The hotel is beautiful, great location, clean. One pool was being renovated but the larger pool was open and great for kids. We stayed in the renovated rooms which were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection and very friendly service. The 3 stars has to do with the check-in staff - firstly there is a mandatory $100US per night charge that will (hopefully) get refunded upon check-out. This is if we choose to eat at the on-site restaurants. They said it's clearly stated on the website but I still don't see it marked anywhere and I don't believe that this should be mandatory. Secondly, I visited the front desk twice to book an airport taxi. The lady took my information but didn't know the price the taxi would charge from the hotel to the airport. I went back a few hours later to ask again the price and was told it was booked for me and was 70EC. We showed up the next day at the 'booked' time and the front desk staff had never booked the taxi. When I said I had come twice to make sure it was booked, the staff started whispering about me to each other and watching me as if I was being unreasonable. Thankfully a taxi driver in the lobby called a colleague who came to take us to the airport.

From the moment we checked in, Dylan made our stay absolutely unforgettable. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional, but also genuinely cares about the guests’ experience the way they do. We were greeted with a warm smile and immediately made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, the staff anticipated our needs before we even had to ask—whether it was offering local recommendations, making sure we had everything we needed in the room, or simply checking in to see if we were comfortable. The attention to detail was outstanding. What impressed us most was the personal touch. Dylan remembered little things we mentioned in passing and followed up later to make sure we had the best experience possible. He went out of his way to accommodate us, and it’s clear that he takes pride in creating a welcoming and memorable environment for every guest. Dylan is truly an asset to the company. They are lucky to have him. Thanks to his kindness, professionalism, and thoughtfulness, our trip was not only enjoyable but truly special. People like Dylan are the reason guests return again and again. We are so grateful for the effort and can’t recommend this hotel—and their incredible service—highly enough!

Great location and large beautiful property. We were there for a week. We stayed in a couple of different rooms, and each one was in need of repair. The first room (158) smelled strongly of mildew. It looks like the bathroom flooded in the past and the furniture had been in the flood and smelled. The tv stand/dresser needs replacing. We arrived shortly after the carnival (Spicemas), and the hotel was over full and understaffed. We didn't get into our room until about 9 pm because it was either occupied or dirty. There were no bath towels. We had to wait a couple of days to get bath towels. The next room 510 was much better. Its only issues were an inoperable safe and no shampoo (conditioner - yes, shampoo - no). 506 had a missing refrigerator and one non-working number on the safe.

It was a great experience being there for the first time. Had a few hiccups with my room but the staff were quick to respond and resolve any issues I had. The staff was very hospitable and always approachable. One member of staff in particular I would like to acknowledge is Shenard. She provided a great service to me and my crew. She’s been professional in following up with us to make we’re enjoying ourselves. Knowledgeable and great energy.

This is a beautiful resort and campus. The staff all were very helpful and kind. Always willing to assist with whatever you need. Dylan especially walked around with a warm smile and always made pleasant talks when he saw us. I would definitely recommend this resort to others.

If you go to the Radisson in Grenada ask for Shenard. She is the best. She makes great drinks. She makes sure you are good. She has a great attitude. Shenard was always smiling and dancing. She has great customer service skills and will assist you with whatever you need. So if you in Genada and you are staying at the Radisson look for Shenard. Do be stingy leave my girl a tip.

I'd like to begin by acknowledging the exceptional service delivered by the entire staff, which truly sets a high standard. Shout out to Shenna. The front desk staff's efficiency was impressive, while the service at breakfast, dinner, and poolside was consistently outstanding. The breakfast offered a diverse range of delicious options that remained consistent throughout our stay. Similarly, the dinner service was equally impressive. The beach and pool areas are fantastic, providing endless fun for my children. The hotel's location is highly convenient, merely 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from town. Notably, the hotel is undergoing renovations, including upgrading another pool, guest rooms, and facilities. I'm eager to return with my family to experience the enhanced amenities. To further elevate the hotel's excellence, upgrading all guest rooms would be a valuable investment. Our garden view room offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise each morning. That was very nice.

Couldn’t be happier with my stay here. The front desk staff was kind, accommodating, and even led us to our room upon check in. The pool with two waterfalls is a wonderful feature and there is also a pool table on site. Wonderful location and easy walking distance to a few different local spots. Hope to come back here soon
