Mr Suhail from reception was amazing friendly an professional polite and well spoken, Provide me a comp breakfast, allotted a good room. Very nice hotel in the center of Delhi. Nice and helpful personnel, a huge advantage is, that there is a travel agent directly in the hotel. Rooms are very nice, I love the terrace, where I could relax in the afternoon. Remark: it’s advisable to let you show all the lights work, that wiring and switches seem to be on logic.

She was not only knowledgeable about the hotel’s amenities but also provided great recommendations for local attractions.||It’s rare to encounter such attentive and caring staff, and Mis Kanchan truly made my stay memorable. Lovely upgrade for most of our rooms to a business room which was spacious and great facilities. Nice service from staff. Standard room is smaller than it looks in pictures but is adequate. Complimentary cake given for parents anniversary and great breakfast options.

The check-in was disastrous. Absolutely poor. Zero empathy with staff at the front desk on their phones and taking selfies. We had asked for early check-in. They could not find the email. Then, having offered tea whilst we wait “25 minutes” for the room to be prepared, we received neither the tea nor room. Maybe they went to milk a cow? It took over one hour to sort - action was only taken by staff after a proper venting of frustration. (The number of “managers” who spoke to us means they must all be managers!). Following the disastrous check-in, the room was more than adequate for our stay. Having spoken to management (I decided not eat - “with discount” - at the kebab restaurant, following a meeting with Mr Yadav) hopefully the check-in staff are now being managed and monitored properly. I must say the breakfast was good and location of the hotel is superb. Overall, I will rate this stay a 2/5, mainly due to the check-in debacle. ALSO - DO NOT USE THE INTERNET THERE - REFER TO PHOTO - OUR IT DEPARTMENT REPORTED A WEB ATTACK VIA THEIR SERVERS!!!! WHY IS NOT CHECKED? NOTE - the number of “single reviews” on google make a mockery of the system. I would look at regular reviewers’ comments and by-pass the rubbish.

Very accommodating staff, helpful and kind. Quick room service when we called down for towels. Breakfast was excellent, a great way to start our mornings before heading out for a day of sight seeing. My only comment was that there was a slight must smell, but it wasn’t too bad. Likely from water in the bathrooms. I would stay again.

Dear Radisson Blu Marina Hotel Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Delhi. After a long flight, we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM with our three-year-old child, who had vomited on her clothes just before our arrival. Upon reaching the hotel, our luggage was scanned on the ground floor, and we were instructed to proceed to the reception on the first floor for check-in while the staff brought up our luggage. Shortly after, the reception staff informed us that a sharp, knife-like weapon and some odd items had been detected in our luggage. Exhausted and dealing with an unwell child, we went back to the ground floor to address the issue. We explained that we had passed through both Singapore and Delhi immigration without any issues and questioned the accuracy of your scanning system. Despite our fatigue, we agreed to open the luggage for inspection. However, we were uncomfortable with the reception staff and security manager closely observing the number lock on our luggage, as it felt intrusive. We requested that they step back, and they complied. Upon opening our luggage, it was revealed that the items in question were merely keychains purchased in Singapore. In another instance, the security claimed that a weapon-like item was detected in my luggage, which contained my clothing. I requested a lady staff member to assist me in my room for the inspection. After thoroughly checking the luggage, the lady staff confirmed there was no weapon. Despite this, the security manager persisted with his suspicions. While I understand the need for security checks, the situation could have been handled with more kindness, courtesy, and common sense. Additionally, during breakfast, there appeared to be a shortage of staff. Tables were not cleared promptly, and food orders were frequently delivered to the wrong tables despite providing table numbers when ordering. This lack of proactive service was disappointing. Furthermore, when we requested extra bath towels at night, the reception assured us they would be delivered in five minutes. After waiting for over an hour and making two follow-up calls, we finally received the towels only after my husband expressed his frustration with the service. Overall, our stay at your hotel in Delhi was unpleasant and disappointing, which is not what we expected from a five-star establishment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure better service for future guests.

I am a frequent business traveller around India. I'm based in the UAE and have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. What makes the hotel special is the people, we just experienced an earthquake 4.5, the security team took excellent care of the hotel patrons, had beautiful amazing smiles on their faces and made me feel so safe. I also arrived to the hotel very ill with a stomach virus, the security guards took extra care of me from arrival to checking into my room. The companion and genuine care of their customers I've not seen before. Special thanks to all the security team Vijendra, Bharat, Doulat, Jyoty that know how to make their customers feel safe. Also a big thank you to the Front Office Manager Sandeep who took great care of me whilst I was sick with the stomach virus. Radison is now my hotel of choice for all my visits to Delhi.
