Radisson Collection Palazzo Touring Club

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. This was my second visit, and this time I decided to bring my friends along to celebrate my birthday — and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply exceptional. The interiors are stunning, elegant, and beautifully maintained, which immediately creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to thank the lovely lady at the reception with curly dark hair who surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gesture — it truly made my day even more special. Both the standard rooms and the Presidential Suite impressed us greatly. The standard rooms are stylish, comfortable, and full of charm, while the Presidential Suite went far beyond my expectations — it was spacious, luxurious, and perfect for our celebration. My friends were just as delighted as I was, and we all left with amazing memories. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’m already looking forward to returning again in the future. We stayed 2 nights in a room I selected (paid extra for option). The room was beautifully designed and well equipped. Despite overlooking the main street it was quiet (3rd floor). The staff in reception and at the door were professional, attentive and very friendly. It had the feel of a high-class hotel, and is in a beautful historic building. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome and valued as guests. The location is perfect for exploring central Milan, just a few minutes walk from the Duomo and main shopping/dining areas.

Stayed for one night only but it was amazing! Nice and smooth service from the front desk and I especially adore the fragrance they've used in general it's just really relaxing. Spacious room (especially the shower) with nice lighting. We went for vacation purposes and this room definitely match the vibe we were looking for! Location was fantastic, minutes of walk to the Duomo (very crowded) and super close to the metro. ||We stayed in the premium room and they actually offered guests to choose particular room we would like to stay in via website with additional fee. I didn't opt for that service but in retrospect I would recommend to do so. The room we were alloated was 403, which is on the top floor of the building, and so they have this weird design (see the photo provided). Nothing bad but yeah I probably should've select our room beforehand. And also they only have one lift so sometimes you might need to wait for a bit. But no big deal cause you can also use the stairs. ||In general, this is an absolute fantastic stay <3 would come back to this hotel!!

Beautiful service. Yailine at the front desk/concierge went above and beyond to help us with an unexpected situation. She and the staff gave prompt attention to all other typical requests, eg. dinner and car hire reservations. We had a great experience here. Highly recommend.

The hotel is not in good location as they claim it’s quite far from dump 13 mins walking and not an easy walk, the hotel staff are inattentive and rude and very slow! We ordered room service breakfast waited for an hour and a half and then Called them back to discover that the man who took our order didn’t see the room number !! So careless and unprofessional also the hotel’s vibe is so bad and depressing rooms have no view their breakfast buffet is so so poor found lots of other hotels with better location more vibrant vibes and cheaper !!|Upon check out they needed 420 € for late she k out that’s was k until I discovered they tried to charge me 11 ,000 € and 24000€ !!! Thank god the bank declined their transactions and informed me !! Such a fraud after all this !!

5 Stars! 10 Stars if I could! Booked 3 rooms for my family. Check in was warm and friendly, we were offered water and chocolate which was nice after a long journey. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Made service was excellent. Resturant and bar were top-notch and accommodating. Bell staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great short walk to everything. Highly recommend

This hotel is not only beautiful, but the service we received from everyone was so amazing I can’t even begin to describe!! From the welcome to our departure, we were treated like royalty! Our prearranged car arrived at 6:00 am to take us to the airport but it was too small for us and our luggage. The hotel staff immediately got us a very nice taxi van and stayed outside with us keeping us company until he arrived! I wish I could remember everyone’s name so they could get recognized but we checked in on Sept 6th and out on September 7. 2025 at 6am. So kudos to all of the gentlemen who helped us! This is a must stay if you’re looking!!

Amazing experience with the most wonderful people. I had a very difficult situation going to Milan and my past hotel and police said “we can’t help you that’s impossible” but the hotel staff were so nice and genuine. Not only did they try to help me out as much as they could but also solved the “impossible” they literally have Angels working here. But beautiful place with amazing architecture in the outside but modern interior. Very new feel.
