Radisson Collection Hotel, Magdalena Plaza Sevilla

We won two nights here so the review is based on the suite we had on floor 1 of the main building. This is definitely worth paying extra for. Amazing comfortable bed, superb lighting, the bath and the shower room were fantastic. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast here is very good with plenty of choice and you can ask for fried eggs etc. We left on a Sunday, but had a late train. We asked if we could leave our suitcases and also access the roof terrace as well for the remainder of the day. The front of house staff were totally accommodating and really helpful. Excellent service from all the staff. Minor issues were the curtains in the bathroom don't have an inner curtain so they have to be closed when you use it. I'd have liked natural light. The wardrobe is too small for hanging clothes, only for one person really.

I stayed with my son for a short break. Would highly recommend this fabulous hotel. It was so wonderful my friends from Madrid joined us as a surprise and were equally impressed. The staff were first class and professional, breakfast divine, and our room stunning. They even made sure my son and I had a twin room. This is my second visit to Seville and this stunning hotel. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasure.

The room was nice but the bathroom was not great as the water wouldn’t drain and the cleaners never cleaned it probably. The pool is a safety concern which is a shame as it’s so hot it would have been nice to cool down properly. So many missing tiles. Location is incredible though - close walk to everywhere we needed/wanted to go.

The hotel has a very good location. Easy access to all tourist spits and shooping. Staff were very accomdation, helpful and friendly. Easy check in. ||What I do not like:||When we checked in, our lugages were missing in our room. We have to call them to ask about our lugages and they informed us that they placed it in the wrong room. They apologised, we let it passed. They gave some small wines and biscuits to compensate. It didn't taste good so it was a waste. ||Then the Cockroach incident!! Very disappointing for a 5 star hotel! The very reason why we always stay in a 5 star hotel is not to experienced these kind if things! My husband found the cockroach in the shower room!! Disgusting!!! We called them and we asked them to changed everything! They changed everything and compensated us with Chanpagne and sweets! But we don't drink so It was just a waste again! They could have asked us or a meal would be better but I did not even dared to suggest because thinking about the cockroach makes me loose my appetite!! ||Then 4 days before we were to check out, the bathroom sink smelled like sewage. We reported this and they sorted it out. Then the day before we were about to check out, again it smelled like sewage. We did nit report it because we were to check out the next day||||We were disappointed with our stay because of the incidents above! It could have been an excellent stay if the above did not happened!! ||||For a 5 star hotel and to find cockroach in the room is ubacceptable!!

We spent an amazing 4 nights here celebrating our wedding anniversary. This hotel is in a great location within short walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants, tapas bars and a wonderful shopping area.||We had a beautiful, spacious junior suite on the corner with views overlooking the Plaza as well as to the side. Our room was spotlessly clean with lots of lovely toileteries, iron, hairdryer, minibar, complimentary water, coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast was great with a lovely selection as well as an A La Carte menu (the Omelettes and Acai bowl were delicious!).||The staff are wonderful, friendly and provided excellent service. Special thanks to Alvaro, who made our anniversary extra special, arranged a booking to an amazing Flamenco Dinner show for us and champagne in our room when we got back. We had a magical anniversary. Alvaro is truly Exceptional!||Thank you Radisson Magdalena Plaza Seville for an amazing stay! We will definitely return.

The Radisson Collection Hotel in Sevilla exceeded all expectations with its exceptional service, spacious and well-appointed rooms, and sleek, modern bathrooms. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Its unbeatable location makes it even more appealing—everything from major attractions to charming cafes and restaurants is within walking distance. For those driving, there’s a convenient nearby garage. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.

Perfect hotel, perfect rooms, perfect service, perfect location! A really five star hotel!! We enjoyed our stay!! Big rooms, big bathrooms, amenities, wonderful quality of linen, modern design!! We requested a late check out (21:00 pm) and the staff came to change all towels at 18:00pm. We recommend it 100%!! We will be back!

Great location to walk everywhere. Even with a 3 year old. The suite was superb including its own terrace and hot tub. The staff were all excellent and willing to help. Very friendly. The breakfast was amazing and everything you would need. Will visit again for sure.
