From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make the stay seamless. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all modern amenities in place. The food at the in-house restaurant was absolutely delightful—every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality. Stayed here for two nights with my wife we’d 17/7/2025 to 19/7/2025 . Will like to share my review in detail: 1. We reached here after a long 9 hours journey. At the main entrance itself after scanning our luggage we were shown the way through stairs by the help staff since reception is at first floor. We had to climb nearly 40 stairs.We came to know later next day that lift is also available but don’t know why the help staff always guides for stairs only who will really mind to go these number of upstairs after long journeys. 2. On reaching at reception we encountered with Mr Mahipal ji …. A person with such a rude behaviour …..too slow for check in process and his way of talking…..I have never seen such a rude behaviour in any of Radisson properties through out India…..authorities should take a note…such employees spoils the name of Radisson . He didn’t gave us basic informations too eg directions to room …password…..restaurant timings and on enquiring he just told about restaurant fift9 whereas we came to know only after dinner that another restaurant with more options in menu is situated on second floor. 3. First day night we went to restaurant fifty9 as we knew only about it ….the choice is very very limited in menu. Since Bundelkhandi dinner was available in buffet we had to go for alacarta. We ordered mushroom soup and tomato soup—-both very expensive and tasteless…waiter helped us to decide starters …we went for lotus stem with honey …which was satisfactory…paneer shaslik…which didn’t met our taste buds….and hakka noodles which were delicious but served without vinegar , katchup and soya sauce…on demand we were served tomato ketchup. 4. We had booked a premium room and expected good and comfortable stay. To our dismay room had twin beds separated with a side table…only one sofa chair..one study table. There is very shortage of counter table which is much needed during stay for placing day to day articles.A counter slab beneath tv is much essential…..rest of room is good however floor tiles creek while walking and need urgent attention……….,,,,,,…………….. 5. Morning breakfast scores 10/10 marks. A lot of varieties…good behaving lady staff…every thing is delicious whichever I tried…nice tea and very crunchy phans on tea stall made my day….. 6. Next evening we went for the dinner in restaurant upstairs and found that same had been prebooked for some event and only restaurant fifty 9 is available. No problem as management has to decide priorities but a notice should have been displayed at prominent point so that residents may avoid going up to use the same. Over all conclusion is that if you are searching for luxurious stay and have good taste buds avoid this property ……..,more expensive and not worth for the price they charge whether it is room or restaurant…

Just had an incredible time at this hotel! The service from the entire crew was super friendly, making me feel right at home. the food blew me away—each dish was better than the last! If you're looking for the best hotel experience with fabulous staff and delicious dining options, you’ll definitely want to check it out. Worth mentioning thier staff names Mr. Suhail Hannan and entire team was courtesy and always available for assistants

I expected my two night stay to be much more luxurious than it actually was for a 4* International chain . It was not worth the expense. Certainly not good value. My room was a good size, spacious and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and clean linen appreciated. However the shower room was dirty, grouting or sealant around the corners on the floor , inside the shower room was worse like it hadn’t been cleaned throughly it looked grimey & not well maintained. The cupboards looked old and didn’t align to close . The shower doors water stained not cleaned. Some of the rooms were being renovated and the carpets in the corridor were left dirty with building materials and hotel guests had to walk through that because it wasn’t hoovered up even after the working day ended. I was surprised to see that for breakfast there weren’t any fresh fruit juices available. Otherwise there was good a variety of breakfast options to choose from. I did request for a breakfast takeaway as I had an early morning flight and the restaurant staff very kindly obliged and packed me some prantha’s. The front desk staff needed some convincing of this though even though I explained I had arranged it with the restaurant staff myself. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant Fifty9, the staff at the hotel are overall helpful and polite. It’s a great location central to most restaurants and boutiques for shopping. This is a safe place for a solo traveler.

Rooms were clean and decent but you can hear everything in the hallway. There was construction occurring across the room they placed me in, which only occurred 10am onwards, but even without this you would hear people conversing etc in the evening. WiFi was bad, and virtually unusable in the room for booking anything. Had to go into the lobby and common areas to do anything online or use phone data. The power went out several times repeatedly. Not sure if this is a hotel or location specific issue, as a nearby Resturuant the previous evening also lost power briefly. The service is excellent and reflective of a great establishment. The food and its staff were particularly worthy of praise. I wish the hotel itself was better since the staff are so excellent. Overall meh - would’ve booked a different western branded hotel given WiFi, noise, and power. It’s a clean safe place to store possessions, but not a hotel you enjoy spending time inside of. Better value elsewhere I think.

Rooms are good. Room service is quick and great location to visit Delhi local tours. Most of the places with 5 miles. Arranged for family of 4, but could have given two queen beds. They have provided 1 king and 1 extra bed not quite comfortable.we did not great view of room. You will find lot of shopping areas and variety of restaurants by walk.

The overall condition of the hotel is quite acceptable, and the quality of service is impeccable. The staff is professional and attentive, which makes the stay pleasant. However, more effort is needed regarding the cleanliness of the restrooms, which were unfortunately very dirty during my visit. Also, it would be nice to have a bit more variety in the food options. Other than that, nothing else to report.
