Palazzo Touring Club Milan, A Radisson Collection Hotel

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. This was my second visit, and this time I decided to bring my friends along to celebrate my birthday — and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply exceptional. The interiors are stunning, elegant, and beautifully maintained, which immediately creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to thank the lovely lady at the reception with curly dark hair who surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gesture — it truly made my day even more special. Both the standard rooms and the Presidential Suite impressed us greatly. The standard rooms are stylish, comfortable, and full of charm, while the Presidential Suite went far beyond my expectations — it was spacious, luxurious, and perfect for our celebration. My friends were just as delighted as I was, and we all left with amazing memories. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I’m already looking forward to returning again in the future. Before booking this hotel, I had some doubts because after reading the reviews I thought it might not be worth the money. For this reason, I decided not to take a risk and booked only one night. I did not regret it at all.||The location is excellent — only a 10–15 minute walk to the Duomo. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated for the New Year, the building itself is very elegant, and the rooms are bright and spacious. The bathroom is large, and everything you might need is provided: a kettle, coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, dental kits, a comb, and a sponge.||The staff are extremely attentive and very polite. Their attitude towards guests fully соответствует the level expected from a five-star hotel.|A special thank you for the wonderful service and care to Adel and Ketiana.

Of the advantages, I can only mention the location, comfortable mattress, normal water pressure in the shower and very beautiful Christmas decorations of the reception area. Otherwise, the hotel offers a maximum of 3+ stars. Very inattentive staff, who don't really care about the guests. I had to ask for everything twice. When I checked in, I found dirty bed linen with someone's hair on it, I asked to change it, they heard me the second time. but they didn't change it, they just removed some of the hair from the sheet. I asked for cream and houseeping several times, and I personally went to the reception and asked for a houseeping girl. They didn't bring it. They even put a do not disturb badge on my door specifically to avoid cleaning the room. I was conditionally sent to the Bertarelli cafe, but the review will be separate according to the location of the restaurant. I was also impressed by the breakfast. You can order an omelet for free from the menu. By the way breakfast price isn32€. But if you want an omelet with ham, tomatoes or anything else, then you need to pay an additional 12 euros. I haven't seen such a little fight in a very long time, if not ever. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to visit. And if the manager wants to figure it out anyway, then I stayed on November 10-12, room 209.

Everything was AMAZING!!! STAFF: From reception Staff who are extremely polite and helpful with a real smile, to the polite room service and cleaning. ROOM: We booked Standard room, large spacious room with good views and windows + it has everything we need shampoos, slippers, Dental kit, Vanity kit everything. Also it had “شطاف" which was a plus+++ Location: Was perfect and close to everything within walking distance. Totally recommended and would miss this hotel…

The hotel deserves a full five stars for its outstanding stay and unbeatable location in the heart of the city❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Situated just a short and pleasant walk from the Duomo and Piazza del Duomo, it makes sightseeing, shopping and exploring Milan incredibly easy on foot. 🔥 Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, La Scala and the main fashion and shopping streets are also within comfortable walking distance, which is a huge advantage for both first‑time visitors and frequent travellers. The hotel itself is housed in a beautiful historic palazzo that once served as the headquarters of the Italian Touring Club, giving the property a unique character and sense of heritage. Inside, elegant original details are blended with modern design and comfort, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere from the lobby to the rooms. Room was stylish, quiet and well-equipped, providing a very relaxing base after a full day in the city centre, and the beds are particularly comfortable. On top of the great setting and design, the facilities add even more value: there is a spa and wellness area, as well as an on‑site restaurant and bar, which means you can easily unwind without leaving the building. Service is consistently warm and professional, with staff often praised for being friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful with any request or recommendation.

A Fairytale Stay in the Heart of Milan||As a loyal guest of Radisson Collection hotels, I can truly say this property is exceptional. Palazzo Touring Club Milan is where history and modern elegance meet in the most beautiful way.|The building is stunning, my room was stylish, cozy, and spotless — not a single detail was overlooked. The atmosphere is peaceful and romantic, ideal both for rest and work. Despite being right in the city center, the hotel sits on a quiet, charming street — everything is within walking distance, yet you sleep in complete silence.|Breakfast was excellent, and the small restaurant felt intimate and refined. I was deeply impressed by the staff — professional, kind, and attentive. The concierge shared the fascinating history of the building, which made my stay feel even more special. Reception fulfilled every request with genuine care — they even added an extra mattress layer so I could have the perfect firm bed!|Everything here radiates comfort, beauty, and warmth. I left feeling rested and inspired — as if I had spent a few days inside a fairytale.||Without hesitation, I will return.

We stayed 2 nights in a room I selected (paid extra for option). The room was beautifully designed and well equipped. Despite overlooking the main street it was quiet (3rd floor). The staff in reception and at the door were professional, attentive and very friendly. It had the feel of a high-class hotel, and is in a beautful historic building. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome and valued as guests. The location is perfect for exploring central Milan, just a few minutes walk from the Duomo and main shopping/dining areas.

Stayed for one night only but it was amazing! Nice and smooth service from the front desk and I especially adore the fragrance they've used in general it's just really relaxing. Spacious room (especially the shower) with nice lighting. We went for vacation purposes and this room definitely match the vibe we were looking for! Location was fantastic, minutes of walk to the Duomo (very crowded) and super close to the metro. ||We stayed in the premium room and they actually offered guests to choose particular room we would like to stay in via website with additional fee. I didn't opt for that service but in retrospect I would recommend to do so. The room we were alloated was 403, which is on the top floor of the building, and so they have this weird design (see the photo provided). Nothing bad but yeah I probably should've select our room beforehand. And also they only have one lift so sometimes you might need to wait for a bit. But no big deal cause you can also use the stairs. ||In general, this is an absolute fantastic stay <3 would come back to this hotel!!
