Radisson Blu Style Hotel, Vienna

An exceptional stay at the Radisson Blu Style Hotel Vienna! The rooms were absolutely beautiful—elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to come back to after a day of exploring the city. The location is truly unbeatable: just steps from the iconic Café Central and a short walk to Stephansplatz, placing you right in the heart of Vienna. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every interaction was warm and professional, but a very special mention goes to Ibrahim. He was nothing short of extraordinary. Ibrahim consistently went out of his way to ensure we were completely taken care of, always greeting us with a genuine smile and impeccable service. He made us feel like true VIPs throughout our stay. Ibrahim is a credit to his profession and a tremendous asset to this hotel. Thanks to him and the entire team, our stay was unforgettable. We cannot wait to return!

This is our fourth stay and we are having a great stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing staff. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the service. Nedelyko at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly with us from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to assist us, answered all our questions with patience, and always greeted us with a smile. His professionalism and kindness truly made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you to Nedelyko and the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

Superior room on top floor - loft. Stay Jan2-Jan6 2026 Small windows and low ceiling on a top floor room/loft. But loft with small windows was perhaps better option than window-to-window over a narrow street with no daylight at all. queen bed is just two sinle beds is a 3star hotel solution. Room temperature is too hot we need to keep window open and listen street noise from 7am. Temp is not changable Not a fresh smell on last floor hall and in the room. Room furniture is very basic. Noise isolation is poor. Water leak from shower to the floor. Bathroom stone surfaces and floor are with calc traces and pothole/dents. And why wardrobe is on another side of a room from the entry? The hallway have no hangers, no shoeshelf, only plain walls. Entry hall was average simple - not a "wow". Hotel design and renovation is 15-20 years old Location OK. Will search for a better option next time I am in Vienna

Loved everything about this hotel. Great location in the heart of Vienna and the room was so spacious and clean. Hotel was immaculately maintained with updated rooms. All the staff were so courteous and helpful. Even breakfast buffet was amazing!

The rooms are of a 1970s best western motel. The entire shower had black mold and we didn't feel well walking into the room and I got sick as well. The furnishings are old and chipped up.||I didn't like the service. It was not an Austrian culture. The men (no females except the maids) sit at two different desks and are always on the phone. It looks like an office area and not a friendly reception area. There was zero hospitality provided to us. No maps, no one helped with luggage, no recommendations, and I don't think westerners are their targeted customers. I felt an attitude and felt unwelcome. No mention of any amenities, nothing. ||When I asked reception, if you can call it that, for ice for an injury instead of getting up to help or getting the ice himself he sends me back to the bar to wait on the bartender that never showed up. One of the guests is in pain and he did nothing. I could barely stand. No one followed up and asked if I needed a doctor or if I received ice. ||I felt the rooms were filthy. The carpet as well. It's in no way a 5 star hotel. The location is great but I could have found a clean air bb or a different hotel. The service and culture of this establishment is not Austrian.

A truly beautiful hotel where it feels like time has stood still. The atmosphere is peaceful and full of charm, the rooms are very comfortable, and the service is excellent. The staff are genuinely friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

We had a fab stay at the Radisson Vienna. The reason we choose this hotel was the outstanding location. Our room was big but needes some renovation. Breakfast was decent. Really impressed with the friendly late-night check-in. Dimitri patiently answered our many questions and also helped with our plans for the next day. Everything we visited was in walking distance but there is also a metro station right outside. Highly recommend catching a show at the gorgeous opera. Great weekend indeed, we'll be back soon!

The hotel is in a great, central location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large, very clean, and the shower was fantastic with its rainfall shower head. The breakfast buffet was very good. Yes, the hotel is expensive, but its location and amenities justify the price.

This hotel has a great location! However, the conveniences end there. To Start with, upon checking in, they failed to tell us that the HEAT for all the rooms was not working. We froze every night! When we complained, we were only then were we told about the heating problem, and they then told us they would bring a portable heater, which never arrived. The hotel is WAY WAY overdue for a remodel. Our room contained half a love seat for a chair, and a chipped glass end table. The tiles in the bathroom has mismatched replaced tiles and the caulking was slathered around the perimeter of the shower. Hot water fluctuated greatly in the shower, and the toilet paper was so cheap and rough, that the cafes were a better option for using the restroom. The paint in the room had splotchy mismatched patches along with scuff marks everywhere. The fire alarm went off for some reason, and everyone was evacuated from the hotel into the pouring rain, until the fire department came and cleared the false alarm. No explanation or apology. The TV station had the worst selection of channels out of all the hotels we stayed at during this trip. We stayed at five different hotels in three different countries on this trip, and this hotel was far and away the worst of the bunch. So, if you don't mind a freezing outdated room, good luck to you. My advice is that is that if you booked this hotel, cancel it. If you are considering it, there are plenty of other places nearby that have heat, and up to date furnishings.

Very nice facility and extremely good personal service! Room was left not cleaned. That was because the staff thought MAYBE that we had not paid for another night which we had prior to our late night flight out of Vienna. The hotel management took care financially of their mistake., ie they were apologetic and correct! I would suggest anyone seeing this still plan on staying there.9

I'm not sure I understand why this is rated a 5-Star hotel. It is a solid 3 star. Check-in was seamless and easy. Room air conditioning was fickle... sometimes worked great, sometimes not so much. When it was hot as heck, I really needed that AC!! Service was mediocre. One day, they forgot to replenish towels. The linens need upgrading/renovating. Otherwise, the hotel has more potential! The bar staff was not too friendly. They have odd rules (no outside food at the sofa between reception and bar for "restaurant rules"). All this did was make me annoyed... no value added to hotel experience.

First problem: I booked two Premium Rooms. Upon arrival only one room was shown in their computer as reserved. It took some time to get this straightened out. Second problem: instead on getting two Premium rooms, I got one Premium and one regular room. The Premium room was larger, and had bath robes and slippers. The regular room was smaller and had no robes nor slippers. Nevertheless, I paid for two Premium rooms when I booked online. No refunds. No acknowledgement or confession that one room was a regular room. Third: At check in, they asked for my credit card. They said I won't be charged unless I took something out of the mini bar or something like that. But immediately I get a notification from my credit card company that my card was charged over $200. When I asked the clerk why I was charged, they insisted that they did not charge anything. I'm going to call my credit card company once I get back to the States. One the plus side: this hotel is centrally located and is minutes from most sites in all directions.

Rich in history and clean rooms with an excellent location in old town on a outside shopping square. Next to casino with Texas Holdem tournament and 1 cash game at night

Great location with an odd check in procedure where you sit at a desk as you would for an all inclusive resort. Good location in the heart of the old city. Nice bar, nice room, good for the quick stay that we had. Pity we couldn't stay longer.

This is the first one we had to use the Metro, but it was 2 minutes to a stop, so no worries. The hotel is VERY COOL. The ultra hip vibe from the lobby and bar will immediately let you know you are in a boutique style hotel that is from a chain. You will be able to get from place to place very easy in Vienna, so enjoy the hotel and the large screen in the bar should you need a TV for something. Pros: Room size and A/C. Staff were very helpful, along with bartenders. Great value for location which is close to all sights. Cons: No free water or breakfast, so that adds a decision in AM. Recommend: Absolutely, for the price and the location I can't imagine doing any better.
