Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva, Vilnius

This was my first time visiting Vilnius, Lithuania and also my first stay at the Radisson. I was a bit nervous at first since it was a brand-new country for me, but this hotel truly exceeded all expectations. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience! Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to Romas (I hope I’m remembering his name correctly) who made both my check-in and check-out smooth and professional, he was thoughtful and attentive throughout. The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. My room was in perfect condition and had the most amazing view, which was honestly one of my favorite parts of the stay. I also visited the Sky Bar, even though the kitchen was closed(after 10pm), the server kindly offered me a small snack, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic too. Right by a beautiful river, close to the Old Town, and surrounded by great restaurants and more. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back , especially since I’m already planning another visit to Vilnius in November!

I like that the location was right next to a mall as we got our luggage lost by LOT Polish airlines. And the views were to die for. The phone wasn't working, which shouldnt be the case for such a place. Also the check in line was 30 minutes, no joke! They need to increase check in staff during peak times like that. It's a huge building... It needs to commensurate with staff. The breakfast spread was really good. I only gave it 3 stars for service as I forgot stuff in the fridge, like some beauty products and 300usd contact lenses out on the table. When I called, they said they found nothing. Again, for a place like this... They should have found it and put it away. Mind you... I called at the end of the day.

A very good place to stay, the staff member who looked after us was a star, he was very helpful when our room was not ready by offering us complementary drinks for me and my wife. The room was excellent very clean and the sauna was fantastic when we finally understood how it worked, one piece of advice would be to have some simple instructions in the room on how to operate it. The breakfast was excellent so much choice all 19 member of my family were very impressed. The sky bar staff were very helpful in arranging a table for 16 of us and finally the lounge staff that were working on the Friday 27th June about 15:00hrs were fantastic, thank you for looking after us..we are extremely greatful.

Radisson blu is in a great location. It’s near the river, next to a shopping centre and about a 20-25 min walk to the old town. |There is a great view from the sky bar on the 22nd floor. Amenities in the hotel are very good with a gym and spa.|Our check in was delayed so we were ‘upgraded’ to the new part of the hotel. The room was good but smelled bad when we went in. This made me feel that it wasn’t clean enough. There was a fridge , kettle and ironing board in the room. |Breakfast was very good.

We really enjoyed our stay. Being a member seems to pay off as you get a free room upgrade. They have also offered complimentary cheese, coffee and water in the room. The location is central in a very vibrant area. One thing we kept noticing during our stay is that it smelled really nice in the whole hotel. Whatever perfume they are using - I loved it. The breakfast was good, but rather busy with people. As we were just two, it was easy to find the place but I assume it was rather hard for the families. The hotel management got creative and offered the guests to come at 11am to be served premium breakfast with a mimosa :D.. We declined, but hey - A for effort. I would also say that the staff was trying their best to accommodate everyone and cleaned really quickly after the guests who left. The other negative thing was that we were given only one bathrobe despite booking for two people in the room, and the could not get another one as the bathrobe delivery apparently did not arrive. For this reason, we couldn’t really enjoy the wellness area together. I would recommend to introduce time-slot booking for the wellness area so that more guests can enjoy it. One of us that actually could go there said that the jacuzzi was occupied by the same company of guests for a long time. But this didn’t affect our stay and as said, we enjoyed it!

Solid five star hotel. This hotel gives you the reason why to book directly with them and use the Radisson Rewards: we did get the expected room upgrade and also a late check out was arranged by the staff members.||The old town is located within walking distance. There is also shopping malls, restaurants, coffee shops, outdoor park etc. nearby the hotel.||Hotel is very clean, the rooms seems to be up to date and well maintained.|Breakfast was solid Radisson level. There was enough tables and there was no feeling of a rush in the breakfast.||This is a solid choice for Vilnius.

The airconditioning did not work the first night and a call to reception did not fix it. I notified reception again in the morning and it was fixed during the day. The view from our room into the old town was beautiful. The location of the hotel was good and parking was available for a fee. There is a mall right next to the hotel with a grocery store and places to grab coffee.
