Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Centre

So i ve stayed at this hotel many times before . It used to be Radisson hotel now a Mantera hotel . So they re in the motion of rebranding so some things are off . I give it 4/5 . The suite is clean and spacious , with glorious view of the mountains or sea view if you prefer that . The breakfast buffet is wonderful; 3 swimming pools great ; gym they ve moved quite far from the reception in the adjacent building , good gym . Kids play room is wonderful ! So whats missing ?! The only functioning restaurant is a steak house , no lobby bar ; no beach access ( only by bus transfer ) ; no 24 hr supermarket in the vicinity ., quite pricey i would like to point out due to super high demand and lack of proper hotels nearby. But great stay nonetheless for family with kids ))

the location was awful. It was an hour's drive to the city. The hotel did not have a private beach; instead, they designated a section of a public beach that was a 15-minute shuttle ride away. The shuttle service ran every half hour, but due to the high number of guests, it was often full, leading to long wait times. As a result, we frequently had to take a taxi to the beach. Additionally, the beach was about a 15-minute walk from the drop-off point along a road with no shade, which was very uncomfortable in the direct sunlight and hot weather. Another issue was the language barrier. The staff did not speak English, and we had to rely on a translator frequently, which made communication difficult and time-consuming.

We had the loveliest stay at this hotel! We had such a beautiful wedding anniversary, and they made it all the more special with the room upgrade and the treats. We were spoiled by the staff and we are so grateful for that- it was a trip we will never forget. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and kind. The location is fantastic and the facilities at the hotel were magnificent. We especially enjoyed walking along the boardwalk and the hotel spa. We are rested and more in love than ever, and we cannot wait to return as soon as possible.

So, where to start, I don’t even know, there’s nothing bad about it. But this is clearly not a 5 star hotel. First, what does a toothpaste and brush on request mean !? I have not even seen this in a 4-star hotel. Secondly, when the booking was booked there was one price, upon arrival at the hotel it turned out to be 6,000 rubles more expensive. But here it is worth noting that this may be a mistake of our partner who booked, but we are not 100% sure. In the third, guys, you are cool, but the room service sucks, throughout the evening and in the morning, I watched a standing tray with dirty dishes on the 5th floor. How long would it take? Five stars? Special thanks to the weather in the city, which pampered us in December, a warm pool and a jacuzzi. I think I might even return to your hotel again.

The hotel is amazing! Great service, very friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are designed think of all the little details. Beds are super comfortable and they are sound proof. Not much around the hotel other than the Olympic park, but taxis are very inexpensive.

We were staying at the hotel for 3 nights, although it was a short stay , we had a wonderful time at the hotel, the breakfast was good, the rooms were big, clean and beautiful. The staff services were absolutely amazing. One day we lost our money in the hotel's restaurant, we went to the reception and told them what happened, in the same day they found the money, and they gave it back with a huge smile. The hotel is in a primary location which it is a big advantage. In conclusion, I will defently be back here.

Awful place. I have tried to call cleaners for two days. I switched on the sign, placed a ticket on the door handle - no one came. Key cards always stop working when you try to open the gates in the night and no one answers your calls. Breakfasts are really poor. Rooms are dirty and equipment is broken, scratched. The walls with drop of dirt. There is a table without leg in my room. It's not worth it. And it is weird this shelter has name Radisson...

The hotel provides the best Radisson service on the Imeretinsky beach. The hotel staff is good. The room was upgraded as promised by loyalty program. Clean-up of the room was good. One-touch service worked perfectly - plumber was very efficient. Will be glad to attend the hotel again. Unfortunately, sea was extremely polluted nearby the hotel this summer - dirty flows from the Mzymta river. It looks that officials don't control the ecology in the region.
