I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
The lobby gives a great first impression - it looks clean, modern, and well maintained. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ends. The hallways are dark, depressing, and poorly lit, with outdated and unattractive decor that feels neglected rather than welcoming.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. There were small cockroaches throughout the bedroom, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be a four-star property. Cleanliness is non-negotiable, and this alone should disqualify it from any higher rating.
The air conditioning unit ran constantly and made loud, disruptive noise, making it difficult to rest properly.
Housekeeping was also inconsistent. Towels were not fully replaced, water was not replenished, and the in-room fridge was completely empty with no minibar options or basic refreshments available for purchase. For a hotel marketed at this level, these are basic expectations.
The gym area is small but visually appealing. However, that does not make up for the overall lack of maintenance and service throughout the property.
There is simply no way this qualifies as a four-star hotel. At best, it feels like a one- to two-star property on a good day.
hope management takes these concerns seriously because the potential is there — but the execution is far from acceptable.
