Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Ljubljana

We enjoyed the stay in this convenient hotel between Padova and Hévíz. Staff were very helpful at check in, set up a bed for our son in the room immediately we noticed it was left off our booking.com reservation. They also provided excellent advice for a visit to the castle and organized the taxi as requested. Breakfast was exceptional. However, we would prefer a room without carpets and with more contemporary furnishings.

I have been to this hotel several times. The staff is very friendly, everything is very tidy and clean. I liked the view from the hall at the top of the hotel. The location is great as it is close to the ring road, and there is also a great spa center and big shopping center near by. I will be happy to come back again.

The hotel is in an inconvenient location, 5km east of Ljubljana centre. We pre-booked a four night holiday with British Airways. On day 2, we reported that the shower head was broken. This was still broken on day 5 when we checked out. We had to ask for the room to be replenished with various items in the bathroom and in-room refreshments were not replaced. Free teas and coffees in the reception weren't evident. When we asked for cups and saucers at reception, for our room, we were told to try the bar area. The staff we encountered on reception were unhelpful. The air-conditioning blows out air, but it isn't anywhere near cool. The restaurant was closed the entire time we were there.||Upon check-out we were charged for 4 nights accommodation £620, when we had already paid. Rick on reception was aggressive and uncooperative and refused to give us a refund and told us to contact B.A. to check that we had paid. We had a pre-paid voucher which he refused to accept. We contacted B.A. and they immediately sorted the whole thing out and Rick issued the refund. It took an hour and a half to sort out. Rick has managed to cause such unnecessary stress and left us feeling appalled by the treatment that we received! Very unprofessional.||STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

10/10, clean, friendly staff, modern design- would highly recommend! Its near the shopping center and 10ish minutes from the city center, where you can reach by bus or taxi. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Room was clean, beds are very comfortable to sleep in. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Ljubljana!

We had a great stay in the hotel. My daughter was pleased with 12 floor. Breakfast option selection was very rich. Everything was fresh. ||Only complaint, regarding ecology, the waiters were to quick in removal of used plates at breakfast. ||I am using one plate for whole breakfast. Don't need different plate for each meal..

Muhamed pandur is the best waiter ever. He knows how to be funny and verry strong. He makes really good lemonade. He have big shoulders aswell. Really good chips too and everything is goooooood. He should get a raise maybe he can become a boss.

If you like fresh air than don't chose this one. You don't have option to open the windows, so prison is much cheaper. Air-condition was more than poor. People are friendly and nicely but rooms like nightmares!!!!!!!!
