Very nice hotel. Service was great. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Claudio at the front desk. We live in Punta Cana, and we always stay at the Radisson when we come to Santo Domingo. The price for a 1 bedroom suite is very reasonable.

Horrible experience. I am at the reception of this hotel. They charged us without authorisation on card. This is simply a fraud. I have stayed here for 3 nights and they charged for 4 nights. I am going to write to Dominican Republic govt to curb these malpractices

I just wan to highlight the excellent service by my housekeeper Mercedes Cuevas who took care of my room and was extremely kind and willing to assist.||Her assistance and the grid guy Rafael are both worthy||Her service was 5 star, despite the hotel overall is does not honor the brand.||The room smell like humidity and mattress wasn’t confy.||I stayed for a week

It's a good hotel for the most part they people are friendly the cleaning service is great I met the cleaning lady Mercedes Cuevas she did an excellent job .they people in the receptions are very nice welcoming people at the bar muy bien services .

The room was warm and smells like mold. I got sick 2 days after arrival. The bathroom was clogged. Air conditioning had problems and the room was or to cold or warm. Poor maintenance, I found hair on bed sheets. The housekeeper lady changed the bedding and makes us feel comfortable. Front desk staff Jeffrey was friendly and makes us feel welcome. He sent the ac technician to fix the problem right away. The coffee shop next to the building was convenient as well as the location. Uber transportation recommended. Taxi within the hotel grounds is expensive. There is a lil mall within walking distance. Overall, they need to improve their maintenance and take guess health serious. The smell in the room got me sick.

We have been in radison hotel in Santo Domingo 2 times in 14 days. Mr Claudio was amazing, he helped us all the way throught our stay here. So welcoming , so plesent, a real host all the way. This man deserves all the recomendations that can get! Surelly because of him we will come back to hotel!

Hotel is one of the nicest in SD, it’s my third stay here. Everything is clean and classy and the people are great. We had a great support from Claudio at check in. I will come back.
