We stayed almost 8 nights during Christmas season and our stay was pretty good. The breakfast is fantastic, and they have the best cottage cheese pancakes I have ever tried. The restaurant is great and the guys at the reception are very kind, helpful and friendly. The big weakness are the rooms. Most of them are old, dark and the drainage has many issues. Cleanliness is ok. Mattress is to thin, things to improve.

The rooms are dark, dismal and uninviting. No wardrobe or draw space to put anything away. During our 6 night stay the bedding or sheets have not been changed at all. Reception not always attended in the evenings. Breakfast is very expensive at 1800rub ( £18 pp). If you are unfortunate to have a room facing the courtyard, the noise of moving furniture at night in the breakfast yard will keep you awake. The hotel is situated some distance from the centre. Beds and pillows are comfortable, that's about it.

Stayed here solo in Sep 2023.||||The location and pricing were the reasons to stay here, along with the availability of online booking…Radisson is one of the few large hotel chains that allows bookings in Russia currently.||||The hotel is in a nice but quiet (not manic) neighborhood….and a 25 min walk from the main sites like the Hermitage and the Cathedrals. There are several lovely restaurants/bars/coffee shops in a few blocks radius, and also grocery stores nearby if you need it.||||I had a Standard Room (payment is cash only currently for foreigners), with a City view. The room was small and I think it would have been tough for 2 people to stay here…especially the bed was on the small side (maybe a Double, at most). However it was very comfortable and I slept well. And also the rest of the room was high spec, including the cozy bathroom. Lots of powerpoints available, which is a positive. And the room was silent despite overlooking a somewhat busy intersection.||||WiFi was good enough to stream video.||||I didn’t opt for the Breakfast, but it looked okay. I didn’t eat in the restaurant either. ||||Staff were all very friendly and helpful.||||Housekeeping was the only downside from the service point, as the rooms were never made up when I returned…only done around 4.30/5pm. Laundry was on the expensive side.||||Overall I would stay here again…it has bit more local vibe than the main tourist area hotels. main downsides are the 25min (2km) walk to the main sites and also the small rooms.

We stayed in Raddison blu for 2 weeks while visiting saint petersburg. Hotel is located close to everything you want to see .from Kazan to Hermitazh museum. 15 min walking to Nevsky Street .You can find any type of restaurants you around the hotel . The room is spacious with view over the street which is always enjoyable to see through the windows. Room is super classy with mini bar with affordable prices for drinks.room service is so comfortable if you are trying to chill out in your room.prices are absolutely affordable. Breakfast is great with friendly staff that always offering tea or coffee over your tables. The only downturn is the internet speed which is not comparable to any other countries I have visited. All in all the hotel and its staff changed my mind about Russia.love all of them!!!

I've been guest in this hotel for 10 days in september '24. I had great time there, my room was perfect, on the 6th floor. Cleanliness, staff, location and a hammam available to chill out a bit, at their best.

Location, room, staff, facilities. I’ve been 10 days in room 615, great stay. In summer there could be mosquitos in room. The cleanliness depends on the person that is making up the room.
