Complaint Regarding Stay at Radisson Blu Harbour Hotel, Düsseldorf|I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Radisson Blu Harbour Hotel, Düsseldorf, from June 25th to June 27th, 2025.||I checked in on June 25th, 2025, around 10:00 PM, for a two-night stay. I had an important meeting scheduled for 7:00 AM the following morning, making it crucial for me to iron my clothes and get adequate sleep. Unfortunately, shortly after checking into Room 101, the power supply failed. It took approximately 1.5 hours to resolve the issue by moving me to a new room, Room 526. This significant delay severely impacted my ability to prepare for my meeting and get the necessary rest. I barely slept that night and consequently had to rush for my morning meeting.||Upon check-out, I brought this issue to the attention of your staff and requested some form of compensation for the inconvenience and lack of sleep during my first night. I was disheartened when the staff member dismissed this as a "normal situation" and offered only an apology, without acknowledging the significant disruption and discomfort I experienced.||As a consultant who frequently travels throughout Europe, I expect a certain level of service, especially when paying nearly €300 per night. The service I received was far below my expectations, and I am extremely dissatisfied. Given this experience, I will unfortunately need to consider alternative accommodations for my future travels.
