Radisson Collection Hotel, Grand Place Brussels

We have stayed at the Radisson Collection Grand Place Brussels several times, and our experiences have consistently been positive. On our most recent stay, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The service throughout the hotel was good and attentive. The only drawback is that rooms facing the street can be affected by outside noise; rooms overlooking the atrium are noticeably quieter and preferable for light sleepers. Parking facilities are convenient, which is a real advantage in the city center. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Brussels, with major sights within easy walking distance. Breakfast offers a good variety of choices and is a solid way to start the day. Overall, a reliable and well-located hotel that we are happy to return to.

The room was great and clean and the breakfast was great although slightly expensive at €25 per person. The location is great and was close to the main markets.|In terms of overall experience, it was mixed. Check-in wasn’t great—we paid for an early check-in and breakfast on arrival. We clearly explained we only wanted breakfast for two out of the three mornings and this was confirmed by reception multiple times. However, on checkout we were charged for all three mornings. we were incorrectly charged for 8 breakfasts instead of 4. Additionally, despite paying for breakfast in advance, we were not on the breakfast list, which meant staff had to spend time checking the system while we waited (not the breakfast staffs fault as they had to check- this error was on reception). after receiving our room keys we weren’t directed to the room or informed about breakfast times. We had to ask for this information ourselves.|Most of the issues were administrative which is disappointing (particularly for a 5-star hotel) as we regularly choose to stay in Radisson chain hotels when we travel and expect a smoother, more consistent experience.|Another issue occurred at checkout. We were initially told at check in that there was a €50 per night deposit (€150 total which is a lot for a deposit), but on checkout an different receptionist told us it was only €50 for the entire stay- this was confusing and led to a longer-than-necessary discussion to recover the remaining amount (as well as the previously mentioned issue with the incorrect breakfast charge). We were particularly disappointed as staff failed to notice any error in the final bill and we had to sit down and calculate it ourselves in order to confirm that a rather large amount was overcharged. |Overall, the hotel has good rooms and food, but the organization and communication need improvement.

We stayed at the Radisson Collection hotel for a long weekend at the Christmas markets in Brussels. ||Location is amazing - near all of the tourist spots in a clean and well lit area. ||Staff were absolutely exceptional - every single one - so professional and helpful. ||Breakfast - lovely selection of items both hot and cold. Great quality and availability. 25€ pp if pre booked which is worth doing. ||Rooms - so comfortable. AMAZING shower, powerful and hot! Air conditioning really effective so just a really comfortable room. Housekeeping wonderful!||Would recommend this hotel - and absolutely would stay again!!!

Radisson Collection Hotel, Grand Place Brussels is in a fantastic location, very close to Grand Place and other tourist spots. The rooms are clean and modern, but a bit small and not as comfortable as I expected. The staff were not very friendly, and considering the high price, I expected at least a small welcome treat, but there was none. The minibar was very expensive just a few snacks cost a lot. Overall, the hotel is a decent option for its location and cleanliness, but the service and value for money did not fully meet expectations. If location is your priority, it’s acceptable, but those expecting higher standards might be disappointed.

Hotel is well located from the train station. The rooms are showing their age and are tired. We booked for three beds and they only had set up for two when we checked in. This was promptly remedied. The downstairs lobby is nice however they couldn’t mix a cocktail at 2pm and the guy had to wait for his assistant who was starting at 5pm. The amenities in the room are basis and I would say four star hotel is bordering on generous. Closer to 3.5 star however it is fair value for money in such a central location.

The hotel is in a great location. After staying for 2 nights with my friend, I do feel it’s overpriced. We arrived around 1.30pm on a Saturday, as we couldn’t check in for a while, we decided to have a drink in the bar; I sat and waited for nearly 30 minutes, concierge came over and said they would get someone. Took so long for a member of bar staff to show up. 2 glasses of Prosecco was €28. The room was OK. Clean. Lighting is poor when trying to get ready. No fresh milk is available for tea and coffee, only powder creamer. They are very mean with the amount of coffee and tea in the room, we did get a fresh bottle of water every day though. I’ll definitely be back to Brussels, very unlikely I’d stay here again though. We didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t review the food. We did go to Wolf over the road and that was fabulous! It’s a food hall with lots of choice and good value

The hotel was amazing, the entrance give comfy feelings and the staff so welcoming with special thanks to Simony and LURA. The room was ready at the moment of arrival no delays just few minutes of check in-I like teller sweets on the table 😊. The hotel is quite no noise into the room. The location fantastic everything around and short distance from the central station. Everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay on November 8th–9th. Lennie gave us such a warm and friendly welcome and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The room was spotless, and the overall service was excellent. Lennie’s professionalism and kind attitude made us feel very well taken care of. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
