Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand

We had a short stay at the Hormuz Grand and were thoroughly impressed. Check-in was smooth even late at night, and the room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed.||||Room service in the middle of the night was a pleasant surprise — genuinely delicious and far better than expected. The bed was very firm, which many will appreciate.||||Housekeeping stood out for their attention to detail. The room was immaculate throughout our stay.||||Breakfast was excellent, and the manager, Madjid, made sure we had everything we wanted without delay. His attentive service added a warm, personal touch to the mornings.||||We also had lunch at the Indian restaurant. It’s on the pricier side, but the food was absolutely delicious and the cool interior made it a perfect escape from the midday heat.||||If you’re staying near Muscat airport for a few days, this is a reliable and comfortable choice. We’d be happy to return.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a fantastic shower and relaxing bath. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of choices from Middle Eastern dishes to Western favorites. One of the standout moments of my stay was the exceptional service at the front café, especially from Atiqa. She was warm, attentive, and consistently professional. Her friendly demeanor and quick service added a personal touch, whether I stopped by for a morning coffee or a late-night dessert. Overall, the Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand combines comfort, style, and a staff that truly goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely be returning—and hope to see Atiqa again! The only downside is its location—it’s quite far from many tourist attractions. However, if you’re in transit, it’s conveniently close to the airport and ideal for a restful stopover.

Had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. The staff at the reception were very helpful and polite, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location of the hotel is also convenient, close to popular attractions and local amenities. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and it was absolutely lovely. I wanted to especially thank the staff members at the Oynx who served the best food and had amazing service. A big thank you to Ebrahim, Sajad, Jasbin, Amir, Al Atar chef and Chef Ney. We will definitely re visit in sha Allah

Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff overall very friendly and helpful. Despite the location near the airport, absolutely quiet and without any noise from airport or traffic. Swimming pool in excellent condition. 15 minutes drive to center of Muscat. I highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby and lounge are truly impressive, providing a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Overall, a good choice for families, with a few minor areas for improvement.
