Radisson Blu Marina Hotel, Delhi Connaught Place

I wasn’t entirely satisfied with the stay, as I personally didn’t like the room. For the price charged, the room felt quite basic and didn’t justify the amount. That said, the service and staff were good and extremely helpful throughout the stay. > I have stayed at several other 5-star hotels in the past where medical assistance or on-call doctor consultations were provided complimentary. At this property, however, the charges for a simple on-call consultation felt unexpectedly high. Location of the hotel is really good!

I stayed at the hotel recently. While the stay itself was reasonably pleasant, reaching the property was a major inconvenience due to annual roadblocks in the area. This is a known, recurring issue, yet I was not informed about it at the time of booking or during my phone conversation with the hotel. I spent nearly 45 minutes going around blocked roads before calling the reception. The response I received was unapologetic, and I was told that it was my responsibility to check these matters. What made this more frustrating was that the hotel later provided me with an access pass, which allowed me to enter the restricted area and reach the hotel. This clearly shows that the inconvenience could have been avoided with better communication from the start. I found the staff behaviour and the overall handling of the situation disappointing. I have experienced better service and courtesy at many hotels in Paharganj. I usually stay at the hotel’s Mahipal branch, which I find to be much better in terms of service. Overall, the stay was average, with nothing particularly noteworthy, and the experience could have been significantly improved with better communication and customer handling.

A great hotel in the heart of Delhi! The rooms are spacious, clean and have all of your necessary needs. The staff are excellent, looking after your every need immediately, making you feel at home, namely, Sanjay! Security is also an extra touch, 24/7 assistance and they ensure you feel safe. Virendra and Bahrat to name a few, these fellas go above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely enjoyed my time at Radisson Marina , the bedding was exquisite although I would have liked more heating since it is winter. I also loved Leima and her five star service in the restaurant. The food was amazing ! Complements to the Chef😊

What can I say.......from start to finish a wonderful and pleasant experience perfect for my teenagers first visit to India and Delhi. Abhishek made check in relaxed and seamless. We had two rooms conveniently next to each other. They were clean and spotless, I know this because my wife is very particular, as I'm sure all are. The service throughout the hotel from door man to reception staff and house keeping was impeccable they couldn't do enough. We had an issue with one of the rooms I accidentally booked a double instead of a twin and Abhishek was very polite and accommodated immediately to another room. But the kids decided they were fine for one night. Zaid at reception was very very helpful. We had just landed from mumbai and it was time for Friday prayers. He took me and my son with him and we had a nice chat along the way. I was pleasantly surprised to find him waiting for us to take us back. He didn't have to but he did. That's customer service! As we were walking back he recommended 3 or 4 food establishments we could try out. Unfortunately we only had time to try out Karims. Defo must try!!! Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Radiation Blu Marina! ✨ The location is perfect with stunning views, and the ambiance is a blend of luxury and comfort. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth. Rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with all the little details that make your stay memorable. The food and drinks were top-notch—whether it was breakfast with a view or cocktails by the water, everything felt five-star. What really stood out was the vibe—it’s chic yet relaxing, ideal for both a getaway and a stylish hangout spot. A review for someone from outside of India: Overall 9/10. Hotel: Maintains the standards of Radisson Blu hotels chain. Very clean. Has a bar & restaurant with happy hours. Sheets were clean, changed daily. Service: Very accommodating. I stayed with my 1 year old that drinks fresh milk at night, the in room service would send it in minutes even at hours past midnight. I would stay here again.

My colleagues and I extended our stay in New Delhi few days after our business was finished to see the city. We stayed in Guguram during works, but thought we would try to stay close to tourist attractions during the extra days. Frankly, we were quite disappointed with the accomodations and services given the price range. We had stayed at many places in different cities in India and this was the only place where we didn't have a good experience. All of our rooms had terrible chemical smell. I had activated "please clean the room" button from 8 am , and nobody came until 4:30 pm . At checkout, I said I didn't take anything from the minibar. I was asked to wait while someone could come to the room to verify. No other hotels in India had done that to my colleagues and I during our entire 2 weeks trip. I would more courtesy from hotel staff for a 5 star hotel. The only bright spot is the on site restaurant. We had several meals there and the food was good and staff was polite. Despite the good location,I would not stay at this hotel again. I hope that management takes corrective actions to address the deficiencies.
