Booked three rooms for the holiday stay in Brussels. The room size was excellent, and the bed was larger than a standard hotel room bed. Comfy and not too noisy. The hotel room has everything, a kettle, a coffee machine, an iron and an ironing board. Fridge, etc. The hotel is outside the centre of Brussels. 25-30 minutes walk to the heart of the city. If your destination is the EU Parliament, then this is the perfect spot. Slight disappointment on the first day when checking into the room, as one of the rooms was not cleaned and tidied up. But it was quickly rectified by the front of the house by changing it into another room.

Unfortunately the quality of service, previously radisson famous for, has dropped down. Stayed in Brussels at Christmas this year and booked Radisson as previously experienced very good service at this chain. However, it appears that Radisson has cut it expenses on the quality now. It was quite chilly in the hotel (in all areas). I also have experienced some technical issues with the air conditioning unit being very noisy with only being told at reception that there is no maintenance guy during the night in the hotel and this will be looked at next day only. Had to switch off the heating in the room completely off, which is not great considering it was -2 outside. We have booked a superior room and when discovered that there is no hair dryer in the room asked politely at reception to bring one. I have been told several times to look in the room more carefully. After several requests they did bring one to the room at the end. Breakfast at the hotel was quite good and had a variety of food available. Not 100% sure if Radisson will be my first choice when going again.

Positives ||Vibrant design throughout the hotel.|Courteous service – even the cleaner came to tidy the room without being asked.|Conveniently sized gym, generous and high-quality breakfast (although the music was a bit loud during breakfast). ||Spacious and bright superior room on the 5th floor. High-quality king-size bed, and a firmer pillow was provided upon request. Good blackout curtains. Plenty of wall hooks for clothes and bags.|Very cool minibar offering complimentary water, chocolate, and snacks (no purchasable items like alcohol). Coffee machine and tea-making facilities. ||Bathrobes and slippers (though the robes were very small). Quiet air conditioning, and no disturbance from traffic noise (stayed over the weekend).|Lots of TV channels and Chromecast worked well. Very large shower with eco-friendly soap dispensers. ||Peaceful location: 5-minute walk from the EU Parliament and bus stops, 10 minutes to the metro, and 20–30 minutes to Grand Place on foot. ||Minor Criticism||Some wear and tear on room surfaces and curtains. The corner sofa had a fairly large hole.|As mentioned, the "one size" bathrobes in hotels should generally be large or XL – smaller guests are fine with larger robes, but larger guests can't fit into ones that are too small.|For some, the location might feel a bit remote from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Noemi and Polyxeni at Radisson Red Hotel Brussels for their absolutely outstanding service. From the very first moment, they were warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, always with a smile and a positive attitude. Their dedication, efficiency, and customer care truly represent the best of hospitality. Thanks to them, my experience at the hotel was exceptional. They are a real credit to the Radisson Red team, and I hope their excellent work is fully recognized.

Perfect place for a brussels city break. Bus/ train station beside it. Lots of public transport options. Rooms clean with everything we needed, although there was no body wash(we had our own) staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Few sausies and pudding would've topped it off. Pool table. Highly recommended.

Google
The rooms are clean, spacious with ample room and toiletry supplies. They have a gym and breakfast was varied and good. The receptionists were professional, friendly and quite helpful. The location was super, had many restaurants and shops nearby. It's central to everywhere because the metro station was about 100yds from the hotel and several busstops were close too. The only downside was that there was a floor and some rooms that had a sewer smell but we found out it was a general problem because the hotel next door had the same issue. I would gladly recommend.

I have stayed here a few times while visiting Brussels the past few years. Always exceptional service. Central location for exploring the City and easy to get to/from the airport. Had an issue during my last stay but the staff rectified it quickly and provided great customer service which is increasingly difficult to find in any service industry.

Google
A good and efficient hotel located near the European district in Brussels. It’s very nice and quiet except on Thursdays, when the eurocrats are partying in the streets around Place du Luxembourg. It’s a good value hotel (rooms are great) overall, but I wouldn’t give it five stars because the breakfast relies a bit too much on industrial products.

Yelp
We stayed at the Radisson RED Brussels for two nights. It was a very cute and kitschy property - I loved the décor and the light airy atmosphere, as well as the staff. There was an area of adorable little seating pods in the lobby, with a giant selfie screen, as well as a foozball table in the common area. The walls on each floor were papered with giant comic strips and the carpet on each floor was a neat zig zag pattern. We had a twin room (two twin beds) and there were the two twin beds, but they were pushed together to form a queen. I didn't see a way to separate them easily, but we were fine with that. The dressers in the rooms were like adorable red doll trunks with cute vanity lights and full length mirror doors inside. Our room also had a couch and coffee table near the TV, and a picnic style table in the sitting area. The windows opened a crack, but they open outward from above, like they would fall on your head - except they catch on a latch before knocking you in your noggin. Just something to be aware of if you are wanting fresh air!The bathroom was large and very clean. There is a motion activated light in the bathroom which was nice for when you get up to go to the restroom in the middle of the night and you don't want to turn on the lights to wake your travel companion. The shower was a little bit hard to gauge and was on a delay, so be aware that you have to twist the temperature knob to where you want it, then wait for it to actually become that temperature. It doesn't switch temperatures right away, so just have some patience before twirling it back over and getting frustrated. The location was in a more businessy district, right near the European Commission, the European Parliament buildings and some other large business buildings nearby. This makes for a very clean neighborhood, with little to no graffiti or litter - however, it also makes for some rather light options when it comes to restaurants and shops in the area being opened late or on the weekends. There is a cute park nearby with pieces of the Berlin Wall on display, which was very cool to see. A metro stop is very close as well, to get to other areas of the city very easily!Overall, this was an adorable and affordable hotel in a very nice and clean area of the city. I would recommend this, especially for those that have business at the nearby government buildings or want a quieter area of Brussels but with a nearby public transport option!

Yelp
Such a great experience here. The customer service was amazing and the atmosphere is great! I really wish they had more. It's a Alice and Wonderland theme and there's cool sayings and phrases in certain parts of the hotel. There's also like 6 televisions on the wall in the lobby area that you can take selfies and send them to yourself or post them on their social media. The room sizes were amazing! Especially considering you're in Europe. Our room had a bed, a couch, and a table. Plenty of room! You can either have two twin beds or one standard bed (when you put the two together). Also, You can pretty much do everything on your phone! perfect for our generation. I most definitely will be back! Amazing place.

Yelp
My niece and I met up in Brussels for a weekend while I was traveling for work and she was studying abroad. This hotel was perfect for us. We played several games of foosball, took selfies in the lounge and I rather enjoyed rewinding time and feeling young again. The location is by the EU so we walked, took scooters and used Uber to get to the tourist part of Brussels and also enjoyed the local area, met some lovely locals and had a blast. The hotel is comfy, trendy, clean, modern and "millennial", so a bit different from your normal full service "business" hotel with some self service options. I like these hotels, specially Radisson Red, but if you are accustomed to "traditional" hotels, this might be a bit "hip" for you! Take a look at the photos to get a sense of the decor! I LOVE it, but it isn't for everyone.

Yelp
I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom door is made of frosted glass so u can see the person inside going to the bathroom. The room does have a nice style. Loved the overhead shower. I would of gave 5 stars but the service for the dinner was horrible. Had to wait 20 min for steak knife plus they messed up my order. The steak was served to me in a dust pan. I Did not know what to think about that. There was also a puddle of water on ground and the waitress kept on steping over it. I cleaned up for them. They should hire more courteous and experienced service. Some of the younger servicemen were very professional. That being said i would stay here again but not eat here.
