Radisson Blu Resort, Fiji Denarau Island

In three days I felt like I had so many friends thanks to the incredible staff. Seta was so sweet to me and I looked for her every day. Wani’s leadership was clear and I had the best massage from Buna Rosi. Ana, Mere, Luata - I could name everyone as they made the stay great. Even my man Is helped fix a broken wheel on my luggage. Sera makes the best smoothies in Fiji. The hotel itself is great - exactly what I’d expect for the price. Good pools. Really good gym. Good food. But the staff make it GREAT

Great location on Denarau island where the bula bus (with a one day or 5 day pass) can shuttle you between the hotel and port area which has lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. The food is very good at the hotel and port area. But the service is slow at best (everywhere.) you are on Fiji time! But overall a great place to stay!

Our first time here firstly want to say we had a lovely lady Salome Ravoka that served us in the Chantra Bar and the big dinning Restaurant and she always had a smile and made us so welcome. Top marks to her a great worker. We were disappointed with the $85 and $75 Buffet at nights as way too expensive for us. We were dying for a fresh fish meal as your fish is beautiful. Your staff are lovely people all so happy and helpful. The men organizine each day events were delightful and we so loved the entertainers at nights. We danced to their music. Staff cleaning our rooms did a great job and were all lovely. Overall a great experience as was my Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and felt so lucky.

We had the best 6 night stay at Radisson Resort. On arrival the friendly staffs greeted and welcomed us with allie Lavinia very nicely and explained about the Resort very helpful making our stay pleasant. The next day Luisa T very professional way decorated our beds with flowers and made swan with the towel we loved it. At the buffet Blu restaurant Marcia and pratna greeted us and made us feel home with their beautiful smile. Looked after us and my grand daughter Also all other staff were very friendly and helpful. The view was amazing and the garden is very beautiful. We enjoyed most of time in the pool

A nice resort with good amenities. I LOVE THEIR POOLS🥹🩵 It would have been all perfect if not for the weak wifi. There wasn’t any signal in our room at all. We had good sleep and it was a perfect start for our fiji cruise🩵

Our stay at Radisson Blu was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself is fantastic, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. A special mention has to go to the poolside staff and the activity team , Ana, Seta, Moses, Tim, Ziggy, Amlet. Their passion for what they do is genuinely inspiring. They are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond every single day to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Every time we return to Radisson Blu, they make our stay unforgettable, and it honestly feels like coming back to see friends. As a family with young children, we couldn’t ask for a better experience. The atmosphere is perfect for families, the activities are engaging, and the staff make sure both kids and parents are relaxed and happy. We truly cannot recommend Radisson Blu highly enough, especially for families with young children. We already can’t wait to come back!

Very disappointing and concerning experience I stayed at this resort for 4 days and everything seemed fine during my stay. However, after returning to my home country, I discovered that the resort charged my credit card NZD 500 without my knowledge or consent. The transaction description says “lifestyle charges,” but there was absolutely no explanation, warning, or authorisation. The charge was made only after I had checked out. I did not use the restaurant, spa, massages, or any additional services at all, so this charge makes no sense to me. I am now trying to recover this money through my bank, but it has been very difficult because the resort is completely unresponsive. They have ignored my numerous emails and phone calls. This is a significant amount of money for me, and I never planned or agreed to spend it. What is most alarming is that if any problems arise after you leave this resort, you will receive no help whatsoever. Once they have taken your money, they simply do not care. I feel used and disappointed. I will never stay at this resort again, and I strongly caution others to be very careful with their credit cards here.

Absolutely loved my time here. Such a beautiful resort. The employees are what made this trip. In particular Anshu and Toko the barman. They went out of their way to make us feel so welcomed and accommodated. Absolutely amazing people, will miss them heaps!!
