My recent stay at the Radisson Blu Plaza, Aerocity, New Delhi was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the hotel impressed me with its seamless check-in, immaculate rooms, and overall sense of calm and professionalism—especially impressive given its proximity to the airport.
What truly elevated this stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by Subhra Bikash Nandy. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help went far beyond expectations. Whether it was assisting with arrangements, ensuring comfort throughout my stay, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, Subhra demonstrated what true hospitality looks like. His warmth and efficiency made a real difference and turned a great stay into a memorable one.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, excellent dining options, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it ideal for both business and leisure travel. Every interaction with the staff reflected a high standard of service and care.
