Radisson Blu Media Harbour Hotel, Düsseldorf

Great service, the employees were always helpful and there if we needed anything during our stay. the room was quite comfortable and the cleaning staff made sure it was clean and nice at all times. We had a surgery during our stay and the staff were very helpful with accommodation and anything we needed. Wholeheartedly recommend Radisson Blu if you are going here anytime soon.

my stay at Radisson Blu Media Harbour was exceptional by all means- they upgraded my room and there was a nice cake/fruit waiting for me. they also gave me a voucher for drinks at the bar. I am very grateful for Rachel on reception desk who went above and beyond to find a florist shop for me on a Sunday morning, she print the directions and brought them to me. the breakfast was great, i had guests and they were welcomed very kindly by staff. the room was great and everyone very friendly and smiling. thanks guys, you are truly great.

Dated hotel in the middle of refurb. The hotels public areas seemed to be being refurbished. The floor I was staying wasn’t being done but needed it, the furniture was dated and there was a giant space where a desk / chair should have been. To e breakfast was solid - nothing special. Eggs cooked to order on request- but no signage to say that. I was upgraded to the top floor on arrival being a VIP, room was spacious and bed comfy with arrival gift in room, which had been there all day clearly so a little hard by the tme I checked in at 8pm which was a shame but nice touch.

Nice business hotel. Lobby, common space, restaurant is in good condition. Breakfast is good with variety of choices. The room is large and bed is quite comfy. Floor cornice is note well maintained.

A very nice hotel! With beautiful rooms and beautiful lounge at the ground floor! The service was fast and easy they spoke English and german and many more languages very impressive… They were very kind and friendly which is very important! The location was lovely i would say only one negative thing but its temporarily the bathroom at the lounge is closed due to construction but they give you a card to use the bathroom on 6th floor.

Complaint Regarding Stay at Radisson Blu Harbour Hotel, Düsseldorf|I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Radisson Blu Harbour Hotel, Düsseldorf, from June 25th to June 27th, 2025.||I checked in on June 25th, 2025, around 10:00 PM, for a two-night stay. I had an important meeting scheduled for 7:00 AM the following morning, making it crucial for me to iron my clothes and get adequate sleep. Unfortunately, shortly after checking into Room 101, the power supply failed. It took approximately 1.5 hours to resolve the issue by moving me to a new room, Room 526. This significant delay severely impacted my ability to prepare for my meeting and get the necessary rest. I barely slept that night and consequently had to rush for my morning meeting.||Upon check-out, I brought this issue to the attention of your staff and requested some form of compensation for the inconvenience and lack of sleep during my first night. I was disheartened when the staff member dismissed this as a "normal situation" and offered only an apology, without acknowledging the significant disruption and discomfort I experienced.||As a consultant who frequently travels throughout Europe, I expect a certain level of service, especially when paying nearly €300 per night. The service I received was far below my expectations, and I am extremely dissatisfied. Given this experience, I will unfortunately need to consider alternative accommodations for my future travels.

Hotel was great the room very good and clean but unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed for renovations which was very disappointing. Staff were lovely and friendly and the hotel was kept very clean and plenty to do around the hotel. Bars and restaurants .

I stay a lot in Dusseldorf. I used to stay in the city center, but the last years I usually go to the Media Harbor. It is a bit outside the center, but a place where there is enough to do, where hotels are much cheaper and a €10 Uber trip gets you to the city center. ||The Radisson Blu is a great hotel, with their own parking and easy to get to. Our last visit we booked a Premium room, but got upgraded to a suite :-) That was nice, and the room was very comfortable. Bed is great, and the bathroom VERY large. Too bad the bath (with jets) was out of service, but that can happen, and I don't complain because we were upgraded (and I never use a hotel bath :-) )||Nice sitting area, dining area and separate sleep area. And all this on the top floor close to the gym & spa?||The room was clean, but a bit outdated, which showed when you look at the furniture, fridges (there were 2), the bathroom, etc. Nothing nad though.||||Breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but for us good enough to get the day started.||||all-in-all: a great hotel, good location, excellent price-quality, and I will certainly go back!

Usually a Starwood person (or Air BNB), but had to find a place last minute to stay in Dusseldorf end of last year. Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Hotel bones had modern / clean feel. Breakfast was included with room and was a typical American breakfast buffet (not continental). Location is a bit away from anything noteworthy (quite a hike to the more interesting parts of the city), but overall not a bad place to stay. Onsite parking.

I am so grateful that radisson was able to give me a room as soon as I got there in the morning. This location is fantastic. You can catch the tram and busses around the corner. The staff was awesome. They were very helpful and nice. I cannot explain how breakfast was one of the best radisson or hotel experience I had. They made my DUS trip amazing.
