Upon arrival into Radisson Blu Hotel, we were enveloped in luxurious ambiance with impeccable service. The client-centric approach of the staff was incredible. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and boasted stunning views of the city. The on-site breakfast was phenomenal, with a diverse menu of exquisitely prepared dishes. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the curated amenities, contributed to our unforgettable stay. Not forgetting the full body treatment, we got at the Amani Spa; that's something that will keep me coming to the hotel. The hotel is indeed family=friendly, and I highly recommend it to people looking for a truly luxurious experience.

Where to start...I had high expectations for Radisson Blu, but my stay was pretty disappointing.First off, check-in was delayed because the rooms weren’t ready, and even after waiting, they still weren’t properly cleaned. There was even an empty milk carton left on the desk, which didn’t inspire much confidence in their housekeeping.The room itself was pretty dull, aside from the great view. It also needed some serious maintenance—bits of wood were coming off, and the paint was peeling in places.The biggest issue was the water from the taps—it came out brown, which was a major red flag.Overall, for the price, I expected much better. I wouldn’t stay here again when there are likely better options out there.

Our room was not ready at the scheduled time even if we arrived and checked in 2 hours prior scheduled availability. They were not able to give us our room and finally they upgraded us to a junior suite that was in terrible maintenance conditions. In total we waited 3 hours before being able to get into a room.||||Maintenance of the room was in very poor conditions (e.g. door, carpet, cleanliness, bathroom)||||The experience at the restaurant was very poor as well (waited 1 hour for 2 burgers) and they were not able to charge the bill to the room but at 7 pm we had to pay cash.

I spent 5 days in the hotel during December 2024. My last visit was in July 2018. I used two different rooms for my first 3 nights and my last 2 nights ( which was actually my celebration weekend for my 21st wedding anniversary). My wife and I came with high expectations. I must say the hotel did not meet our expectations. When I got to my room I had to look for my 2018 review, it was dejavu in as far as the room was concerned. I could not believe I was seeing problems that I highlighted back in 2018. The room seem dated and when u focus on details you find many faults, you could see it was majestic in its days. The phone in my first room was not working, substandard carpentry workmanship in the bed side cabinet. The type that you would not expect in any star rated hotel. The headboard was peeling.||Breakfast time was frustrating as finding a place was a struggle. I understand it was festive season, however, the area seems small. It was just chaos at breakfast. On a positive note, the hotel building is imposing, good location that offers beautiful views. I cannot fault the staff, they were all top professionals. I even feel bad writing this review because they are really good people. I cannot recall other names but Ntombi was wonderful and innovative, very impressive. Sinovuyo and Calista also provided top service. Radisson Blu needs to do justice and invest in this hotel as it is in a beautiful location otherwise it seems like a place that has seen its glory days

The Location, staff is good. The Parking is inside the close campus and very safe. The menu has very limited options for Vegetarians , hotel should consider to add more veg dishes in their menu. I have opted for ocean view room, that was superb.

We checked in on the 4th of January 2025,requested Management to put together a little something to surprise my wife, Mark went all out to ensure the surprise was special, then upon checking in we were assisted by one of the most friendly professionals lady, she works PM shift, I can't recall her name.. She wrote a note for my wife as requested and that left happy tears on my wife's face so thank you Mark and the reception lady..

Location is great, hotel is in dire need of a revamp and spruce up, the carpets are tired the cabinetry and fixtures are worn beyond repair. Bathrooms are poor shower is poor Rather underwhelming experience Restaurant and in room dining are great But 2 tiny elevators for an 18 story building is also just absolute madness

This was my second stay at the Radisson Blu hotel in PE. I was horrified by the apparent neglect of the hotel. The cleaning staff absolutely need to jack up. On arrival the room had hair all over it, the bathroom was dirty and moldy( on the toilet roll holder and flush) , their were also fingerprints on the toilet flush. The furniture is flaking and carpets have terrible stains on them. They definitely seem to be understaffed. Tables were absolutely dirty during breakfast. Underneath the tables were remnants from previous guests, never being swept up. A deep, deep clean and upgrade of the holiday is required. Definitely not a 5 star establishment.
