Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..

I had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Collection Hotel. The location is excellent, easy to reach from the airport. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. For the level of quality and service provided, I found the pricing to be very reasonable. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. While I can't name everyone individually, please know that each of you made my stay memorable. A special thank you to Mohamed Almahroqi for his exceptional generosity, it truly stood out. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning to this hotel on my next visit.

I recently dined at Qureshi Restaurant in the Radisson Collection, Muscat, and had a truly wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and authentic preparation that made every dish stand out. A special highlight was the Narangi Kulfi – a dessert that was simply outstanding and the perfect way to end the meal. The service was equally impressive. Our server, Ashwani, was exceptionally attentive, professional, and warm throughout the evening. His recommendations and hospitality really elevated the overall dining experience. Qureshi is definitely a place I would recommend for anyone looking for top-quality food and excellent service in Muscat.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at your hotel and would like to thank the entire team for making it so memorable. Special thanks to Ms. Soniya for her exceptional assistance — her knowledge and recommendations for places to visit in Oman were invaluable. Dining at Omni Restaurant was a highlight: the seafood and desserts were superb, and Chef Naveen and Allatar prepared truly delicious dishes. I also appreciated Ahmed introducing me to shisha; it was my first experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you again for an outstanding stay.

A Truly Unique Stay! I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stood out as something special. The ambience was absolutely beautiful calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. What made my stay even more memorable was the exceptional service I received. A special thanks to the front desk staff – everyone was polite and professional, but I want to especially mention Farah. She was incredibly helpful, warm throughout. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Collection Hotel Hormuz in Muscat for one night after my wedding. The staff was incredibly helpful from the beginning; the call center and hotel staff had excellent communication with each other and knew I was coming. I especially want to commend Ameer for his outstanding service. He took great care of me, even pointing out small details to be aware of during my night arrival. The complimentary cake was a very thoughtful touch that made my night truly memorable. ​However, there were a few issues that were disappointing. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the bathroom had a strong smell of smoke, which was surprising and wasn't resolved before my arrival. Also, there were no decorations in the room for our special occasion, which felt unusual for a hotel of this caliber. While the service from the team was excellent, these points would make me reconsider staying here again.

Absolutely delicious food with one of the best menus in the region! Every dish was full of flavor and a real treat to enjoy. Special thanks to Ms. Sonia for her warm hospitality and to Chef Deepak for preparing such wonderful dishes. Truly a memorable dining experience!

Just finishing a week’s stay at the Grand Hormuz. To be honest, I was not expecting a great deal - “another big chain hotel” - but I have been pleasantly surprised by the ambience of hotel, the quality of the experience it offers and the universal friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. ||No one could help you more and no one be more friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the staff in the restaurants and to Aurgha and Dilham in the bar. I felt at home very quickly and would recommend the place to anyone (and happily stay there next time I come to Muscat).
