Radisson Hotel, Rosa Khutor

The location is excellent, and the rooms overlooking the square or the river are wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful The hotel and room decor are average for a five-star hotel. It is recommended to add (shttaf - شطاف ) in the bathrooms for Arab and Muslim guests, as is done in some hotels in Moscow. It would also be preferable to increase the variety of breakfast buffet items. Most of the staff do not speak English.

The hotel’s location is excellent and highly convenient. However, the overall quality of services was disappointing. While the room appeared organized, it lacked proper cleanliness. The elevator experienced frequent malfunctions, resulting in long wait times — often exceeding 20 minutes — especially given how crowded the hotel was. There was also a noticeable lack of attention and responsiveness from the management. I would recommend this hotel solely for its location; all other aspects were substandard

Natalia provided me with an amazing massage. She is just incredible and I am waiting to come back to visit her! She is super profesional and she really knows how to take care of the body! Go and ask for her!

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Rosa Khutor! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Stepan, who went above and beyond to assist us. He kindly upgraded our room to a suite, which made a huge difference for us, especially as we were traveling with kids. Thanks to him, our stay was not only comfortable but also truly memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful with a fantastic location right in the heart of the Rosa Khutor. Everything was within easy reach — from restaurants to lifts and family-friendly activities. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, great service, and a perfect mountain getaway.

Amazing hotel, the location is perfect, very close to the local market and coffee shops / restaurants. The breakfast is very good with a great variety to suit everyone. The rooms are clean and spacious.

All good and the best thing is the reception I find Laura she’s help us very well and she was nice.

The place is literally perfect everything’s near shops, market, etc.. i will definitely go back there again, really recommend the place and especially the food
