I won't give even one star to the service because a receptionist (unfortunately I don't remember her name) treated us terribly. She told us that our room wasn't paid for and we showed her the payment receipt confirming that our travel agency had made the payment (it was a business trip). She treated us with disgusting superiority throughout, she even asked us if we spoke English, all because my colleague and I looked at each other thinking, what do we do now if everything is in order and this woman doesn't want to give us the rooms. In the end, she told her coworker to let us through, as if she was doing us a favor. Today, a month later, they charged the room to our card (which they had because they charged us a few cents for check-in, which they later refunded). I think if you work in customer service, you should have a minimum of kindness and manners.
