We booked this in September through booking.com and received confirmation. A week before I messaged through booking.com to arrange airport collection. No response. I emailed directly, no response. I called Radisson UK central office and asked for support they said they couldn't. I asked friends in Senegal to phone, they said the number rang and was then disconnected. We bought phone credit and called the hotel, same result. Eventually we cancelled our booking 2 days before travel. I emailed the hotel again and no response .despite being heavily advertised at the airport I believe this hotel is currently closed.

Lovely airport hotel with quite friendly and helpful staff. They have a small well equipped gym as well as a lovely swimming pool. Their breakfast buffet is great. For dinner, I became adventurous and tried their Senegalese meals. I absolutely loved the Chicken Yassa. I enjoyed my stay.

I well over rated and over priced Hotel for what you get. I am not a great fan of this type of Hotel which have no personal touch to them, unfortunately it was booked by a company I am doing work for, but I still pay the bill.|At check in I am given a room that is not even made up..|At $24 for a pizza it might be better to look at bringing in your own food to have in your room.|On a positive note the breakfast is good with a wide selection to choose from, although it’s included in the B&B rate. Plus they do have an airport shuttle since it’s about a 30min drive to the airport.||The area around the hotel is an up and comming location with additional Hotels which I will definitely be trying next time.

Great hotel. Very modern and comfortable stay. Room was nice and comfortable. However it felt tight. It would be much better if they removed some of the furniture so it is not crowded. Better to remove the table and chairs as there is no space for that with 2 beds. Only include table and chairs if there is one bed and it is small.||Staff were welcoming and helpful. ||Breakfast was great.

If you’re attending a meeting or conference at CICAD, or just need a convenient spot for a short airport transit stay, this hotel is perfectly located—just a stone’s throw away. While the location is a big plus, there’s room for improvement in terms of service and upkeep.

Convenient location and good shuttle service to the airport. Staff are helpful however the hotel faciluties are sparse and are showing lack of maintenance. Food at the bar was actually quite good

Perfect stopover before flying out from Dakar. The evening food service was a little disappointing, but overall a very comfortable stay, excellent gym, and friendly staff. A special word for Ifra who was wonderful at our check-in.

Like many others have noted, the hotel has much to live up to. The location was convenient since I was attending a conference at the university nearby, but I had many issues with the maintenance of the hotel. Unfortunately like many other hotels I’ve visited in tropical/humid/hot areas, there is a mold/mildew problem, which the hotel isn’t sufficiently addressing. Nearly everyday I saw someone painting over the ceiling on my floor and constantly kept on my mask to prevent inhaling fumes and mold. Near the last day it became nearly impossible to set the temperature for my room and it reached 26° C so I was only able to open the balcony door for relief. The hotel is generally beautiful and well landscaped, but there must be more investment in a proper HVAC system to improve the air quality and humidity.
