Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel, Chisinau

I've stayed at the Radisson several times on and off over the past two years when visiting Moldova for work – including for several long multi-week stays. Every stay has been wonderful and the Radisson continues to be my preferred hotel for my trips. Conveniently situated in the heart of Chișinău, the hotel is walking distance from excellent restaurants, cafes, shops, and parks. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and comfortable, with cozy and well-equipped rooms with extensive amenities. I loved the gym and spa area, both of which were clean and well-stocked with towels and other items. The breakfast buffet is extensive with a wide range of hot and cold items, including delicious traditional Moldovan dishes. I also appreciated the in-house restaurants and room service options, as well as the delightful wine shop featuring an excellent selection of local Moldovan wines. What makes the Radisson stand out, however, is the 5-star service from management and staff alike. Staff are highly professional and helpful and are eager to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. Any issues – no matter how small – are immediately addressed and rectified by management. The entire team makes you feel like you’ve got a home away from home, which I very much appreciate as someone who spends a significant amount of time traveling for work. On several occasions, staff left thoughtful gifts in my room, such as a bottle of Moldovan wine or chocolates. I highly recommend Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel and would stay there again!

The Radisson Blu in Chișinău is, without question, the best hotel in Moldova. I stay here regularly when visiting the country, and each time I am reminded why it is my top choice. The location is perfect, the amenities are first-class, and the food is consistently excellent. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff and management. From check-in to departure, every interaction is professional, warm, and attentive. As a loyal customer, I have always been treated exceptionally well, which makes every stay feel special. Whether you are traveling to Chișinău for business or pleasure, the Radisson Blu offers everything you could want—comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I recommend it without hesitation to anyone coming to Moldova.

The Radisson Blu is centrally located in the best location in Chisinau. You can walk to all sights that you would want to see as a tourist from museums to parks as well as restaurants. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The bed provides a comfortable sleep. The linens and pillows are new-ish. The bathroom is large with ample space for 2 toiletry bags on the sink. The towels are plush. As a frequent member of Radisson Hotels, you are given a welcome fruit basket. If you have laundry, you can receive it the same day which is a challenge in Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Breakfast is a diner's pleasure with a large buffet of all fresh savory and sweet dishes, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables and an omelette station as well as local Moldovan foods. The value is good but watch out for Radisson. If you book too far in advance, the rate may drop before you visit which happened to me. I saved 20% rebooking my room which you have to do as customer service of Radisson won't help you by adjusting your rate. Yes, I don't understand their position either. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

Very lovely hotel in Chișinău. Stayed for 3 nights in August 25. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. (I was upgraded to a lovely corner premium room) Didn't get a chance to experience the rooftop bar and restaurant but heard it was very lovely. Definitely worth booking ahead to try if your planing a stay.

One of the best hotels in Chișinău - stylish, clean, and smooth from check-in to check-out. Friendly staff, good food - but coffee taste is awful - a crime in this environment :) The rooftop bar? Amazing. Rooms? Fully equipped - though I did miss a bathtub. We booked a massage (not run by the hotel), and while the therapist Anna had golden hands, the setting… not so relaxing. Kids screaming in the pool, loud phone calls in the sauna - more like a playground than a spa. So try with headphones..? :) Still, overall a great place to stay - with just a few surprises along the way.

I was staying at a hotel 350 metres from this one during a business trip. After midnight on Friday, they had a party on the top floor of roof top bar that was so loud we couldn’t sleep — even from there. I can’t imagine how the guests at that hotel felt. You can’t even find any contact details to call them. So disrespectful to people!

I greatly appreciate the awesome service from the staff. I want to mention Bijay from night room service. He has made me feel very comfortable and at home. I look forward to my next trip here because of the great service provided by Bijay.

We had excellent service in the APTY bar, the person serving us was a very friendly and helpful man named Bijay. He went above and beyond the call of duty and we greatly appreciated it.
