Radisson Grenada Beach Resort

This is a good hotel that could be GREAT with a little work. The rooms are a little tired but clean. Amenities are in need of repair. The Jacuzzi, half the ice machines, and some gym equipment didn’t work. WiFi was mostly good throughout. Service was shockingly slow, a one hour wait for food is the norm, and that’s after you hunt down someone for the menu. Walking distance to a few shops and the supermarket which was helpful. Taxi stand out front, bus stop a short 2 minute walk away. The real plus is the beach. Beautiful sand, clear water, views of the harbor and surrounding mountains, and sunset over Quarantine Point. Plenty of dive shops in walking distance (one on property).

This is a lovely hotel in a great location and it actually looks good too cannot praise it enough. Breakfast was good only thing I didn't like it was served to you in portions by staff but the big problem was there was never enough staff so it took twice as long to finally get your breakfast I liked the variation of food some traditional and enough to appeal to everyone else from abroad if u like the same as home. Sadly the lack of staff was apparent all through the hotel even if you wanted a drink at the various bars around the resort. The beach next to it was lovely can't knock it. The evening meal was great but u had to wait for it. I had barracuda lovely and lamb another evening and that was ok. It's a bit pricey but it does the job. Staff are polite and helpful gave you a nice feeling around the resort. The room was good very big for a poolside view it was just a bit bland in looks but that's being fussy can't complain really. The location of the resort was great shops bus stop not far away at all. Walking along that beach was very nice. So overall I would recommend the place thumbs up. I would return.

Nice hotel, service at restaurants for dinner were slow. Nice that breakfast was included. If it wasn’t, I probably wouldn’t return. Also love and big plus that you have 24/7 security . Makes you feel safe!! Absolutely loved that. It’s the grounds security , they patrol the grounds 24/7. Big plus you offer breakfast. Need better pool towels, low quality! Went there during gym renovations but the gym was super small. In a hotel room, should have at least 2 hotel rooms with gym equipment in it. Ac was great! We were put all the way at the end of hotel so night time it got very loud which seems to be a basketball court next door. Over weekends they were very loud.

Pluses: Lovely location, gardens and pools. Beach access is easy. Felt safe. Friendly staff. Good breakfast - the indoor area was needed and is welcomed. Mosquitoes kept under control so I was not bitten very often (I am usually a mosquito magnet). The new beach bar area is very nice. Rooms bland but a reasonable size and not overlooked. Minuses: Food apart from breakfast not always good and not very varied. Smaller portions and more imaginative choices should be offered.The music played around the bars and pools can be loud and intrusive. There should be a quiet area. The wine by glass is overpriced. The fridge in the room was small for drinks and snacks for 2 people. The added taxes on the headline room rate meant that I paid £34 USD extra per day. This is probably not something the hotel can control but Choice Hotels group should have a policy of showing all extra local costs plus what the cost is in local currency UP FRONT.

I pretty much enjoyed this hotel. The location at the beach is sensational. The rooms are clean and cleaned again every day on time. The breakfast is really good. Everybody in the staff is polite and gentle. I loved the clean pools and the bar. For sure I would come back again.

Great experience right on grand anse beach, beautiful resort grounds very clean. Lounge chairs right on the beach towel service, not crowded and good breakfast best salt fish every morning. Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet working on this property. Shernard is my favorite bartender she makes the best drinks and is super hospitable. You’ll have the best time chilling at the bar with her as your bartender or as your server when ordering lunches and dinners. Shes super attentive and quick and puts her whole heart into serving and making the yummiest cocktails. Huge shoutout to my girl shernard!!

This place is great! The staff is terrific. Our room was great (facing the water) - spacious and well appointed. Housekeeping does a great job and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and well managed. The property is beautiful and offers a magnificent stretch of beach for guests. Shower glass could be a little longer to keep water from the bathroom floor. But that's the only constructive criticism. We had a fantastic time and this place was a very good value. Definitely the place where to stay on the next visit to Grenada.

The grounds are beautiful, both pools have remarkable charm, service was better than anticipated, and the beach--central and wonderful. The room was good. A little tired but I suspect that you will be upgrading all the rooms from the work that was going on (which was not intrusive by the way). Food was quite good but your central location offers a lot of beach front variety of fun places to go.
