The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and offered a good balance of functionality and aesthetics, making them suitable for both rest and work. Housekeeping was timely and discreet, ensuring a neat and pleasant environment throughout the stay. Service was courteous and professional, with the staff showing a good understanding of business travellers’ needs. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and in-room dining was prompt with a reasonable menu selection. Overall, a reliable choice for an official trip, combining convenience, comfort, and professionalism, with just a small scope for improvement in room amenities to make the experience perfect.

Things that are great - |- chicken, mutton and paneer quality is excellent. Love the kebabs and chutneys|- the menu is very widespread|- garlic naan is very thin, crisp and tasty||Things that could be amended -|- plain rice could be added to the chicken biryani - so we can enjoy the delectable dishes of the chicken, mutton curries and dals||We are part of the loyalty program and today’s bill was more than our expectations because of the non-alcoholic drinks. We were told it was part of the membership promotion but when the bill arrived, the discount was much less. Next time, it would be best to be explicit.

I recently booked a room at this hotel and was disappointed with the service regarding early check-in. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told that I could only check in earlier if I paid additional charges. While I understand that early check-in is subject to availability, the way it was handled felt more like a rigid policy than customer-friendly service. A little flexibility or at least a more courteous approach would have made the experience better. This left me with a negative impression right at the start of my stay.

This hotel is disgusting. The staff showed us premium room which had really bad smell with no view frosted windows. Second room shown had big patches and dirty bed sheet. Third room they showed me family room with staff doing party in it. After 1 hour of waiting we decided to book another hotel. Staff were very rude and unpolite.|We lost 3 days of money booked in this hotel through Agoda. Agoda needs to review this hotel on their list.|I will give 0 star to this hotel. Really bad smell.
