Anni provided stellar customer service despite our late night arrival, answering questions from our American party about the local area, the language, and the basic cultural customs! She upgraded our room and explained that the hotel would be shutting down in a few days for Christmas, something we hadn't been aware of. Christian was more difficult on the night shift, getting short with us after we decided to book online for a better rate once we pulled out our phone calculator and determined the price (he only gave it to us in Danish crowns) to book in person was prohibitively expensive compared with booking online. Elisabeth was as pleasant as Anni when we met her in the morning shift, helping point is to breakfast and easing our check-out process. Overall, a very positive experience.
