5 Stars! 10 Stars if I could! Booked 3 rooms for my family. Check in was warm and friendly, we were offered water and chocolate which was nice after a long journey. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Made service was excellent. Resturant and bar were top-notch and accommodating. Bell staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great short walk to everything. Highly recommend

Very nice hospitality. Well versed staff, neat and clean. Good lighting and ambience in room and corridor area. Restaurant interior is made fabulous and natural. The hotel is environmental friendly and no disposal plastics were not seen around. The receptionist courteously accompanied to the room explained all facilities with a good smile and offered a welcome coffee.

I loved everything about this hotel — from the elegant interior design to the outstanding service. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring an exceptional stay. A special thank you to Adel and Kawtar at the reception for their kindness and professionalism — they truly made the experience even more memorable.

The hotel location is perfect, the room was great, comfortable and clean, ALL THE HOTEL STAFF WERE AMAZING, The staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive housekeeping. I will for sure come back ans stay in this hotel

Nice rooms, but the room service is unusual — they expect you to pay before checkout. The pool area is tiny, and while there’s a bar, it offers absolutely no service. You can’t even get a soda or plain water, so if you’re expecting poolside service, think again.||The gym is ok but is missing out some basic accessories to the techno gym machines close to 100% of the gyms with these machines has. Costs a few euros so this is just being lazy and the staff probably never gone to a gym.||3 stars is being nice!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy! Radisson Collection Rome has an excellent location near the Duomo Square. The reception staff were incredibly kind and professional. The stay was flawless in every detail, and a special thanks to Mr. Adel, the duty manager, for his outstanding hospitality and care. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service. They went above and beyond for my family. The rooms were updated, clean and spacious enough. The location was great too. All around nice vibe. The restaurant was good too with great service.

(Don’t trust the staff!!!) I recently stayed at there and while the overall experience was decent, I was left shocked by the service from the concierge!!!!! I had a delivery scheduled to arrive from [loro piana] and requested that it be brought to my room to avoid walking on the street with it. Upon calling the reception, I was repeatedly told that they hadn't received anything, even though I knew the package had arrived at noon. It wasn’t until 10 PM that I finally demanded proof from the store confirming they had delivered it to the hotel. Only then did the concierge finally brought my bag!!! I must emphasize that you should be cautious when dealing with the concierge, especially [concierge Flavio ], as my experience was not trustworthy! Aside from this major service issue, the hotel itself was quite nice. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good amenities. However, due to the concierge's lack of professionalism, I cannot say I would return.
