Just returned from an unforgettable stay at the Radisson Grenada Resort, and I have to shout out the incredible team that made our trip so special. Shenard, the bartender at Georgie’s, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure every drink hit the spot. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to find her when they visit!||||We also had the pleasure of meeting Dayna Peterkin and Joseph, who were equally amazing—professional, warm, and so helpful throughout our stay.||||We planned a surprise proposal event for my sister during the trip, and the General Manager and the Events Team were flawless. Every detail was executed perfectly, and it’s a memory we’ll cherish forever.||||The only downside of our stay was the housekeeping experience. We had to request towels three times, and it seemed like there was an issue with the dryers. If that was the case, a little communication would’ve gone a long way. The front desk and housekeeping team assured us it would be resolved promptly, but unfortunately, it wasn’t.||||Despite that hiccup, the service from the bar, event team, and front-of-house staff more than made up for it. With a little fine-tuning in housekeeping, this resort would be five stars all around.||||Would definitely come back—and when I do, I’ll be looking for Shenard!, Dayna P. and Joseph. And the many others who worked in the food service sector.
