Radisson Collection Morina Hotel, Tirana

Absolutely stunning location which is not obvious from the hotel's site. The high standard of decor and ambiance throughout the hotel was striking. It was spotless throughout. Our lakeside view room was very comfortable with a walk-in shower and all amenities including USB points and excellent ||Wi-Fi. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food, both at breakfast and in the restaurant was of a very high standard. We felt that the location of the hotel out of the centre of Tirana was peaceful and an added bonus. Taxis are readily available and reasonable. ||For the less agile, handrails on entering both the outdoor and indoor swimming pools would be a welcome safety feature.

Breakfast was generous, well presented, and supported by a professional and courteous team.||||During my stay, I had a brief, friendly conversation in the lobby with a gentleman who spoke naturally about the property and guest experience. Only at the end did it become clear that he was in fact the owner. That quiet, genuine approach to guest engagement reflects strong personal leadership and pride in the hotel — qualities that set a world-class property apart. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations — a property managed with care, attention, and authenticity. Fully worthy of its five-star standing.

This is a beautifully presented Hotel in an upmarket neighborhood. Stunningly spacious rooms. Beautifully done bar with a landscaped outdoor terrace. ||What makes this place outstanding is the kindness and exceptional hospitality of Usejda who’s at the reception. She gave us a very warm welcome, showed the rooms with a few different options before we checked in, enabling us to be able to decide which ones we liked. Then she gave us a room upgrade. This is exceptional hospitality! Thank you Usedja. Keep up the good work !

Overall a good hotel and location. It has both style and substance. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had our evening meal both nights here which tells you the food was lovely and service was excellent. The rooms were very well decorated, very French decor. The gym is adequate. The indoor pool was closed for renovations when we were there. The outdoor pool is a decent size too. While the hotel is not in Tirana city centre, it is outside the city enough to be a destination venue to relax. Tip is to walk around the large reservoir/sunset walk near the hotel (approx 60 mins walk). The neighbourhood is very safe. Only downside was wasps interrupting breakfast. Maybe best to eat indoors for breakfast!!

Stayed 4 nights, air conditioner on the 3rd floor did not work on our first night hence the room was hot but repaired the following morning. The attitude of the chap at the desk who claimed he was the manager was very dismissive and think one should just bear with the situation although he must have been aware of the situation before our arrival because while trying to check into the room someone suspected to be an engineer was just exiting the room. Apart from that services provided was very good, The breakfast was very good and the staff at the restaurant very helpful. Dinner was very good but not cheap. parking was very limited but help was at hand to help you park if no spaces. one can walk to Tirana BLLOKU the shopping centre area about 3km or explore Tirana Lake park by walking along Rruga Ligeni i Thate and cross the Elbasan Highway via an under pass.although receptionist at desk appeared unaware of this route, when asked how to get to the park, I was just told to get a taxi because no way across the High way

We had dinner at Radisson Collection Morina Hotel restaurant. Our waiter Gerard was kind and attentive, and I truly appreciate his effort. However, the overall dining experience did not meet Radisson standards. The steaks were served cold and undercooked. We ordered Medium Well, but they came out closer to Medium Rare, making them hard to chew. When we raised the issue, it took more than 10 minutes before any solution was offered. Even when I tried to cook the steak for 2–3 minutes on the hot pan provided, it didn’t improve much. I ended up eating most of it just because I was hungry. Gerard kindly suggested alternatives like fruit, which was thoughtful, but I expected a proper resolution to the main issue. On a positive note, the seafood and mushrooms were really delicious. Overall, the service process and steak quality were disappointing and below what I would expect from Radisson. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Adrianna at the restaurant is the best employee of this 5 star hotel. She was amazing. She needs to be promoted to the front desk. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Great hotel, the first room we got was not properly cleaned but we quickly were moved to a cleaner one- probably housekeeping were rushed to prepare it. Breakfast is not bad but can be improved. The staff were more than great and Egil was very helpful and patient when helping us with a taxi order (hope I got the name right). Easy transport to city center with bus line 2 running frequently (40 lek per ride per person - cash only).
