Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai Hong Quan

Shower head broken they tried to fix it but to no avail. The water trickled when having a shower. Bar fridge locked they requested 100USD to have it unlocked. Rooms smelt of smoke they advised to open window then we had issues with the mosquitos all night. No hand towels supplied I would not rate this hotel more than 3 stars. Bathroom very dirty and mouldy needs a good clean. overall hotel not very clean and well maintained.

Location is a bit difficult, one can miss it very easily, however, hotel people are not friendly, don't understand any language except Chinese, My Room Air-con was not working , it took me a entire day to change my room. Food and breakfast is okey type, it may be possible to enhance else a good stay.

Worst ever front desk. I had called them to connect to the room where my dad has checked in, the person was so impolite and did not search with first or last name and hung up. Wanted to give 0 star, but no option

nice and helpful personnel, even though their english could be better. hotel in acceptable shape but starts to look a bit rundown here and there.

Nice hotel, good wifi, within walking distance to metro station, easy access to any part of the city
