Radisson Grenada Beach Resort

I'd like to begin by acknowledging the exceptional service delivered by the entire staff, which truly sets a high standard. Shout out to Shenna. The front desk staff's efficiency was impressive, while the service at breakfast, dinner, and poolside was consistently outstanding. The breakfast offered a diverse range of delicious options that remained consistent throughout our stay. Similarly, the dinner service was equally impressive. The beach and pool areas are fantastic, providing endless fun for my children. The hotel's location is highly convenient, merely 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from town. Notably, the hotel is undergoing renovations, including upgrading another pool, guest rooms, and facilities. I'm eager to return with my family to experience the enhanced amenities. To further elevate the hotel's excellence, upgrading all guest rooms would be a valuable investment. Our garden view room offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise each morning. That was very nice.

Just returned from an unforgettable stay at the Radisson Grenada Resort, and I have to shout out the incredible team that made our trip so special. Shenard, the bartender at Georgie’s, was absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made sure every drink hit the spot. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to find her when they visit!||||We also had the pleasure of meeting Dayna Peterkin and Joseph, who were equally amazing—professional, warm, and so helpful throughout our stay.||||We planned a surprise proposal event for my sister during the trip, and the General Manager and the Events Team were flawless. Every detail was executed perfectly, and it’s a memory we’ll cherish forever.||||The only downside of our stay was the housekeeping experience. We had to request towels three times, and it seemed like there was an issue with the dryers. If that was the case, a little communication would’ve gone a long way. The front desk and housekeeping team assured us it would be resolved promptly, but unfortunately, it wasn’t.||||Despite that hiccup, the service from the bar, event team, and front-of-house staff more than made up for it. With a little fine-tuning in housekeeping, this resort would be five stars all around.||||Would definitely come back—and when I do, I’ll be looking for Shenard!, Dayna P. and Joseph. And the many others who worked in the food service sector.

Chef Joseph Morean is THE BEST! The breakfast spread is immaculate every morning. I was never disappointed. Many local choices of food and beverages. Some services were great. Kim in housekeeping and Sheena in food services were particularly great. The location of the hotel cannot be beaten.

I had the best experience at Radison’s Bar, thanks to Joseph. The most incredibly handsome and talented bartender. From the moment I sat down, he made me feel completely taken care of. He crafted a custom cocktail that was absolutely perfect and checked in with just the right amount of attention. Joseph’s charm, professionalism, and effortless style made the whole night unforgettable. If you’re at Radison’s, make sure to grab a seat at his bar, and ask for Joseph . I promise you won’t regret it.

I gotta say this was a great choice of hotel, the rooms are wonderful, very clean rooms and walkways, the AC blows cold, the servers, bartenders, cleaners and front desk were super helpful and kind. The morning breakfast had such a huge variety of foods. Shenard, the bartender remembered her customers and their drink orders and the drinks came out refreshing. She really knows how to keep her customers happy.

Went here because my school paid for the first 3 nights and we paid the remainder of our stay since we wanted to enjoy the island. It has been absolutely horrible. The service in any of the restaurants is awful. We waited every single time over 45 minutes for our food while seeing others who came after get their food. Mind you this place is empty. All the other resorts are WAY more booked and for a good reason. The rooms are BEYOND outdated. My boyfriend and I had to fit in a TWIN XL?!? The doors are stained with god knows what. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. The service from the front desk makes it seem like we are bothering them. Everyone except for a few workers are mean and not welcoming they honestly made us feel stupid for asking simple questions. The only nice thing about this place is the big pool but absolutely stay away from the small pool because it is absolutely disgusting.

My recent stay at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort was truly exceptional, and I can't recommend it highly enough. This resort offers everything you could want for a relaxing and enjoyable Caribbean getaway. First and foremost, the location is absolutely perfect. Situated right on a magnificent beach, you have immediate access to the crystal-clear waters and soft sands, making beach days effortlessly convenient and incredibly beautiful. The resort itself is wonderfully spacious, providing a sense of openness and tranquility without feeling crowded. This allows for comfortable relaxation whether you're by the pool, on the beach, or strolling through the grounds. What truly set this experience apart was the friendliness of the staff. Every single team member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their genuine hospitality made a significant difference and contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere. Our ocean view room was a highlight. Waking up to the stunning vistas of the Caribbean Sea each morning was simply breathtaking and added an extra layer of luxury to our trip. Finally, the food and cocktails were consistently excellent. I particularly enjoyed the delicious roti – a true taste of Grenada! The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic spread with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The cocktails were expertly crafted and perfectly complemented the tropical setting. Overall, the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. From its prime location and spacious grounds to the incredibly friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and delicious food, it's a truly outstanding destination. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This visit has been the best thus far.||Con:|Walkway/sidewalk is very slippery when wet||Pros:|A huge shoutout to Marks, Desiree, Kezarie, Joseph, Shenard, and Dana; they crafted the perfect cocktail, remembered my favorite drink (Pain Killer, not a lot of pain), and shared friendly conversation. They made every visit feel personal and welcoming. Marks positive and inviting energy set the tone for fun every mornings/evenings ahead. Desiree, Kezarie, and Shenard were so kind and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of. Joseph brought a calm, professional vibe that made us feel relaxed and right at home. And Dana? Pure sunshine—always smiling and checking in on how we were enjoying everything.|It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond, but this group truly did.||And I can't forget about Reina, Rhondy, and Demetrius.
