The rooms are nice and clean, in line with the hotel’s star rating. Breakfast is very rich and excellent, with kind and welcoming staff. The hotel is also recommended for its convenient location close to the airport.
However, my arrival was quite chaotic and stressful, with a military-style baggage handling system (luggage is scanned and collected all together without guest oversight, so you need to identify your bag only after check-in). The check-in process itself is slow and inefficient — small talk is required even when you are tired and just want to get to your room. A suggestion: data entry could be completed once the guest is already in the room.
There is no Indian restaurant in the hotel (only a Thai restaurant, which feels like a strange choice for a hotel in India and for international travelers). After checkout, we had to explicitly ask for the airport transfer, as no information was provided in advance. A suggestion for the reception team: please check whether a guest has already paid for this service and proactively invite them to use it, while explaining how it works.
Lastly, we were asked to complete a paper feedback form, which the staff scanned in front of us — essentially forcing guests to give a 9/10 or 10/10 rating. If you want honest and trustworthy feedback, please make the process voluntary and anonymous, ideally through an online form.
