

A very good place to stay, the staff member who looked after us was a star, he was very helpful when our room was not ready by offering us complementary drinks for me and my wife. The room was excellent very clean and the sauna was fantastic when we finally understood how it worked, one piece of advice would be to have some simple instructions in the room on how to operate it. The breakfast was excellent so much choice all 19 member of my family were very impressed. The sky bar staff were very helpful in arranging a table for 16 of us and finally the lounge staff that were working on the Friday 27th June about 15:00hrs were fantastic, thank you for looking after us..we are extremely greatful.

Was there on a business trip and the hotel did not disappoint - very good conference facilities and a clean and comfortable environment. The hotel's location is within a pleasant walking distance from the historic centre. All in all, and for the working reasons of the visit, this was just fine. Should also fit in well for a tourist vacation when visiting Vilnius on holiday.

Really beautiful interior's, amazing views of the city on the higher floors, was easy to get to - I took the 3g bus from outside the airport 10-15 mins later I could see hotel from across the river. Could easily walk to most places from the hotel but there was bus stop stop nearby that made it great and easy to get around. Staff were really friendly and helpful, very professional, high quality breakfast service.

Safe, clean, nice views to old town, very friendly and helpful staff. Bed linen amazing , pillows comfortable. Enjoyed evening at Sky Bar. ||We didn't like breakfast . No fresh juice , no sparkling water , no salmon , bacon burned , fried eggs cold and .....

Was happy with the room with views across the river to the old city. Location is next to a ring road on the other side of the hotel from the river with a shopping mall next door, opposite the entrance and another the other side of the main road. Not many opportunities for eating out locally, other than chain type places, we went to the Tashkent Uzbek restaurant up the stairs the opposite the entrance.
