Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, Tbilisi City Centre

I had a group Event at the hotel. We had wonderful time there. Especially the staff were very Good. I want to say |Ucha and Misho from breakfast room and Anuki and Elena from the reception they were really profesional and helped me a lot to make our Event the best ever.! I want to thank also General Manager to keep the hotel that great in All areas. He must be Good manager. All the staff are very motivated.

Oto and Mari were amazing at the hotel reception. They patiently explained all the details about the city and were available to help if needed. The hotel is incredible, has an amazing view from the room, everything is very clean and the service is impeccable. Great location and support. Highly recommended!

Went with a large group and we had our separate dining hall as we had our own Indian chefs cooking for us-hence cannot comment much on the food quality or the services since we had no chance to use them. Though did use the breakfast room along with the other guests and must say it is a very good spread with a variety of the usual food choices. Where as the stay- it was very good, lovely big clean rooms with enough walking & sitting space, a separate toilet, and a very big bathroom with a shower stall as well as a bathtub. Unfortunately no pictures to share. The view from the room was very good too. Shopping was across the road and very close by.

Decent rooms ... pretty spacious i must say . good view of the city and the river from the 7th floor .. good location , you have access to restaurants abd supermarkets in walking distance . Breakfast was pretty decent . They served wine for breakfast. Yeah ... Beautiful view from the top . Great outside seating area .. Front desk executives were fairly welcoming .. but its the housekeeping girls that weren't warm at all . Short of being grumpy all the 3 days that we were there .. All.in all .. I am happy to.come back

The service at the hotel was top notch, especially Dimi on the front desk who was always helpful and good humoured! The hotel had great facilities, unfortunately the swimming pool was under renovation for the five days we were there which was one of the main reasons we booked it as it had an incredible view. The room had an incredible panoramic view which did make up for it. We also used the spa facilities and paid massages, which were divine (although you pay for a hefty price for it). The location is central and well situated for lots of tourist activities - the flip side is you’ll pay tourist prices for everything but I guess that’s to be expected.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere made me feel very happy and relaxed. I would love to come back again.

The hotel is nice and beautiful, location is fine. Service is an issue. The toilette was not properly cleaned for two days in a row (first day I suspected second day it wasn't working and I knew). The shower head wasn't working ( just the hand held douche.) my partner could not shower. This is the junior suite (he had to switch over to the bathtub). There aren't any seats to sit comfortably (just ones that have no back). Breakfast is OK, lacking salad options. Baked goods are really good. The main problems are service, had to ask some things twice and even three times (toilette wasn't working and the maid did not pick up on it. Asked twice in front desk. Missing chairs - asked twice). Kids beds were not made on arrival) paid full price, OF COURSE) and front desk says it costs 130/170 GEL per day, to add them. I've had my fair share of hotels around the world, never heard of this amazing ask. Hotel is literally paid for sleeping arrangements. Literally. When I approached to ask about this (after hearing what they said), they nicely said they will set up the beds for free. The beds and linens are great. Indoor pool is lovely.

Great location, but hotel looks and feels tired. Staff is not even trying to provide service of any kind. Booked upgraded corner suite. Windows wery dirty and ceiling had plaster falling off. Restaurants are overpriced even compared to Emirates, but food is hit and miss. Service is far from friendly or caring. Casino downstairs attracts weird crowd at night. No one has helped with luggage upon arrival either
