Coming back after a year, for our third stay as a family. The customer service is so much better this year and so is the food. Love the local food at breakfast, not just generic US focused food. Wish you guys all the best, thanks for an amazing stay :)

Stayed at the Radisson for a week. The hotel had an amazing location on the beautiful beach. Close to town and the airport lots of restaurants around to go out and eat plus 2 grocery stores near by for essentials. The hotel restaurant was ok at best not a lot of fish options, The Umbrellas restaurant is tops which is only 500 meters away good vibe good price. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully kept and pretty tidy. The rooms could use some TLC. The water was not draining in the shower so opened the drain and it was full of old disgusting hair. The other thing about the room was when they came and cleaned the room they did not restock towels we are two people we used 2 towels they only replenished one. So had to call front desk and have to wait for new ones. The staff is pretty good some of them new to work on their customer service and learn to smile. But what really was a disappointment was the fact that there was something going at the convention center which is pretty much attached to the hotel. There was a bunch of young adults in orange shirts who were walking the grounds smoking pot and sitting by the pools some of the were even spitting in the pool. In the evening they were still roaming the grounds one of them even went up to a ground level room and was looking in. We also had two individuals sitting on our lounge chairs in from of our room. The other disappointment is the security, if you want to call it that as they are too busy on their cell phones to notice that people from the cruise ship take the lounge chairs that are meant for the guests on the beach there are signs indicating don’t take the chairs but they turn a blind eye to it. You pay good money to stay here and you should not have to deal with people who are non guests

We cannot recommend Radisson enough! We had the most incredible few days stay. The breakfast and evening meal was amazing! Staff are wonderful, the rooms are so clean and lovely. My kids had the best time in the pool. It was always so clean. I dont have a bad word to say, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful ❤️

The gardens at this property are perfect, quiet and well maintained. There are 2 pools, the main is spectacular- surrounded by the lush gardens. The location of the hotel is right on Great Asne Beach. The rooms are jaded and quite spartan, but the bed is comfy and there is a fridge and a kettle. All the staff are helpful and polite.

Worth the stay if only for the location - both inwardly to the town itself and outwardly as it's directly on the beach. I think the location is ideal for stores, restaurants, and the Grand Anse Beach. The beach is public and easily publicly accessible so be mindful of vendors and others. I had no problem as the hotel had security on its perimeter and I locked my valuables in a small safe affixed to the beach chair. Be mindful of your surroundings during the day and at night. The hotel has 2 pools and multiple restaurants. There are events throughout the day and live music on 14-Feb-2025. I was okay with lunch and the dinner I've had at the restaurant/bar on the beach. I had pulled pork sandwiches with salad 2x (once for lunch and once for dinner). I also had the oil down one day. The food was good but the service was slow, except for Dylan who was very personable and helpful each time I ran into him. The breakfast wasn't very good in my opinion. None of the fruits were sweet or fresh. The juices weren't very good. Was a little disappointed by that since I'm sure local produce tastes great, but alas! It's what you expect at a resort. Over days of trial and error, I ate omelets which were okay, and some fruit. The rooms are basic. It has the essentials: bed (s), ceiling fan, aircon, shower, toilet, refrigerator, tea/coffee and kettle, a closet and a safe. The sliding doors weren't easy to open at first, the furniture is outdated, and the closet doors could use some changing. The actual door to the room was missing the cover for the section that scans the key. I noticed a few doors were like this, and obvious sign of neglect. The door also didn't close to latch. Don't expect it to close behind you. Please close on your way in and out. I did appreciate the stopper to prevent the door from being opened when you're inside. Housekeeping did light cleaning and left complimentary water each day. What I don't understand, and I've been experiencing it at many hotels lately, is that even though towels are hanging they are still taken by Housekeeping. The beds are comfortable but a bit firm. I'd recommend because the grounds are beautiful, it's right on the beach, and many activities are close by. I can't speak to the actual service because I didn't need or use it much as i figured out my way around the hotel and the island.

As others have noted, this is a solid hotel. Super clean with some island personality. It is not high end but perfect for a family trip. Steps from the beach. Good food ( especially the banana bread that Frederick found for me in the kitchen). We visited over the holidays and enjoyed the steel drum players. Some areas are a bit worn and dated, but overall a good experience.

This is my second trip to Grenada. My third will definitely not include a stay at the Radisson. The staff is generally pleasant but there are not enough team members to address all of the guests' needs...and there are many. As some others have noted, the breakfast buffet is controlled, with staff members serving and rationing food. There are not enough staff members to clear tables when guests depart during breakfast, which makes for a lot of confusion and angst during the busiest service of the day. The bacon in the buffet is incredibly oily and there is no crispy bacon. Ever. The food is bland, without the local seasoning one would expect. And, this is the first hotel -- on an island -- where I have ever encountered only one type of fish used daily at the resort. I am not sure if this is a function of the impact of global warming on fishing but I had to visit other hotels on the island to get snapper and octopus. During my stay, tuna was the daily fish the majority of the days, with barracuda and marlin rounding out the options. No snapper and no other fish options. ||Once you get past the food limitations, there are also the room issues. Outdated decor. Many rooms look like they are in need of major maintenance. Flooding of the rooms by faucets that don't stop running. No hot water. Constant, low water pressure. AC issues (too cold or too hot). And broken locks on sliding doors. Despite receiving these complaints from guests, the hotel management team is slow to address them. You speak to multiple staff members multiple times before issues are addressed. Very frustrating. ||I feel bad writing this but this hotel needs to close for a few months so the hotel can be properly upgraded and repaired. It really is the only way for it to get the attention it so desperately needs.

You just can’t beat the price and the location. Probably the best spot on grand Anse beach which is IMO the best beach in Grenada. Never crowded so the pool always has lots of space. Service is going to be very slow, it’s island time here. My recommendation is that you hit up the other excellent beach restaurants nearby for dinner - only use the resort for when you want to eat by the pool.
