Radisson Blu Hotel, Tromso

This was a fantastic experience in Tromsø. William at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and pleasant. The room was clean and cozy, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more memorable. After a long day exploring Tromsø, it was the perfect place to relax. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tromsø!

Booked as part of our holiday package but not disappointed at all. Tromso is not that big but this hotel is situated on the harbour front and is one of the main meeting points for most day tours. If not from the hotel entrance,then from the hotel opposite 30 seconds walk away. Or the main bus station 3 minutes walk away! Close to the town and all shops & restaurants. Quick check in. Very helpful & lovely reception staff. Nice sized room which was lovely & warm. Large & very comfortable bed. Plenty of space to put your suitcases and sit (standard double room). The bathroom was very small but on familiarity realised it had EVERYTHING you could want and still had place to put everything. |Breakfast: plenty of space. And a very good selection of food. |AirPort Express bus drops off & collects from outside also.

The best hospitality experience in Tromsø. The staff are very kind, helpful, and professional they were polite and great to answer questions about local places, food, and timings and arrange transportation and most of all inform us about auroras, a big Thank-you to them. The rooms are quite spacious, luxurious, and comfortable and have all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comforting, along with the views that were exquisite. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Looking forward to visit again.

The Radisson reservation app made an error and overcharged my pre-paid reservation, which was not resolved before I reached the hotel. Assistant Manager Chantal explained the situation clearly, resolved the matter within a day and provided me with an unexpected benefit for my patience and understanding in resolving the issue. She also made sure reception staff were aware of the benefit so l would receive it easily. When there was a housekeeping issue from a previous guest and I pointed it out to the housekeeper, she resolved it quickly and perfectly, Throughout my 10-night stay, reception staff and housekeeping staff (three different individuals), who all spoke English, were all exceptionally kind, helpful and responsive. The breakfast was extensive and excellent, although I only chose to eat in the hotel twice. The premium room with full view of the sea and mountains, deep bathtub for relaxing, fridge and tea/coffee makers, and very comfy bed & pillows was truly outstanding. The hotel location was perfect for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants (many within a couple blocks) as well as public and airport transportation. I've traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe for business for 30 years. The hotel and most especially all staff members and management helped make this much-needed personal escape one of the most enjoyable and memorable times in my life. The people make all the difference in the world, and here, they definitely made my trip very special.

Gorgeous hotel with all the amenities. My room was extremely comfortable and the bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The view from the rooms facing the harbor is gorgeous and I took plenty of photos as the weather seems to change very quickly. Breakfast is a must…amazing spread of food with a wide selection. I’m appreciative of the hotel staff for going above and beyond to let me check out a little later since I had a late flight. I hope to return soon! Mange takk!

I loved staying here. Great location and great service. I had a room on the 10th floor and the views were stunning! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was incredibly good value. One of the best places I’ve stayed - I would highly recommend staying here if you head to this part of the world.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights in March we had gone to see the northern lights, husky safari sledging and snowmobiling. The hotel is located near Tromso bus station which is ideal if you are using Best Artic for your xperiences as they have offices under the hotel and they depart on the tours from the bus station. We had a basic room which was small but that’s not a problem except there was no wardrobes or drawers to put your clothes in and little space for two large suitcases. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was, excellent a great range of hot and cold food, friendly staff and a nice layout.

The location of the hotel is incredible and so is the service. Especially Jasmin from the reception did an incredible job when I got injured during my visit in tromso. She is a very warm hearted person and always goes the extra mile for her guests. Thank you so much for your help.
