Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Delhi Airport

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport for almost 3 months, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. Specially Preeti,Dinesh Kumar,and Udam Singh from housekeeping kept my room spotless throughout my stay. He was always polite, hardworking, and had a kind smile every day. Thank you to the entire Radisson Blu team for your outstanding hospitality and genuine care. My stay was truly memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi — you’ll be treated like family! Room 308:)

This time at Radisson the experience was a little “so so..” not great and not truly bad. We were woken up our first night at 3AM because the room next door was playing laud music. I call the phone operator and she immediately send the security. However music was again played at 4AM and I called the staff again. Then we we could not sleep anymore. And was offered an upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast staff was rude, giving us dirty tables with leftover food on it and when I asked them to please clean it they showed us to two other dirty tables. I really don’t understand it because it was very clear that there were leftover eggs and bread on the tables from other guests. At the end I picked a table myself. But it makes it really hard to trust the hygiene standards at the breakfast buffet 😬 also the second morning the staff was more into their phones and talking to their colleagues than taking coffee orders from the guests. At the pool area it would be nice if it was easy to order food and soft drinks. Again we had to call the chatting staff and please ask them to take our order. We tried the call buttons outside but there was no response. That being said people here are very kind and I felt very safe during my stay. But you really have some improvement points.

My stay at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport was truly delightful. The hotel offers excellent hospitality, comfort, and top-notch service. I was especially impressed by Rohit, an intern working as a bell boy. He was extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. From handling my luggage efficiently to ensuring I had everything I needed, his dedication and honesty towards his work were remarkable. It’s rare to see such enthusiasm and sincerity in an intern. Thanks to Rohit and the entire team, my experience was smooth and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and staff.

I stayed at radison blue plaza near the airport on my short visit to Delhi. The experience was perfect and I absolutely loved my stay there. I booked an office room with b&b. They have an incredible pool facility and the indoor service was great. Breakfast was great with both indian and western options. Fully recommend this place to anyone. At the end I would like to share Sanya was helpful during breakfast.

My stay at Raddison blu Hotel was very comfortable and child friendly. Devendra from house keeping services went over and beyond to help me with sanitising my infants bottles and the staff and chef from breakfast lounge was amazing. Had an awesome time. Thank you team

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and professional, but I’d especially like to thank Sheetal and Rahul for their outstanding service. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed – from room requests to local recommendations and every little detail that made my stay extra special.

Great location near the airport, ideal for layovers and early flights. Rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. Thanks to Radisson premium membership, I was upgraded to a Business Class Room, which was a nice perk. The gym is very well equipped with mostly new machines, and they even provide complimentary water and bananas - a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offers a wide range of Indian and international dishes. On the downside, I found a long hair in the bathtub, which left the impression that cleaning wasn’t done properly (I ended up skipping a bath on my last day). Check-out was slow, and the blocked deposit amount was not released the same day as promised. Overall, a comfortable and reliable choice near the airport, with good facilities, but service details could be improved. #tripbyafandi #reviewbyafandi

A convenient location near the airport and good reviews suggested a trouble free and positive experience at this hotel. The property appears well maintained and the rooms and facilities are rather nice. Sadly, a downward spiral of service failures leaves me no option but to provide only an average rating. Our room was not ready for check in when we arrived at 3:30pm after a long drive. It took some negotiation to be served lunch in the empty restaurant at a table rather than eating with a plate on the lap in the lounge. The drinks arrived after lunch was eaten and a glass of simple white wine, charged at an ambitious equivalent of 15 euro, arrived warm. After negotiation it was taken off the bill. An hour later the luggage had not arrived at our room. For this booking of 3, only two towels were provided, a third one had to be requested. The next morning it turns out the water kettle was broken and had to be replaced. Upon checkout, charges were added to the bill for an alleged speciality coffee („because it was on a tray“). Yet nespresso and instant coffee were included. No price list was provided anywhere, lacking transparency. Several apologies were made and a bottle of wine offered to take home. This was a nice effort, thank you. Yet, despite an abundant availability of staff this hotel has failed consistently in providing a positive customer experience, not even for a Radisson status client. We will not book here again.
