I had a very disappointing experience during my 3-night stay at this property, and unfortunately it fell far short of what one would expect from a 5-star hotel.
Rooftop bar service: We waited for an hour and no one came to take our order. Drinks were spilled around the pool beds and left unattended. When we asked why this wasn’t cleaned despite staff passing by, the waiter told us she was “waiting for housekeeping” – which felt like nonsense.
Pricing vs. service: Two cappuccinos cost €12, which might be acceptable with quality service, but here it was simply unreasonable.
Pool area: The lifeguard was sitting at the bar, so we had to go and request towels ourselves.
Room allocation: We were placed next to the housekeeping room, so every morning we were woken up by their noise.
Housekeeping quality: Very poor – the bed linen was straightened but not changed, mineral water was never refilled, the bathroom was not cleaned once, and even cups were taken away without replacement.
Breakfast: This was the only positive aspect – decent and acceptable.
Check-out: When leaving, nobody asked how our stay was. The lack of care or interest in guest feedback was the final disappointment.
Overall, I cannot recommend this property. The service is nowhere near 5-star level.
