Very nice hotel in a great location for sailors and anyone who enjoys watching the ships come and go. Short walk to the Canal House restaurant/bar adjacent to the Balboa Yacht Club. Remarkably affordable for a fancy hotel, and not very far from the canal visitor's center. I will definitely stay here again!

A truly incredible stay at the Radisson Hotel Panama Canal! The views of the canal and the city were breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend!

Although this hotel is rather dated it does have a unique vibe and the views are stunning. I recommend a canal view room - the tropical view over the canal and pools is beautiful and you can watch the ships entering and leaving the canal. ||It's a quiet location away from the city but a short and cheap Uber to the Casco Viejo.||Room is spacious, quiet and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and all expected amenities, however everything is dated including the old fashioned shower-over-bath!||Staff are welcoming and friendly. There is a small cafe and coffee shop, plus TGI Friday's attached. Room rate is very reasonable.

This is a 2.5 Star hotel! We stayed at this hotel from January 12-17. Our first room, #314, was labeled as a garden view but felt more like a parking lot view. The room had a terrible odor, was extremely run-down, and had dirty walls in multiple areas. Sliding door to the balcony was so dirty your couldn't see out. We couldn’t stand it, so the next day, we requested an ocean-view room. Luckily, they had availability for three nights, and we moved to Room #311. It was a huge relief—no awful smell, much cleaner, and had a spectacular ocean view. Watching container ships pass by from our balcony was a highlight of our stay. Then came the dreaded fourth night when we had to switch rooms again. They moved us to Room #1112, and it was an absolute nightmare. The fridge was rusted on the outside, and the bathroom mirrors were covered in foggy stains—it felt like stepping into a rundown gas station restroom. On top of that, the swimming pool was in terrible condition, with missing tiles and grime everywhere. This place was a total disappointment. Equipment in the gym was very old and cluncky

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It's location is world beating. The price is very reasonable. Local amenities are good. Room good. Staff are excellent and very friendly.|It has it's rough edges, it's a bit run down and layout weird. Breakfast is poor. These seem to add to it's charm. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else in Panama. It's one of my favourite hotels in the world.

Great hotel on the Panama Canal, lovely pool area, food was average, rooms were OK but need updating. They fumigated the hotel while we were there, which was quite odd.

For a 5 star hotel, they need a little work. It is time for a major make over. Generally everything is OK. Loved staying on the Panama Canal and this looks like one of the only hotels over looking the Canal.
