Radisson Hotel Santo Domingo

The facility is very nice. The arwz is safe to walk ... I went to banks, supermarkets and shopping centers. The staff at the restaurant abd buffet breakfast are European high grade service. Waiters Daisy and Reginald, the omlette chef all are great. If you eat at the bar or get room service yiu get the same yummy food. 5 dishes were all good...seafood casserole, Ceasars salad with chicken, salmon, steak, and the beef medallions. The two beautiful women on daytime reception desk are charming abd helpful. The guys on at night are great too. They all speak pretty good English especially for DR. The suites are fully equipped apartments

This is a great hotel in a good location. It is walking distance to banks, shopping centers, supermarkets and more. Their suites are like a full blown apartment. The buffet breakfast is amazing. Omelets statoon... waffles and so much.more... great service by Daisy and Ferdinand and ladies in reception

This hotel brings most amenities you need for your stay, I noticed ages from 40+ (meaning a mature clientele) which makes premises a very quiet environment. Rooms have decent squareage and white granite, marble and other fine and good materials are predominant in floor, doors and walls , which is something that you don't see anymore in hotels at this level, but a lack of fridge on room at least on my room (which was doble queen bed) was the only thing to consider here. Service from reception, to service room (thanks to Ana and Olga) and the bar was excellent.

Positive: Very clean, easy access to elevator, ice machine, employees Very friendly Negative: My hotel room bathroom was discussting, it was running all night, I had to call the front desk twice in fear that the toilet would overrun #1710 ,I really should get a refund or a discount the next time I come to this hotel.

Very good hotel in the heart of the capital . It's beautiful here. New condos ,malls and Sherwin Williams is here also. Godd area to live and invest.

Horrible experience. I am at the reception of this hotel. They charged us without authorisation on card. This is simply a fraud. I have stayed here for 3 nights and they charged for 4 nights. I am going to write to Dominican Republic govt to curb these malpractices

Very nice hotel. Service was great. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Claudio at the front desk. We live in Punta Cana, and we always stay at the Radisson when we come to Santo Domingo. The price for a 1 bedroom suite is very reasonable.
