The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was very clean, comfy bed and awesome pillows. We used the pool and hot tub, both were clean and well maintained. All the jets in the hot tub were strong and the water was nice and warm. Breakfast was really good and Margaret was the highlight of our stay. She was so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back because of her.

Decent hotel and the price wasn’t bad for the location. Huge shoutout to Vivian in the breakfast lounge. She is amazing and quite an asset to the hotel. Great hospitality!!! Unfortunately, I do have a couple of complaints: 1. We had no idea there was a free breakfast for guests until I was walking in the hotel the first morning after picking up McDonalds already. There was nothing on my reservation confirmation and we weren’t told about it when we checked in. That would’ve been nice to know before I spent money elsewhere on food. 2. The south facing rooms definitely hear the interstate traffic outside. We could hear it well in the morning when we were trying to sleep in. 3. The blackout curtains in our room weren’t perfect at keeping the light out. Other than these issues, our stay was acceptable and we were overall pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly. Just wish they would’ve told us about the free buffet when we checked in.

I stayed at this hotel with my mom, it was a quick trip as we just went down for one night to a twins game.. I’m pregnant so no drinking/rowdiness was involved. We got charged an additional $100. We tried contacting the hotel for a week after our stay and the manager was never available. We kept trying and finally a lady had said it was for damages. I can guarantee there was 0 damage to the hotel as we both work in a hotel setting. She was unable to tell us what the charges were for. We called back again later that day and spoke to the same lady and she said it was for stealing an ice bucket. Why would we do that….. and $100 for an ice bucket is a bit outrageous. If we needed an ice bucket we would take it from our hotel😂 and with us working in a hotel I can guarantee an ice bucket doesn’t cost more than $20. It’s been 2 months now and the manager still hasn’t returned voicemails, calls, notes that his front desk staff has left him. I will never stay here again, nor recommend this hotel to any friends or family.

This hotel is well kept. Simple. Quiet. Affordable. Spacious rooms. Clean rooms. Pool. Breakfast included. Most importantly the staff was great from check in to check out. I would highly recommend.

(Due to a roach problem at the La Quinta in Bloomington, MN., I had to change hotels!) I found the Radisson online and checked in and I'm so glad I did! Excellent customer service! Beautifully decorated and clean rooms. Prices were great and parking secure and enclosed. You need a ticket or Passcode to exit. Free breakfast and even pet friendly. Also great location, half mile from St. Paul state capitol and expressways. I will stay here again when I return!

We stayed for 1 night for a concert and they had a shuttle that took you there and picked you up. Breakfast the next day was your average Breakfast except for Viv, she was very welcoming and even helped everyone by getting there coffee for them, clearing their tables, and just really brought great energy into our day.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hotel for a nearby concert at the excel Mr. Allen Jackson. They kept the bar open until 2am. So we closed the bar down. The General Manager was the shuttle driver that night. Very FRIENDLY MAN and Vet. We would definitely stay at this Hotel

This is a five star place to be. Clean quiet rooms. Huge breakfast selection, pool, fitness, bar, close to the highway and downtown and every so often the have unexpected attractions across the parking lot such as concerts.
