Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Delhi Airport

I recently stayed at the Radisson Plaza Delhi Airport, and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arriving by taxi, I realized that I had left my phone in the taxi. I immediately approached the front desk, and the entire team, including the security staff, went above and beyond to help me recover it.||The front desk staff, especially Mr. Abhishek, were incredibly supportive, and they quickly sprang into action. The security head, Mr. Dilip Swaim, took charge and assisted by calling the taxi company, locating the registration number, and notifying the local police station about my lost phone. Their dedication and teamwork were truly impressive, and within a short time, I was able to get my phone back directly from the driver.||Aside from the amazing service, the room was beautiful and impeccably tidy. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in both guest comfort and cleanliness. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall ambiance was luxurious yet welcoming.||I would absolutely recommend Radisson Plaza Delhi Airport to anyone visiting the area. The staff’s commitment to excellent service, combined with the beautiful accommodations, made for a memorable stay. You won’t be disappointed!||Rating: 5/5

The hotel could have been better in terms of the staff speaking English. There were quite some differences to communicate with both the reception and restaurant staff. We weren’t fully informed what was included in our room so we booked our own taxis and Ubers when this apparently was included. The rooms could have been more clean and our smelled a bit in the bathroom. Other than that its was a good stay.

Fantastic choice if you need to take a flight because it’s really close to the airport. All the rest is rather far away though. Large and well appointed room and bathroom. Great breakfast buffet. Good WiFi. They also have a fantastic Asian restaurant in the hotel

The hotel is excellent. The ambience is good. The behavior of staff is very nice. I would insist everyone staying near the airport to please try this hotel once. It's truly value for money. Special thanks to Sharanya the manager over there who made our stay very pleasant. It is 10 minutes away from the airport.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but there were a few areas for improvement. The toiletries could have been better, and one of the towels provided had a stain, which was folded inside out to hide it. We had to call reception to request fresh towels and report the issue, as the hotel charges for incidentals, which we didn’t want to be held accountable for. This added some unnecessary hassle. However, the staff was polite and pleasant to interact with. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet the next morning, and the rooms were spacious with nice views. In-room dining was also decent. The best part, though, was the location—it was ideal for a short stay as I had a connecting flight the next day and wanted something hassle-free. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Clean and beautiful hotel and very courteous staff! All employees were very accommodating and helpful for all matters. Breakfast was wonderful and had a very diverse selection, and the buffet at dinner was also great. The hotel is great for international travels, and very comfortable to stay at. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very nice and safe. Lots of ready to help staff members. Check-in was easy enough, but there were some aspects that could be better: wifi connectivity is awful and not 5 starts; we booked 1 room with three bed and it took them almost an hour to come set up the extra bed. Also room was lacking supplies for third person (towels, cup etc). One very spot was the driver (Ram) who was a 10/10.

The whole check in experience was a disaster, the staff who checked us in was accommodating and welcoming. The key in card we got had no floor written on it and it didnt work at all when we tried to use it on the lift. It got changed in a minute and we got upstairs with the porter, and the room we scanned the card in, looked like animals had been in the night before, it was unclean and disgusting to look at. The porter never said sorry or anything, told us to head down to the lobby again with all our luggage. Me and my husband were tired after the flight, I expressed to him there was a reason why I booked “guaranteed check in”, so I do not have to be stressed about all this. The porter looked very annoyed at me, which pissed me off completely, I paid about 31,000 in rupees for transfers from airport and the hotel itself to get treated like that. Then after few good minutes, he comes up and says its a different floor, we went up with everything again, and guest what, the key card didn’t work. Then, the porter let us in with a staff card, and my husband was trying to help him with the luggage and he shrugged him off very rudely to leave him with it. I was so angry by the whole situation and as I walked in the toilet, the bathroom essentials provided by the hotel had a rip in it which was so unhygienic and unprofessional. However, they replaced it immediately with another set. The room looked good, but the shower was not cleaned properly as it had years of water stain on it, plus all day we couldn’t figure out how to switch off the lights for the whole room. At last we had to talk the key card out of the power socket, and sleep without power, waking up in sweat every time. The food at the NYC outlet was good and healthy, but I never got the 10% discount I was promised at all the hotel services I paid for except the room service I ordered for dinner. The whole experience has let me down, however both the airport transfers were great, and hotel looked very impressive from outside, but did not live up-to the expectations.
