Our stay at the hotel was truly excellent — the atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were all outstanding. We felt welcome and well taken care of at all times. We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—so much variety—and a special shout-out to Sonia, who went above and beyond to make our two daughters happy with her kindness and those special hot chips! Sonia and the rest of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the chef preparing the morning omelettes is fantastic in Strait. However, room cleaning can be quite late — many times I returned from work to find my room still not cleaned. The laundry service is also generally slow. The rooms and the hotel itself are nice, and while some reception staff are very helpful, a few can be a bit distant.

I’ve been staying at the Hormuz Grand Muscat for five days while attending a government training program, and I have to say the experience has been excellent—especially thanks to the amazing staff. The coffee lounge is a perfect place to relax between sessions. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, and the coffee is consistently great. A special mention goes to Ezra, who always greets guests with genuine warmth and friendliness. Her attention to detail and welcoming attitude made every visit to the café a pleasure. I also want to thank Albin, who provided outstanding support in setting up the training program and arranging all the logistics, including reserving the hall. His professionalism and efficiency ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the week. Overall, a wonderful experience that combines comfort, great service, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.
