This was my second stay at this hotel, and I enjoyed it even more than the first time! The staff are incredibly responsive and resolve any issues promptly.||The breakfast is top-notch—delicious and varied. There's a great selection of hot dishes, and they even prepare several items to order.||I especially want to highlight the soundproofing from the windows. It's fantastic! With the windows closed, the room is completely silent. It's hard to believe you're in the center of St. Petersburg; it feels more like being in the countryside. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable. 👍

We stayed almost 8 nights during Christmas season and our stay was pretty good. The breakfast is fantastic, and they have the best cottage cheese pancakes I have ever tried.
The restaurant is great and the guys at the reception are very kind, helpful and friendly.
The big weakness are the rooms. Most of them are old, dark and the drainage has many issues.
Cleanliness is ok. Mattress is to thin, things to improve.

The rooms are dark, dismal and uninviting. No wardrobe or draw space to put anything away.
During our 6 night stay the bedding or sheets have not been changed at all.
Reception not always attended in the evenings.
Breakfast is very expensive at 1800rub ( £18 pp).
If you are unfortunate to have a room facing the courtyard, the noise of moving furniture at night in the breakfast yard will keep you awake.
The hotel is situated some distance from the centre.
Beds and pillows are comfortable, that's about it.

I've been guest in this hotel for 10 days in september '24. I had great time there, my room was perfect, on the 6th floor. Cleanliness, staff, location and a hammam available to chill out a bit, at their best.

I’m a big fan of Radisson hotels for some reason - I find them original and not boring as most of the chain hotels. So when I was planning to visit St. Petersburg I was very excited that the Radisson hotel I will be staying in is themed and dedicated to Dostoevsky (famous russian writer). I’m holding Gold status with Radisson - that gave me a double upgrade to a large corner room on the 2nd floor and that was the only thing I enjoyed. Unfortunately hotel personnel consist mostly of young people without proper hospitality experience and the second very unfortunate problem is that the hotel's only restaurant is open only until 23.00 and this includes room service. Yes, you get it right - you can’t get anything to eat or drink at the hotel after 23.00. This is not advertised on the website (if i knew this information in advance i would never have booked that hotel). Of course you can order take-away using local delivery services, but the hotel will not give you the opportunity to reheat food (they said it’s based on local laws). Twice I was ordering cocktails from the bar and twice I saw it was prepared “by the book” by the immature staff without proper experience. Breakfast which I prepaid for all 6 days of my stay was below average for that price and not a single dish was switched during my long stay. I’m not planning to come back to this hotel and can’t recommend it to anyone travelling to St. Petersburg.

Nice looking hotel designed with vibes of Dostoevsky "Crime and punishment" novel. Standard room with king-size bed is comfy but lack of heating in March - might be a bit cold for somebody.
The hotel don't have any SPA or swimming pool but orders a free hammam and a gym.
The breakfast is good overall, but some days vegan milk wasn't present. Also, I think for that level of quality you should serve some better juice than "Добрый" - it's a very cheap solution for such a great place.
The undoubted advantage of this hotel is its location - right in the middle of Saint-Petersburg close to all great place to see and museums.
