Radisson Resort Orlando-Celebration

We found roach traps under our bed and our door was broken which left us locked out of our room many times. The staff take a very long time to answer the phones to help guests in need. Their pool is pretty good with a slide, however, I would recommend staying away from the hot tub. It was dirty and unkept. The room service was equally terrible. The food arrived cold and when I called to request more food no one picked up. There was rust in the bathtub and sinks. The service at the bar was very slow and the bar tender was rude and unresponsive. It took almost 15 minutes to run our card and there was only 5 other people in the bar. I would not recommend staying here.

I’m usually the kind of guy who would prefer to give no review than a bad one, but this place left a terrible impression on me. My reservation was given away without notification. Front desk was rude and short with me when I arrived. Got a last minute room with Vacation Village down the street who were awesome! Room was less expensive and had so much space! It was like my own apartment with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony and everything. Still have shuttles to Disney too. It was a huge upgrade and I’m thankful it panned out how it did.

Pool was nice, provided a great view, the pool would have been even better if it was heated. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and beds very soft. I would say that a major improvement to this hotel would be if the hall way carpet was removed or under went a deep cleaning. The carpet really makes the hotel look dated. Plus, there was a lot of trash in the hall way when we stayed there. Both the look of the carpet and presence of trash downgraded our experience.

Outside pool area is great. Rooms were newer and clean. Only reason not a 5 star is we arrived at 1am and our room was already occupied by another couple, so we were given a different room. Next night a group of people were booked into our room at 11pm. Good thing we had our night lock bar on. Other then these two issues everyone was very friendly. I think they had computer issues. I would go back again.

The stay at this hotel was pretty good. Nice rooms, nice lobby and nice pool. They did had some renovations going on which I don't really care but I don't know why they would do it it March, but it was fine to me. The rooms don't smell like mold at all, they smell quit nice actually. The a/c unit was working fine, no nastiness at all around the unit. The overall stay was good but had potential for great.

Had a fantastic family getaway! Service was wonderul. We loved the breakfast buffet, the rooms were comfy and clean. The pools are absolutely gorgeous! My family had so much fun swimming under the waterfall and racing down the slide. The only improvement I can see is that the outside stairwells needed to be cleaned and provide a cigarette/garbage area (some of the guests would throw their cigarettes there). Other than that everything was perfect, and we didn't even get to do all the fun the resort had planned. Lots of activities, games, movies, arcade, crafts, etc. LOVED IT! Can't wait to come back again!

The facilities are okay, but in high need of maintenance. Stained tubs, dirty walls, don't carpets that crunch under you feet, elevators out of service, etc. Staff was friendly, though. Pool area looks nice but we didn't have a chance to actually use it.

I had booked this hotel long before my vacation took place and I did it without reading the reviews. After reading them I was pretty frightened but it was too late to cancel. Upon arriving everything looked good. Lobby is nice and didn't seem like there was anything throwing it off. It wasn't until I got to my room. Everything looked fine up until I had to use the restroom. It's obvious that the room service department is lacking. My toilet was not clean and the shower tiles were obviously dirty. The floor on the bathtub felt dirty and there was rust on the shower head. Also there was a wall Crack. Our sheets were also dirty. They need to address the cleaning department immediately
