Weekend getaway with my wife. 2 night stay early December. We booked a suite with terrace and outdoor hot tub. From the moment we arrived we wear in love with the place. Very warm and helpful welcome, parked our car, helped with bags etc. The room was exceptional. Super comfortable, very quiet and beautifully designed. The shower in particular is one of the best I have ever experienced in any hotel. We had such a lovely time we have decided to make this an annual trip, same weekend, same hotel etc...cannot recommend highly enough!!! Thanks to the team for such a wonderful experience!

Location, location, location! The Radisson Collection Hotel, Magdalena Plaza is perfectly situated in a beautiful, quaint area of Seville, with fun shops and cafés right around the corner. You can easily walk to major sights like the Alcázar and Plaza de España, and the winter holiday lights make the area especially magical! The hotel itself is modern, beautiful, and has all the amenities you could want. We loved our view overlooking the front courtyard- it added to the charm of our stay. The people of Seville are incredibly friendly, and the hotel staff truly reflect that. On our first day, after a long journey involving three flights, David at the front desk went above and beyond. He took the time to sit with us, pulled out a map of Seville, and personally guided us to fun destinations and must-see spots. He was warm, cordial, and kind, and even helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel for both the location and the outstanding service!

The hotel is centrally located and very welcoming. It is situated in a quaint piazza lined with trees. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the bathroom is simply amazing. I particularly liked the cleanliness and staff the most - they were all very friendly and helpful! If you're going to Seville, you simply have to stay at this hotel. 5 star all the way!

Nice hotel in a great location with all the main tourist spots in a walkable distance. Hotel was well kept and staff were generally helpful and welcoming. A little slow at welcoming one morning for breakfast, so we seated ourselves as they seem to be short staffed (nobody around to provide room number to).

Very well located hotel in a upscale area that’s within walking distance of main attractions ( 10mins to Alcazar, the cathedral and la Setas) with many restaurants and shops nearby.||Staff were all very professional and helpful. Miguel deserves special mention — he went above and beyond to help us retrieve a bag we had forgotten in the taxi. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out.||Javier at reception was also excellent, helping us change our train tickets to our preferred schedule. Laura kindly arranged a wonderful evening at a flamenco show.||Rooms were modern and well kept with spacious bathrooms although windows were a bit small for the room size. ||Would definitely recommend hotel to friends and family.

My stay at the hotel was truly excellent. The reception was wonderful, and the location is great. The front desk staff member was very professional and explained everything we needed in detail. We also received a complimentary upgrade, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on future visits.

The staff are attentive, pleasant, and always greet you with a smile, which really enhances the experience.||One thing to be aware of: the hotel sits above a plaza, so noise can be an issue, particularly if you’re staying on the lower floors. It would be great if the hotel could invest in better soundproofing to reduce outside noise. If you’re travelling with small children, this property might be best avoided due to the potential disturbance.||Breakfast is good, but could benefit from more vegetarian options to cater for a wider range of guests.

Excellent location! Beautiful hotel. Veronica at the bar was the most fabulous bartender we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Without a doubt, she makes the best White Russian and Amaretto Sour we’ve ever tasted. She was incredible!!!
