Great newly renovated room with great view of Kathmandu city from 6th floor. Bed was very comfy and breakfast was awesome. Will come again. ||The director also took me for private tour of the new building and those rooms are fabulous. ||Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for great hospitality.

An Unexpectedly Delightful Airport Experience! Who says waiting for a flight has to be a chore? The Radisson Lounge at Kathmandu's Tribhuwan International Airport consistently proves that it can be a highlight of any business trip. As a frequent traveler, I've had the pleasure of visiting this lounge multiple times, gaining access through both my Star Alliance membership and my Priority Pass, depending on my airline. Regardless of how I get in, each stay has been nothing short of fantastic. The entire team deserves a huge round of applause—they are always so polite, professional, and genuinely smiley. It's the kind of service that makes you feel welcome and relaxed, even when your mind is on your next meeting. A special and delicious shout-out must go to the incredible Chef Daniel Gomes from Goa! Today, his culinary creations were the absolute star of the show. Everything was so well-prepared and packed with flavor. The food was so good, I almost forgot I was in an airport lounge and not a five-star restaurant! And then came the "cherry on top" moment that I won't soon forget. Chef Daniel, with a great sense of humour and generosity, gifted me his very own toque blanche—a chef's hat! I'll be proudly hanging it in my kitchen as a reminder of the delicious food and the wonderful people I met. It's a souvenir far better than any duty-free trinket. Thank you to Chef Daniel and the entire Radisson Lounge team for making my layovers so memorable. You've truly set the gold standard for airport hospitality!

The hotel is well-located and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, and both lunch and dinner featured a wide variety of options. However, the rooms appeared quite dated and could benefit from renovation to enhance overall comfort.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Given its history, the rooms are of course a little worn down but my room was impeccably clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet had an excellent spread, and the staff were amazing, from the doorman to the concierge to the front desk to the room service. My stay in Kathmandu was honestly ten times better thanks to the hotel. All of these at a pretty inexpensive price were unbelievable.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was inviting, the coffee was exceptional, and the attention to detail truly made my visit memorable. Had stayed for nearly a week plus due to Chinese visa fiasco. The hotel especially the new building is good. There’s breakfast is probably the best. The staff are friendly and pay attention to details including surprise you with cakes if it were your birthday. There are bunch of shops close by that offer good collection of souvenirs. Major attractions are bit of a walk.

Wonderful experience during my stay here for 7 days. Service is beyond exceptional. A special shout out for Anu and Supriya at the breakfast buffet section who went above and beyond to serve our family. We had a toddler and infant who had special requests and they did not hesitate to help in any way possible. Thank you to all the staff at Radisson! This is also an additional review for Sujita in the cafe section of the lobby. Very attentive to detail and the hot lemon honey was delicious. Wonderful service. Thank you so much!

Super luxurious Radisson Kathmandu is the hotel of choice in ethereal Kathmandu. Ideally located to all major attractions, temples , Viharas , cultural and spiritual sights, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are luxurious, spotless and clean. Staff most friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is sumptuous. The personal attention of Ms Bidhata Shreshtha , Joint manager, was exceptional.
