Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Especially the food in the buffet (breakfast and dinner). What made it even better was the extraordinary service that we were provided by Sonia from Morocco. She was very friendly, looking after the details. We enjoyed chatting with her and the tips she shared with us on the best places to visit. She was AMAZING! We really noticed the difference when she was not there. Thank you very much Sonia. The MD, Mr. Thierry was very kind offering us support in we needed it with our baby food.

Very well run hotel, spacious rooms and very courteous personnel. Also I had some nice food at both restaurants. The breakfast is good but it was so busy maybe it would help to have extra coffee machines as queues were forming to get those drinks. The cleaning service is very good with coffee and water being replenished frequently. I wanted to mention also Aung from Myanmar for cleaning my room so well and thoroughly, thanks a lot for the great stay

Radisson Grand Hormuz is an excellent hotel. The bed is very comfortable, and the hotel has all the amenities we needed. The food is great, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I’d especially like to mention Nasr who was absolutely helpful and cheerful and looked after us very well throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back. Excellent team—thank you very much!

We had a fantastic experience here. The customer service is second to none. We thank Ahmed and Ahmed on the concierge desk, no ask was too much for them. Thank you also to Rana from housekeeping who helped with lots of our requests relating to our baby. We’re very grateful. My only gripe is that the pool area was a little bit dated and there was limited service there but the service we did receive was great.

I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant. Chef Mohammed truly made it exceptional. The food was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Everything was clean, well-presented, and full of flavor. I really want to compliment Chef Mohammed for his great work and professionalism. I would also like to thank Mr. Priyam for his excellent service and management. He was attentive, professional, and made the experience even better.

Our balcony suite was clean, spacious, and included lounge access. The bed was very comfortable. Lighting was slightly dim and the controls a bit confusing, but this was a minor issue. Special thanks to Hasina Al Mahmudi (Reservations Agent) for efficiently managing our booking and to Mr. Ahmed Alamrani (Front Desk Agent) for ensuring a smooth, seamless check-in and check-out experience. The executive lounge was the highlight of our stay, offering excellent variety of food, delightful desserts, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The only drawback is hotel location. Youve to take taxi to visit any mall or even grovery store. We’ll definitely return if our travels bring us back to Oman.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. There are a few small areas that could be improved, but nothing that impacted my stay in a major way. I’d consider returning in the future. The only hard part was convincing myself to check out. If I could rate it higher than five stars, I’d probably break the rating system. Highly recommend! 😊 - Farrah and Sanaa
